Hotel Nilachal, Swargadwar, Puri

Friends finally my parents planned to go to puri after 3 years. So we recentlly 7 days ago we gone to puri , and we stay at hotel NILACHAL. Which was nearest to puri swargadwara and also nearest to sea beach.

After we arrives we visited to puri shree jaganath temple. And after we go to sea beach. And previous day we booked 2 rooms for us cause our family is too big with 6 persons. So we did it .

Then we go to hotel after entered in hotel there was a receptionist on there. She asks to what can she do for us so I said that previous day we booked a room and I show that but she says that no hotel booked by yours name. So we really very disapointed. Then I think that previous day I booked that then why she rejected to us. So I said to please call the manager. But she said that manager was not there. And I payed them for new booking room. Then we go to room. But there swipe key was not working. One room was opened. But 2nd room was not opened which were me and my brothers want to stay. So we called them then a peraon cames and open the skru driver of the locked dore. So we waited for 2 hours. And after 2.30 hrs he opened the door and said please dont lock from outside otherwise it may again locked, So I stay in the hotel and locked it from inside. That time I was fully sweathed.

The room was good. But bathroom was too small. And tv was not working properly. So I again called the roomboy then he tried to solve this. But I was really disapointed at that time.

I just got rigid. Cause of these problems.

And the AC was leakage from inside and blows a few drops of water. Ambiance was too worst. And behaviour of roomboy was very rude. Then I call from there phone to order some snacks. And I got that after 1 hour. And the food was tasty.

But I think that hotel needs some repairing of ac and door locks.
