If you going there for business work in bara bazaar than you can't get much better location than this.

I had a small argue with reception because they were not happy with my online book, not sure why but later on they have accepted it & treated well till I was there. So, I would say its an average experience with staff over there.

Rooms were very neat and clean & they use to clean their rooms very frequently, specially the one who are empty, they use to clean them two times in day, which is a good practise to keep a room clean, Bathrooms were clean, shower was a bit tight, but its ok for 1-2 days traveller.

I felt the rooms are clean but they have a very small space, they could have much bigger & quite frankly I have expected a big room as compare to what I got & what I paid.

Kolkata the city of joy always a centre of attractions for tourists. Hotel himalaya in M.G road help to accomodate tourists in very reasonable prices.

There are 50 a.c room, tariff of a.c rooms starting from 2200. With this all the normal facilities are available. Gym, spa are not providing by the hotel. 24 hours security with wifi system, TV in every rooms helps the tourists. The restaurant is quite big enough to accomodate tourists with good quality food.

From Indian to Chinese and tandoori all kinds of varieties are there. 24 hours doctor on call option is there. The himalaya hotel relax tourists from the hustle and bustle of the city. For business meeting they have big banquet hall , sometimes it uses for marriage and party. More than 500 people can arrange there. So in reasonable price a comfortable stay.

Theres is a spacious hall and having capacity to accomodate 70 individuals. They also provide the car for the guest to hire the city. Ambience and decoration of the hotel is nice
