WORST PEOPLE I EVER MET.
They deal with only money irrespective of the situation. I was delayed 1:30 Min while check out and they charged 1800 Rs. When I asked for help to speak to the management with very valid reasons for delay and there is no loss business for the delay, below are the events.
Receptionist: Mr. Khannan don't know how to talk with customers and a cunning mentality with lies surrounded by more dis-respectable people, he lies and changes words instantly etc.worst ever receptionist
They will charge snacks for double the MRP rates which are available in room to eat, but lied while taking the room.
Lay packet 10 Rs: Hotel rate - 20 Rs
Sprite 25 Rs: Hotel rate - 50 Rs
Water Bottle 20 Rs: Hotel rate - 35 Rs
Manager: Is a good actor and not taking responsibility(He should try in serials)
Assistant Manager: Lengendary actor with all rules and he know the whole scenerio but not speaking a single word though I was asking to get me connect with Management, well done man.he throws blame to service team and lying in all fronts to betray customer.Rules are made by Humans.I told you many times due to medical emergency we were late to Check out and showed medicines and bill.BUT RULES RULES RULES RULES.
