Hotel Galaxy, Civil Lines, Allahabad

It is so beautiful hotel and this hotel's atmosphere is very good. The service of this hotel is very good. I prefer to all of you.

This hotel lacks good service, that’s why it deserves only one star. I booked one air conditioned room there for one of my friends, and then I got to know from my friend about this place that room is not kept well, it looks very old, The paint blown off the walls.

Corridor is not well maintained as well as room. Cleanliness is need to be improved and the services too. The water supply cut off in the washroom every 1 hour, and water supply starts too late after complaining. Soap dispenser also not working properly.

When my friend ordered for drinking water, they provided it after 1 hour. Teabags and milk sachets was provided after when he ordered, Whereas those things should already be present in the room.

This hotel should provide better services to the customers.

Galaxy is one of the luxurious hotel in Allahabad. It's next to civil lines bus stand in P square mall. U should also book with Oye and make my trip with great deals. Common fare is not so high I think is affordable , now come to the interior I think it's really awesome. But 1 thing I really want to mention was it's area. Malls, movies, market, electronics, yummy foods domino's, mc Donald, KFC, Pizza Huts and lots of are near by. Thank you for reading my review. I wish it will help.
