Had a horrible experience with this hotel.

Not a single thing is good to write for.

Pathetic hotel, horrible staff , worst services , dirty rooms and arrogant manager.

I was traveling with family and one of my family member asked for wifi password they asked for her phone to put password and instead of putting password they had put good review about their hotel.

If you seen any 5 rating or good review about this hotel trust me those are fake.

If you really want to ruin your peaceful day please visit this hotel.

I booked Hotel Diamond Inn for my stay at Chandigarh to celebrate a collegues birthday but it was nothing short of a nightmare. I booked it through MMT. The images showed that the hotel was a nice and decent place to stay. But it was full of incidents which made me think otherwise. The staff is unprofessional in conversation. They do not hesitate in providing dirty rooms to customers and then not changing the room. On my persistence they changed my room but gave me a room which was infested with bed bugs noise from the kitchen. And from the surrounding are of kids playing and making my trip a ruckus and destroying any sort of comfort that we were hoping for.
