Home First Finance Company (HFFC)

I went to HOME FIRST FINANCE COMPANY Zone-2, MP nagar, Bhopal branch on 13/01/2025 for enquiry. I was charged extra 2 EMIs for March and August 2024. The loan amount was not added to it and no return was given.

On 13/01/2025 I was told that the EMI for December has been adjusted and the EMI for January 2025 has not been deposited. I was asked to pay it via UPI (the EMI for January 2025 will have to be paid as Rs 6390 instead of Rs 5799). The EMI amount will have to be paid with a penalty of Rs 500 per day, if not paid, your CIBIL will be affected.

When I checked my account, I found that the EMI was deducted in December as well and the EMI had been paid on the 10th of January as well. The EMI is being deducted by them and they are not even aware of it.

I have been asking HFFC to refund 2 EMIs of March and August through calls and WhatsApp since September 2024, which I have not received till now and no satisfactory reply is being given.

As middle class people who are in need of money, we go to them to ask for loans. Without checking anything. They will ask you log in fee, registration fee etc. This will go on for weeks until one day they will tell our application has been rejected. I don't what they are gonna do with this painful money.

This is Prakash one of the home first finance buy the home loan my loan account Number LAI-00169443 total amount 8L+4L Top up loan from start my constriction loan EMI 1/06/2022 total EMI is 15500/- 26y tenure 312months total amount 4, 836, 000/- totally BLAD finance so that I request don't buy this kind of loan

Didn't give outstanding settlement latter

Very very horrible as they charge me EMI bounced charge. In may bank account have sufficient account balance. I produce my bank details to branch in Ramamurthy Nagar branch with full set of my request letter and bank statement. They are not response properly. The manager in this office is very bad. If i need to meet him, he is avoid me

I also senor manager of IT company. How we are meet the customer. He is very stupit

Sale agent saudeepya came to visit office 3 times n taken selfie n also taken selfie of residence n taken 50days for loan agreement finish she asked me to pay manager Deepak but I didn't paid single rupees got a call also from head office Diana n Priyanka taken legal fees we had applied for property loan for. They collected all charges in the beginning itself. We provided all documents which they demand when I didn't paid anything to manager than he declined my loan For property visit they told we come today, tomorrow and it went on for 50 days for site visit. We were requesting them them that our agreement date is ending. They r least bothered. Even staff are really worst. They don’t care for the customer queries. Very worst.i paid them around 10k first they said only legal fees but after that legal fees, process fees , varification fees, so it Wass more than 15k everything which paid was third party they will just asked you to pay on this gpay no when u ask back your money they will say u didn't paid to hffc so this type of fraud .My request to everyone pls don’t apply loan. They ruined us. At last our agreement date was over and owner of the property was not ready to give us time. Down payment was done by selling all our jewellery. Today no jewellery and no property. Pls don’t trust them.they r not fit for even single star only two attached ment allowed I have many paid fees to attached but I can't here plz don't come this fraud people trap

HFFC Why did you take a loan. I took it and paid 5 lakhs. It will be 3 years. I hope to have 12 lakhs

My bad days started when I taken loan from Hffc.best thing is they sanctioned loan with in 3days with high ROI,

I got 11.5% ROI even pandemic they are not reduced ROI,

My worst experience is when you pay extra single rupee rather than EMI, the hole month they charges interest of your outstanding amount. be careful taken loan from them.

Unprofessional, Crudeness, illiterate Employees are working. This company is a fraud company. Their most income is on the charges that they ask you to pay before the disbursements. They will ask you to pay 5000 in advance, as a sales pitch they will use “we will only charge you if the loan gets sanctioned”.

Guys, They make it happen and once you expect to proceed these people will change their words and tell you the actual reality about the charges, ROI, Foreclosure charges, Disbursement methods, etc. After all this when you realize that the conditions are unacceptable, you will ask you for a refund which will be in between 5000 to 19000 Rs. Its a loss. You cannot get that money back ever. One of the employees Mr. Borse Shubham has taken the money from me as a processing fee. Told me lot of lies. Now he has eaten all my money and not ready to return. When I speak with his Manager Ms. Surabhi Rathore, it was all together with the worst experience to me with loss of money, time and energy. Guys even think to talk to these people

I started my home loan from first last year. Very cooperative employees. Process was easy and hassle free. I am very happy with their service.:)
