I have purchased a phone on finance by home credit India and according to my experience I just say that they are harassing there customer because they post you lots of SMS before 6days of due date that you have pay your instalment and they sent each and every day till the due date as I want to tell you about rates and charges that they have 0% intrest on some products and they have 1% intrest on some products.when I come to talk about satisfaction then I will say you have to compromise you will because if you want to by a IPhone then they will give you options because they don't have IPhone in there stock and then they will give you options that if you want to buy phone on finance then you have to by this and that phone for example oppo , vivo etc.i will talk little about staff that they have not so friendly attitude

Seriously a worst experience I had with home credit. I don't know why those customer care people calling unecessaryly and explaining all the process on monthly basis and insisting to make the payment prior to 6days of due date. Literally a torchure. Poor quality

Hi I bought Gionee mobile and I took mobile finance from home credit India

But I am depositing my emi before my due date then also they are calling me and behaving unprofessional

And it's happan every time poor system

So I advise you please don't take any financial help from home credit India because they do not have proper systematic plan that how to behave their customers they always provide me wrong information about my File and customer service center is worthless and not helpful

I request many times home credit financial service website but no any replies and responses, very bad services. Home credit rules and policies are very different and waste. Peoples are not contact this company, very very worst. Many cities not available in this financial service. Not find in office adresses website rarely, but many advertising facebook and social network this company, but not solution for the peoples financial problems

I purchase mobile in home credit finance in zero percent finance it is easy for me only 400 proceessing fees taken and I get mobile its service also best when my emi paid into cash at outlet no service charge taken from me. limited document requiered no cibil record no salary slip require .and pay in time to time maintain nice record

cibil score record also good for me so for me homecredit is best easy way loan easy to pay by cash thank u

This is the personal experience with my home credit I also shared pics in my review that they are doing cheating with their customers. In june 2017 I take a loan of my phone vivo y21 l 4g so they make my 6 instalment with zero percent and they take 399 file charge wich is fair I have an app of home credit I always pay instalment from app online payment I payed my all 6 installment of 899rs each after sixth instalment I got in app that its finish but on 7th month I again got a text from home credit that pay you last installment with in 2 days to avoid extra charge I was shoked when is read it and call them that what is this after completing my loan why you saying thia to me then they saod that sir you payed only 5 installments this is sixth and last installment I told them about everything month Wich was excetly fact after calculation they said that sir here is showing that this is your last installment to pay and they cut my call. I was frustrated and decided not to take any loans from home credit. Look at the pics

I have one digital product loan frm Home credit India, I always ensure to pay my EMI well on time or auto debited from my bank. This month my EMI was not gone through due to the insufficient funds and it was due on 2nd Nov, I tried contacting these people over the customer care number, I was told by an agent that once you recieve money on 06th Nov then you pay it, I got relaxed that I have informed them, from 4th Nov onward I started getting calls from collection department that why you have not paid the EMI, pay it now, I informed them that I already told you people that I will pay by 06th Nov, then the agent told me that you are going to be charged bla bla. Later on she said ok pay it on 06th Nov, again I recieved a call from collection department on 5th that why you have not paid the EMI, I told the same fact again and asked her why you people are calling every now and then, she said no no I think the agent you informed has not updated about the payment date as per your commitment. Apart from it what I felt that they were just pressurising and harrasing by giving calls as well as miscalls. Very horrible and terrible lenders.

I have bought a motorcycle in 55k rupees & this company provide loan to me for 40k rupees.

My loan no. is 3634409724 but this loan on my father.The company provide loan at very good rate for years.

Monthly installment are easy to pay.Company also take installment from home to home.Also pay Installment payment from company website.

Paytm is better option to pay installment.And last month I get 50 rupees cash back on paytm on installment.

Home Credit india also provide Android app & you can view your installments and also pay payment.

Most useless Service given by home credit, they cut my emi before date without intemation means they has access to account without our permission. It sounds like big fraud.there finance person are also very arrogant and calling 10-12 times at a moment, having no sence of telemarketing and telephone support

I have bought a cell phone and get it financed by this company, without any credit card requirement. At first I hesitated but then I decided to go with them. The process of financing was really quick as they only need some address proofs and two or three photos and some signs. As I knew about the company, I also read all the term and conditions like late fees and non payment or some other issues carefully and also the interest they are charging, they don't charge too much interest at all as compared to the services they provide, the staff present on the spot in the shop is very friendly and soft spoken and really helping, they gave me the option to directly give the money or installments to the shopkeeper from whom I bought the product or can pay by using kiwi machines. I am totally satisfied from them and if you are looking to buy something on installments then you can go for home credit India.

Its a very good for taking loan for any things. I have taken my mobile on EMI with help of this two times and it give me on 0 percent rate of intrest and its faculities are fantastic. it provide loan with some document only which make people to take easy loan and allow the people to full fill his recuirements.

This is good for us for increase our cibil score and mobile phone finance but this not good for taking personal loan because they take more than 40% interest on personal loans and others electrition products they are taking 6% to 9% but if we want laptop or home appliances and other things we can always get there offer because it is very easy and fast services.

Hello guys, Today I am sharing my experience with home credit india . Recently I gone to purchase a mobile store in lucknow real mobile store near tedhi puliya and I purchased a mobile in easy emi option but when I asked more queries the staff there from home credit is misbihaving with me and very unprofessional . There rates and charges are high in price and customer service is worst .Staff has a very wrong attitude .

Today I am reviewing Home credit India.

I bought a phone 8-9 months back and got it financed via home credit finance.The home credit person told me wrong information about my phone finance. He took a downpayment of more that 5000 rupees and divided the full amount into 10 EMI's. He also told that I only have to pay 6 EMIs. After that my EMIs will be stopped. I agreed him and paid 6 EMIs in 6 months. But after that when I asked for the closure of loan I was told then that I had to pay complete 10 EMIs. I could not understand the procedure. I felt like I was been cheated. That was a very bad experience as mobile of price 15000/- cost me 20000/-

As compare to othe financial companies the interest rates are also very high. And the staff people fool customers and gain personal benefits. The company is worst in its kind.

I prefer capital first or bajaj finance inspite of home credit.

Guys don't use home credit lone because the home credit compeny is take 3 or 4 precentege lone and they can call you again and again I am notic this think of home credit lone some time they have forgot his work and they was not complete lone deteles so they call has customer again and again so I get only this think sone time you use home lone

There is a huge scam going on they are charging 1 rs for every transaction saying that it is a bank verification through a payment gateway, by various types of payment option. But no one is thinking that Payment Gateway doesnt have access to bank account. So how they will read the same. still I had proceeded with all the thing which was required while applying for loan(10K Cash Loan). Made transaction and soon when I applied it says that it got failed / Rejected. My Question was when you know the application is rejected then why should you ask for Transaction. No Customer care is answerable for this.
