Hitachi RZ660AUK6KXSTS Refrigerator

We bought the Hitachi 4 door Inverter Model FFRW720FPN  from Kohinoor, Andheri West  receipt dated 18 May 2015

The fridge subsequently broke down and the complaint was first registered on 9th December 2015 i.e. just 7 months after the fridge was bought

For over a week when there was no news from Hitachi I called up the service centre on 16th December and the staff was surprised that there had been no followup and told me someone would call me right away with an update. On not hearing from them I called up again the next day and was told the same thing

After two days on 19th December when I called and sounded upset the lady gave me the number of the spare parts centre+91 8879752320. On calling this number it was very apparent they had never placed an order for the replacement parts at all in the first place. The person who answered the phone told me that he would be placing the order right away and it would reach the next day

When I called up on 21st I was told the part would be fitted at my place on 22nd.

Today on 22 December when I called up on the same number again a man called Pandurab answered the phone and told me one of the parts was not available and would have to be ordered from Thailand and when I got upset and asked why it took them two weeks to realise a part had to be ordered from Thailand he disconnected the call and when I called back again 4-5 times he just disconnected all the calls. Is that the service I'm expected to deal with after buying a premium fridge from a supposed world leader brand?

I called back on the Hitachi customer service number and was given the spare parts supervisor's number+91 887975231819 and a man called Shahab answered the phone saying he was the supervisor. When I asked to speak with the manager he gave me vague answers and then another man called Devang came on the phone and when I mentioned the rude behaviour of Pandurab he started justifying him,  telling me it was ok for Pandurab to disconnect my calls since I was angry( I'd like to know who is not angry when something as crucial as a fridge is not working for 2 weeks and the company has not even bothered to get the parts)

I am a small shopkeeper of flowers and fruits. It was very big problem for me that my flowers and fruits were getting rotten, if not get sold in proper time. But after buying hitachi side by side refrigerator, I used to store my stuff in it and really I found very good results.

My flowers were remaining so fresh till many days and fruits too so my little business is also expanding nicely. I am very happy with the performance of hitachi side by side refrigerator. As side by side doors are designed, it is easy to use in limited space availability. It is the best technology available in market in such a reasonable price.

Hitachi refrigerator is the best fridge I get. I used three more companies but I found this is  the best, no complains about freezing cooling and electricity bill. Just pay one time for Hitachi refrigerator and save for cooling and electricity bill you are paying, its too good.

The colours are perfect to match in my home decore Hitachi makes a very good appliance for home. I loved it. The side by side door gives more space to keep my eatables and looks attractive too. There are different.compartments in freezer too thus help in keeping ice trays away from my icecreams. Go for it and chillax yourself.

Hello friends, I bought a three door refrigerator from the Barnala city. this is made by the Hitachi brand, which is very good in the market.

I bought it in just eighteen thousand rupees only. it has the red color. all my family like this refrigerator. it has a lot space to store the water and also there is a controller to control the cooling. it is very heavy in weight. it consume the less electric city. all my friends like this refrigerator. it has three door. I have no complaint from this product. finally I would like to say that it is very good refrigerator and I recommended it to all my friends.

We purchase Hitachi Side By Door Refrigerator for our home , I like its super model design nd its brand is Hitachi and its model number is. R W 660 G B K and it is very coolest  refrigerator.

And capacity is up to 601 litres and we get also one year warranty and its come in many sizes and in many beautiful colors.

And it also have two doors  and it can make our food  fresh for a long time and its look is very attractive nd stylish and  we clean its very easily .its make our lyf is very easy.

And it have many compartments  for storing food, vegetable and big, large bottle shelf and we used its for ice freezes , I make ice cream for my family with its good and fine cooling features .so I suggest my all friends plz purchase its .

I bought this Refrigerator in last year from a Flipkart.com. its prizes is just 43, 500 rupees only.it is a huge size 565 liters refrigerator and has a high gloss stainless steel body  which looks very beautiful.i is very easy to clean.it has a internal touch screen control display that used for control the cooling and other features of this refrigerator.

it has three glass transparent adjustable shelves.we can easily set the internal rank of this refrigerator.this refrigerator fulfill the requirement of my family.it is a double door so the internal space is very large of this refrigerator for keeping food and other things.

this refrigerator comes with Dual Fan Cooling which cools down the food items quickly. Its powerful compressor guarantees extreme cooling with extra longevity. its consumes less energy, it can be operated easily by anyone. It is the brand of hitachi company. Providing the capacity of 655 litres. There are 2 doors in it. It is a double door freeze.

Frost free defrosting type is available in it. Tempered glass of material is used in it for not getting any type of scratch on it. Open door facility is also there.

Large bottle shelf is also there to kept the bootle chilled in it.  Other features are like power cool pocket, dual fan cooling, hfc free,  cfc free, eco thermal sensor all are available in it.  Having a warrant of 1year.

Hitachi is a good company. This model door is just look like a french door. There are 3types of doors in it with the capacity of 455litres.

Deforsting is a frost free type. Tempered glass of the material is used in it. Black colour is available in it. Door lock facility is also present which is good for the safety reasons.

Other quailty in this model is like dual fan cooling which keep the food cool, eco thermo sensor, moldproof door Gasket, Nano titanium filter,  Touch screen controller all are good for the food storage and keep the food fresh. Its providing the warrant of 1year.It is good but expensive not suitable for everyone.

Hitachi is a very popular brand in India everyone is very familiar by this name. This model is providing a various types of features and facilities. In this model 2types of cooling system are available suah as dual fan and minus zero cooling.

The compartment of the refrigerator are tempered glass, front air flow, water tank with filter,  Led light,  in vegetable compartment big moisture guard 2way humidity controller to protect the vegetables and remain it fresh.  Inside it the vegetables are not getting waste.

Providing automatic ice maker also, faciliry of quick freezing. Touch screen panel is also available. Stainless steel,  glass colours are available in it. Its a good refrigerator I like this

I had purchased a HITACHI Refrigerator Rt-310 End 1K(2 Doors) on 23/07/2014 from a shop in Patna, Bihar named as Aditya Vision, Bailey road, Opposite Tara Mandal, Patna-800001, India. CST No.-10150513106, Vat No.10150513009. I have been using this refrigerator with an external stabilizer since the beginning.

HITACHI service centre in the most pathetic place to rely upon if one needs any service from hitachi. And the product in itself is a pain for the customer. A customer whenever purchases an electronic appliances, he wants to be rest assured that the product purchased will be a help for him and would make life easier. But with this HITACHI refrigerator I m highly disappointed and annoyed with the problems I m facing with it after every 3-4 months of repairing.

For the initial three months this refrigerator operated in a good condition but later in November’14 there was problem in its automatic temperature adjustments. It didn’t get cold, and remain in the normal room temperature continuously.  After complaining the same to the shopkeeper and Hitachi service centre repeatedly for 6 working days, they sent us a repairer who did it’s repairing and changed few of its internal parts as well. Then it started to work in proper condition.

Later in the month of March’15 it again faced the same problem. The refrigerator could not get cold and used to remain at normal room temperature even under proper electric supply. We complained the retailer again and the HITACHI service centre. Continuously following up with the service centre for almost 10 days and then a repairer came to repair it and brought it to usable condition.

And now again we are facing the same problem with this refrigerator in the month of July’15. Its becoming a kind for pain for me. I have been constantly calling and texting the shopkeeper and the HITACHI service centre for help but not receiving any response from their side. This Hitachi service centre is so hopeless that I can never rely on this product brand.

I m extremely disappointed with the service as well as the product. I would neither suggest this brand to anyone nor purchase any of its product ever.

I had my previous refrigerator from Videocon and had never faced any problem of such kind. And their service was also prompt. Contact no.943102xxxx

I Keshav Bhatia R/o Delhi  had purchased a Hitachi double door refrigerator with model no- R-V720-PND-1KX of 655 LTRS On 23-August-2013.

Our fridge was working fine till 1st june 2015 after which on our request as our fridge was getting imbalanced one of your technician visited from your service centre named Mr. Abid with complain number 15060301457.

After inspecting the fridge & rectifying the imbalance problem the technician(which internally was working extremely well except that it was getting imbalanced)  suddenly took out some part named PC B of our fridge & told us that this part is also not working for which we have to pay some RS.7000-8000.

As we were getting a little annoyed on the part that our fridge is working fine as per cooling & all, so he again told us that if he gets the same part from outside he will charge us some Rs 3500 for same product & service. For his suspicious act we stopped the guy from doing same& reported this to call centre or the service agency named Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India ltd.from where the technician came. Since then till date our fridge has stopped working that too in this hot summer weather.

After all this we have complained many a times to which  above mentioned agency has sent as many as 8-10 technicians none of which were able to rectify the problem but yes have worsen the condition of fridge. Want to ask authorities is this the quality of service we should expect from Hitachi company which is market innovator.

We are so much disappointed that we have stopped referring people about Hitachi company but yes we are giving them an example that before buying any such hitachi products do see our refrigerator which has been totally spoilt by Hitachi technicians. Want a way out of this So kindly look into the matter & fix the problem or if there’s no other way-out we would have to move to the consumer court.

Recently I bought a modular kitchen and suddenly my old refrigerator was not looking much good in my new kitchen, so I decided to buy a refrigerator with French Doors. I did a bit of research and short listed this refrigerator.

The Hitachi french Door Refrigerator is the best in its class. Hitachi is a very trusted brand and this fridge from hitachi has got mind blowing features. Its got a gross capacity of almost 500 litres. Its gigantic in size and has an inverter control system, dual fan for cooling, eco thermo system and many other features which make a refrigerator hi tech.

The best feature was its big compartment for Vegetables which retains their natural moistness. It is also very easy to clean which is very important feature as per me.

It has got total 4 doors and looks splendid. I bought its glass black model and it has added to the beauty of my modular kitchen. I bought it for around Rs 110000 and is really worth every single penny.

The price of this fridge is Rs 32, 000 and has a capacity of 318 litres. And comes up with a warranty of 1 year. and for compressor its 5 years.

Well for a small family. its a great refrigerator. double door with 318 litres of capacity is just perfect choice.It got a large vegetable compartment. where I can put so many vegetables and it has a humidity control too.and keeps my veges fresh .

There are sensors in refrigerator. which senses the optimum temperature required. inside the refrigerator. and keeps it cool.There are filters too. which filters bad odour and germs. and keeps the things safe and fresh.The ice tray is of twist ice tray type.and is of great quality.

Nice refrigerator for small family. at a good price. if you are thinking to buying a one, then please check it too.

We bought the white Hitachi 415 Litres Frost Free Refrigerator about two years ago. This is a fine refrigerator, why not, Hitachi is one of the leading and trusted brand that is well known for manufacturing electrical gadgets, be it TV, ACs, refrigerators, and so on. This refrigerator is the heart of my kitchen and blends very well with the tiles, paint and other items.

I stay with my family that includes 7 members(including me), and this refrigerator quite meets our requirements. It has an dual fan cooling technology along with inverter control that independently cool the various shelves and help in keeping the food items fresh.

Because of the 415 litres capacity, there is ample room for every item. Although the glass shelves look delicate, they are tough and scratch proof(saying it with confidence because I have accidentally dropped them several times while cleaning and yet my mother was never able to find out).

If you have beverage bottles that are large, then there's absolutely no need to worry because there are giant door pockets for them.  The refrigerator provides efficient cooling despite of teh temperature outside. I recommend this product for people looking to invest in good quality frost free refrigerators that provide optimum cooling and deodorising.

Terrible quality of hitachi products we brought this fridge for 60000 twice than the cost of samsung and lg ...it has been just a year and lower part stopped cooling we complained at the hitachi service center they sent some technician and everytime when he comes he always ask us to switch off the refrigerator once in a month for better performance or else it will stop working and we did the same.

But again after 3 months the upper part stopped cooling and the reason was same...while buying no one told us this stupid things and now we have to pay 7000 for the repairing..just because 1 month switching off process was skipped..maintenance is tooo high..buy at your own risk... I advise everyone not to buy any hitachi product.

I raised a complaint on 8th July, since I was unable to take the service on that day, I requested that we postpone. Since I did not get a followup after that, I then called on 15th, 20th, 23rd, 24th and today again.

I was told that my call has been forwarded to a senior customer care representative.I emailed customercare@hitachi-hli.com, and received a response today, my service was complete to my satisfaction.

I hope it was done earlier, but never the less, the product is good and service needs improvement, but I am happy. My escalation is being taken seriously, that is good enough for me now.

Very good product in terms of design and performance. Worked very well for 4 years without a single issue.

But once I had an issue with cooling, I am stuck with customer support. These guys have no clue on what is the problem. They have done gas recharging 2 times, replaced sensors, replaced the main PCB(computer) and still it is not working. Now they are waiting for defrost heater for last 2 weeks and not sure if it will fix the issue.

In summary, excellent product but make sure you have a backup fridge in case it breaks down as repair can take many months.

When I bought this fridge, i thought I am buying one of the best fridge but my single thought of buying this one was really disgusting for which i had to suffer almost everyday. When I bought it, initially it was working good but after few months, started giving trouble and customer service has not provided me any permanent solution this problem.

I would request u that before buying any product please go through performance of product and good customer service support.

Don't look for Brand ONLY.............It's ur hard earned money....

I brought this refrigerator despite some warning by friends that service is poor but still I  purchased the product assuming that being an International brand the company will take care of their product malfunctions if any.

Alas I brought it and got a problem of low cooling in fridge compartment I thought It may happen so made a complain at dealer level and also on web through customer care. Got an SMS that my complain has been register with so and so number and will be attended ASAP Good!! I thought.

5-6 days passed without any activity from both side I being in shift duty thought that it will be better to contact them over phone next day but may be they read my mind I got an SMS informing that my complain has been closed as it has been already resolved, so as expected I called them, they simply said sorry and give me another complain number again the same story of closing the complain without any action or call of any type, no response over phone also.

It seems that the so called BIG company is doing the activity of complain registration only for the sake of meeting some law requirement.

I will strictly recommend staying away from HITACHI they are not at all worth of the name fame they claim to be having them.

Vel (navi mumbai), if any one is planning to buy anything from Vijay Sales at Panvel, my sincere advice is DO NOT VISIT THE SHOP. first they don't have enough models of appliances for customer choice and the worst part is when you pay and order your appliance it will take at least 15 days to deliver it to your home and after that another 8-10 days for installation, when asked the reason, they blame it on Hitachi company that they have less service engineers and so cannot install the ac, I experienced it with my purchase of Hitachi Split A/C.

Even after paying full amount they have not delivered and installed the ac till date, my sincere advice please don't buy anything from Vijay Sales Panvel, as other retailers like Croma and Arcee are much superior at least they deliver the goods to customers in less than 2 days and install immediately.
