CHEATING BY HITACHI( REFRIGERATOR DIVISION) SERVICE STAFF
We filed a complaint on the 21st of October at Hitachi Service Number 9811320394. Earlier we tried to connect up with Hitachi Dial a -care number 07930414747 but could not get it. However the number got transferred to a person who assured us that he is the right person and since Toll free number is out of order hence all customer complaints are now routed to him.
He visited us the same day and after inspection told us that the fan unit is faulty for which he shall again come the same day for rectification.
He visited the same day during evening and did some work and assured that everything is working fine and gave us an invoice for Rs 5850/ - against which we paid in cash the same day i.e on 21st of October 2018.
After 2 days we found out no significant improvement in cooling and tried to contact him( Shavez). He told us that the sensor has to be replaced for which he shall come and do the needful.
On 28th Oct, I called up at the number mentioned in the Invoice( 011/28335539 - 8802343357, Repair Services India, T 67A, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi) The person asked for the mobile number of Technician and after verification told us that they cant do anything and the Technician has left.
We again called up the previous number 9811320394( Mr Avinash) who said that he shall enquire the matter with the Technician and will soon get back to us.
I again called him and he gave us the Technicians mobile numbers - 7991258169 / 9354769879 / 8810554279. We tried to get in touch with him but then he blocked our numbers.
Again we connected with Mr Avinash( now Avinash number was 8800338472) and Avinash got us connected with the Technician on a conference call. The Technician assured that he will come the same day i.e 30th October and the issue will be resolved.
He again called my wife in evening to tell her that he shall resolve the issue by 31st evening or return the entire money.
No one came. Now we are trying all their numbers and no one is picking the numbers. Even Mr Avinash is now not picking the numbers since all of them are hand in gloves with Shavvez the culprit.
Things are rotting in the fridge and we are both working.
Its a shame for a company like Hitachi to work like this and in such a irresponsible fashion.
Unfortunately apart owning a refrigerator of this company, we have 3 air conditioners of the same brand.
Shame on you - Hitachi and your Brand and the Service Staff.
