Do not buy this product, their sales and service are very worst. They have no interest on the buyer after sell this product. Also I have not find any good quality on their product .

Please think twice to buy this product . The oil collector is made up of low quality plastic which got broken after 2 months . Then I had to purchase a new stainless steel one from the company which cost me around 350rs.

Worst after sale service. After installation, when monsoon has started water was coming directly from the outlet. I have booked a complaint and they have taken three days to come after several follow ups.

Technician has come and informed me that you need to pay 800/- more .and guy will come in next two days .

I have confirmed him that shall I get three free complimentary service he straight away denied but I have already confirmed this thing with Support team.

They told me that this product comes with 1 year warranty and three free service.that means technician don't even know their product . untrained technician.

I bought this chimney from a showroom for my kitchen. I am using this electric chimney last four months. This electric chimney is ease of use for anyone. This electric chimney is good in a feature. I want to share my issue with this electric chimney. I call to customer care for installation after bought this electric chimney. The technician came to my home in next day and install this chimney in my kitchen. They have taken extra charge for installation from me.

If you want to buy this company chimney please keep some point in your mind.
