Hikvision India

I have a shop in vasai west and was on a lookout for CCTV system. Based on friends suggestions, I happened to visit lamington road market which the hub for security and electronic systems. I visited not less than 20 shops and the first recommendations from all the vendors was to use hikvision cctv systems. They have two varieties of HD camera, one is dome and the other is bullet. I was quite satisfied with the clarity of the HD camera and purchased two at the cost of 1850 per camera.

I had seen a demo of cpplus, activepixel, dahua and many more. Although these were cheaper than hikvision but the kind of clarity that this camera provides is superb. Not only this but the service as well is mindblowing. Within a week of installation, I had an incident on the outside of the shop. I made a call to them for the clip and they guided me on the call to extract the clip and hand it over to the society. And this was for free. I am really happy with the product and service that they provide and would recommend everyone to go for Hikvision CCTV systems only for securing their home/ office.

We bought 3 Hikvision cameras with video recorder(Mumbai, India). Its out of order for more than 2 months. We contacted the helpdesk. They gave us a number+22 2846999. I called many times but we get to hear only the recorded message.

"Please, the executive will contact you"!. I'm sorry to say you provide very BADDDDD service. I installed it for my 4 year old kids security. Today we repent buying HIKVISION! I lost my money
