Heera Resort, Mathura

I went to mathura with my friend for visiting the mathura temple and we had stay in this resort.

Room Quality

Room quality of this resort was pathetic due to the worst cleaning quality in the room and we found the red stains in the floor of the bathroom due to worst quality of cleaning, lots of mosquitoes were flying in the bathroom.

Guest Service

Guest Service of this resort was pathetic due to nibody gave attention and took it in serious way when we were giving the complain rooms related problem and nobody came to reclean in our room.

Food And Presentation

We had the breakfast only in this resort and believe us the food quality of the breakfast was pathetic in terms of lots of spices and lots of oil in that.

Ambience

We got worst room quality in all over the hotel premises and we found mosquitoes were flying in the bathroom of public area.

Value For Money

This Hotel is not good value for money due to the worst quality of food and room as well as, we paid Rs 1736 for deluxe room for one room night through cleartrip and we got upset after staying in this room.
