Health and Glow is one of the best and trusted store for all beauty and personal care products for mens, ladies and babies. Recently I visited a Health and Glow store located in HSR Layout and I purchased a foundation for one of my friend and few more products for me also. I frequently visiting health and glow for deodorant because they have variety of deodorant stock.

In terms of humbleness, their staff are very humble, they always help you to find products in store. Their prices are very good, they have variety of products.

Must visit Health and Glow if you are looking for beauty and personal care products.

Hi folks,

While looking for a one stop solution we enter stores like health and glow.

One strange thing I found in health and glow is No body in the store promotes home products.

however, whenever you enter 4-5 sales people will trap you in between and promote their products. "Dude I am here to buy a toothpaste ans no I don't want to get rid of blemishes or dandruff or anything, " Please spare me the horror.

In BTM stores parking is not available, store is overstuffed a wide range of product. They keep on bringing new brands and you have good chances for trials if you like or are searching for new products.

They Do come with some great offers.

For a new product they lack review.

Sales people don't appreciate great products. they say "we don't have any reviews". even if it is a year old product.

Don't ask for suggestion to sales staff or they will give you costliest product with them irrespective of if it is meant for you or not.

In one word, over dose of sales skills kill the joy of ease.

I have visited both H&G stores in BTM 2ND Stage. The staff is so pushy, they want to make you try everything, and dare you politely say no, they'll give you a look like, "you'll pay for this NO". The moment you enter the store, every 10 seconds a girl will come to you offering help. Can someone please make them understand that the concept of cash n carry stores is that people look for things themselves, and ask for help when needed. I just don't need anyone's suggestions to pick a toothpaste please! You really need to calm yourselves down H&G, I already have started visiting your stores only when I don't have any other option.

This is about Health and Glow, Horamavu(Bangalore).

Sales staff is very pushy to sell expensive brands. Check every offer for your purchase yourself as the staff will "conveniently" forget it. It comes off as inconsiderate that they are trying to sell something with better commissions and don't even care to give the gift or offer for already purchased items. Also, beware of the gift being billed after all the hassle. Thoroughly unprofessional. Go there if you have the time and energy to check and verify the bill. and the so called offers.

I recently visited the Kasturinagar branch . One of the personel claimed she was a dermatologist was utering only nonsense saying SPF 15 means 15 minutes exposure to sun and then got me to buy 2 products of Olay 7 in 1 night and day cream and teh cream turned out to be waste product. Salespersons should not force people into buying products just to increase the sales numbers.They need to be genuine and help customers

I am a relatively frequent shopper at Health and Glow. The products that they have at the various outlets that I have visited are amazing. Let’s take lipstick for example – you have a choice of what suits you and your purse. The girls at the counters know their matter and make sure that they understand what you want, and even offer a variety of choice. Considering that I have visited other places, this is pretty much the best.

Shampoos and conditioners as well are stocked to cater to the various needs of both men and women. Though I am talking primarily about the female sex here. The counters are stacked and from what I have seen, none of the products are out of date. Which is rather cool considering that many outlets keep the old stuff in the front hoping that they will finish before stocking in the new products.

My major grouse however is the limited range of perfumes that they have to offer. If they can widen the range it would definitely be worth considering. I went there to buy something different and while some of the products are nice and the smells not overpowering, I wish they had more.

Value for money obviously depends on the product that you purchase. The ambience at the outlets are simple and not OTT. When we talk parking you can't complain about this, considering that the outlets are in malls, shopping areas - it is the luck of the draw really!

Basically, I am quite pleased with the places that I have visited, in Bangalore and all that I can say here is keep up the good work

I am a regular customer of Health & Glow but this is for the 1st time I have received such a poor customer service experience.

The best thing about Health & Glow is you can pick up things of your choice without any support as everything is kept in display. But with the cosmetic items such as lipstick kajal liner of different brands you need support from the ladies who are are alloted to different brand to show us the tester.

The specific branch which I am talking about doesn't have supportive girls to tell us what is required, we were forced to pick and check things from different counter on our own and had to wait for the girls to come to the counter to tell us about the price and color range.

Normally in all the other branches of Health & Glow the girls are supportive enough and assist you in making choice of the product, but not in this branch.

I have planned not to visit this branch again, although its the closest from my place.

I am a customer of Health and glow  from 1 year. This is not a big mall, its a medium space store in sharjapur road near wipro.Here we will get almost all beauty products in all good brands . I bought Lakme, health and glow, ponds, Maybelline products from here.

Each product having separate sales girls they are take care of us. They communicate with the customers and explain about the product very clearly if we want, and also they do makeup to us with the testable ones if we like that color or shades then only we bought them.

Suppose you don’t know which product you have to buy for makeup they suggest so many products to us, you only tell about your requirements to them. They also provide some offers on all the products. Main thing we will get all types of makeup things body lotions everything from here no need to go for another shops. Health and glow nail paints are so good in different colors, they provide 2 get 1 free offer now . All are from branded products we can trust this one.

Health & Glow is a one stop show for beauty products that every women should go to, It basically like buying you monthly groceries. I love this place because they have a lot a discounts going on every festive season. Like the fact that they have in house brands as well like Lakme, Revlon and much more.They got a huge collection of screams and balms that is hard to find in most stores.

And also got a good collection of clips, Hair-bands, Combs, Perfumes etc. Its a must visit for a women! And also a man if you really like milk lotion cause they got a good variety of it. The staff is also very welcoming in Health & Glow.

Had been to health and glow with my sister in kumarswamy layout in bangalore recently.

this is good place for cosmetics and personal hygiene products. all products at one place, and you will know what are the new products released. there are some professionals who guide you through products by discussing the needs.

the products are promoted there in name of discount, its a good place for females, the best part is its not in some kind of mall, where everything is sophisticated. parking was a issue for my car but two wheeler will not face the problem.

I had purchased some cosmetics from the Phoenix mall -health and glow shop and amongst that was a Lotus lipstick.

When I came home I found the lipstick to be broken and completely damaged. The staff at this particular shop was not organised and every where there was a commotion and delay. My shopping experience was so sad that perhaps I will never go back to the store.I have dropped a mail regarding this to feedback@healthandglow.in .Waiting for there reply.

An advice to all health and glow customers: PLEASE CHECK WHAT EVER YOU PURCHASE FROM THE STORE EVEN IF ITS PACKED. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SURPRISE IT MAY HOLD FOR YOU WHEN YOU OPEN IT LATER.

Since Bangalore is known as a garden city it contains many trees. This reduces the pollution. But still due to the increase of automobiles there is an increase of pollution.

This incident took place on the 20th June 2015 around 9.30pm. I had been to Punjabi Rasoi along with my family and my nephew, since the restaurant was very crowded I happen to visit store of Health and Glow in HSR Layout.

There was just one lady and security guard in the store and when I asked for compact powder(L'Oreal) she agreed and gave me the new product. I bought some lipsticks also along with the compact powder, I bought products worth 2500/- and my 15 year old son entered and asked for some other product and the guard was helping him buy it, when the lady staff very rudely told him that the store was closed. I was in queue waiting to pay my bills during that time.

Since her attitude was very rude I did not want to buy those products and was about to leave the store without even scolding at this lady. The lady in the counter in very commanding voice told that I have to buy the products without which I can’t leave the store.

I was taken back with this attitude of hers. Later, she walked out of the billing counter and told me that she wants to check my bag, this behavior is just not acceptable.You cannot suspect just by assumptions. It was very humiliating for me and my family when she asked me to do so. If she had any doubt then she would have either called me aside and asked me or told me that the store is closed and she is not interested in selling any products to me.Politeness is key for any business, if that is only missing then nobody will buy the products in stores, we can as well shop online.

But such an unethical attitude is just not acceptable; she told that my son was very suspicious in his attitude, whereas he was just helping me choose the product. The cameras are on, if this is not true. The lady never even had the courtesy to apologize for her attitude. My son was in tears immediately and from the time he is back home, he did not eat food nor talk to us.

I will lodge a complaint and file a case for hampering my dignity in the public and falsely blaming my child. If the store cannot handle customers they should not open a store and entertain customers. The license for this store must be withdrawn immediately and the staff should be thrown out. This place is not meant for family people to buy products. One of the worse Health and Glow store in Bangalore, if the owner does not know to recruit proper people and handle the business then he must look for alternative business.

This is to inform u that HSR health and glow has d worst management ever.there was only one lady in d entire store and she was sitting at the counter and constantly giving me a rude look .I had bought close to 3000 rupees worth of cosmetics.

And when I went to get it billed she came and shouted and in a really rude tone she told me to open my bag and she checked it as she suspected that my son and I had stolen stuff from the store and she humiliated me in front of everyone.she never even apologized and kept giving excuses.

I suggest dat this store is not d one to buy products. Such staff should be removed from the store, who have no ethics and do not know how to behave with their customers. I will take this up to the consumer court.

I have visited this shop number of times which is opposite to Raheja Arcade in Kormangala. You can find different range of products here ranging from beauty cosmetics, creams, soaps, shampoos, deo, perfume, oil, facial cream, some small small items as well. The people there treat you very well once you enter and give you complete description about every product.

You can even try the products, they have testers for some of the products. They have offers also at times on some products. Enter this shop and you can enjoy a wide range of products.

Since she is working and doesnt have much time to shop health and glow helps her a lot by providing discounted cosmetics all under one roof thus saving her energy time and money.

I would sincerely request u to ask your salesmen/saleswomen to not ask the customers if they want anti-aging creams. I don't think its really polite of them since they themselves are decked up with makeup and need anti-aging creams more than any of us.

It's not the first H&G store that I have entered that does the same thing. It's not only me I have also heard them doing it to a lot of my friends. So please don't play with the customers feelings. And trust me that is the worst marketing strategy of all!

Last month when I was out of my favourite skin care cream, I went to Health and Glow store located at R.T.Nagar, Bangalore to purchase it. After entering the store, I approached to the store staff and asked for my skin cream but no one was bothered to attend me and even the other customers, they were busy in themselves talking and chit chatting with each other. It seemed that they are just there for formality sake and do not bother about the customers.

Since I wanted to buy the skin cream urgently, I bought it from there on MRP without any discount. Next day I went to Big Bazaar and I found the same product at a relatively less price.

Poor me.I paid more.

I love shopping and when it comes to cosmetics, my destination is Health and Glow. One place where I get all that I want. I get to look at each and every product there to compare first and then decide. Not to forget I get best offers there then any other place.

My first preference is always Health and Glow as I know I will get better discounts than buying form other super markets. moreover when ever I go there I always find a new thing and know about it which I don't find in all other cosmetics shop.
