HDFC Bank Solitaire Credit Card

HDFC bank is a joke. I just open my account with them and I'm about ready to close it.

I have never experienced a Customer Service that is as horrible as HDFC BANK ever before.

DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK.

I GIVE THEM A ZERO FOR THERE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

AFTER 1 HOUR OF ANSWERING QUESTIONS THEY JUST HUNG UP ON ME AND DIDN'T EVEN CALL BACK.

IT SOUNDS LIKE 50 PEOPLE IN THE ROOM ALL TALKING AT ONCE.

IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME GIVE IT A TRY.

BE READY TO GET REALLY MAD AND FRUSTRATED.

I am using this HDFC Bank Solitaire Credit card for long 3 years. I am charging 450 INR for each other. It does have cash back offers for pantaloons and shopper stops and yearly cash back I would be getting is 1000 INR only. But its doesn't have any cash back offers for groceries stores, fuel purchase and utility bills. I bought Panasonic LED tv at 45000 INR and I have converted to EMI's and the credit card EMI's interest rate is 16.5 percent yearly which is very high comparing to others. The customer care are less experience as they cannot able to notifies any offers available in my card and if problems arise they often delays in resolving it. I had bad experience with this card so I suggest everyone to select other credit card rather than this.

One.of my friend is working in a private company were he gets only 13k salary he was trying to apply credit card but none of the bank peoples came frount to provide the credit card. He has purchased things from.his manager card were his maager having more + 20k so all the bank people will.call and provide the cards but for less salaried people till the end they cant use credit cards. Atleast the bank people can provide the credit card for less salaired people for less credit limits like 20 to 30k credit limit it will be very helpfull to less salaried peoples.

I applied for this HDFC credit card ladt year after getting a call from them and got the card within the said period.

But everytime I bought somthing with the card they add some unnecessary intetests on my repayment.

Worst was if I repay with cash or cheque then I had to pay additional charges for a late payment even for a 5 6 days of delay.

When I call HDFC customer service their staff didn't said much apart from their regular dialogues.

My overall satisfaction with this credit card was a big zero and I returned the card after four months of using it.

HDFC VISA SOLITARE CREDIT CARD IS VERY BAKWAAS, AND CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT IS ALSO LYING.PLEASE DONT TAKE THIS CARD.

I am using HDFC visa solitare credit card since last 3 months.At the time of giving card, marketing people told that this is lifetime free credit card, But in reality, they charged 575 rs fees after 3 months only.

I confirmed with customer care department, they also told that this is lifetime free card.

Now I am forcing to close this card, but they are saying you have to pay 575 rs.

Please dont believe on marketing people of credit card, they can tell anything to sell their card, bcoz they get insentive per card.

Hi everyone, I am going to tell you about HDFC bank credit card. Bank only knows about how to make money for them-self and cheat the customers. You are not agree with me. I will give you the reason for that. If you give credit card payment by cash then they will charge Rs. 100/- as a penalty or fine. And if you make credit card payment by cheque dated 5-6 days before your payment date then next month bank added Rs. 400/- as a fine of late payment. And customer care executive do not know anything except their pet dialogues. Then tell me when I should deposit my cheque, a 20-25 days before. Totally non sense. But yes, you would have a different experience with HDFC. Thank you.

I got a call telling me about my eligibility for this HDFC solitaire card. I applied got one for myself. use it for a month. while making the monthly bill payment forthe credit card . everything went well. payment got successful. money got debited from bank account but were never credited back on credit card. unnecessarily interest where implemented for 2 months. finally had to close the card out of frustration. pathetic consumwr service

HDFC life is selling this stupid product

This is called as Mediclaim which is a general insurance product.

Then they charge extra premium once you complete 3 years

No company port life insurance to general insurance

Just to give 3 yrs continuing benefits, they are charging 5000 extra than other companies

I have taken policy 3 years ago then they missed to port my last 5 yrs policy to their product

My ward need to operate next year, they refused to pay then

Now after 3 years, you can't quit from this company if you want continuing benefits.

Now they are asking for 21000 as premium while other companies giving extra benefits at less than 16000

This is blackmailing

The solitaire card providing by HDFC bank is very good for those who loves shopping. I got a call fr a HDFC bank executive, normally I wont listen to any credit card offers but the executive explained the card benefits in the nice way. I suggested that she can call my girl friend and my girl friend also so happy that she received the card in 1 week with minimal documentation and verification.
