Whatever you deposit the same amount will be credited into your account, no interest will be payed. They are just surviving with people's hard earned money this way

Since last one month I have gone 25-30 times to HDFC Bank ( Branch at teen batti chauraha, Ujjain). There was a fraud transaction that took place via my account. So I had blocked my account and card online. Till today I'm not able to reactivate the account. Sometimes the system is not working. Yesterday the biometric was not working. Today I reached the bank at 10:10. The concerned staff was busy talking with her colleagues. After 5 minutes when she realised I suppose that she should attend me, she gave me the biometric to put my finger. After that she said to wait for 5 minutes and the entire staff members at the bank went for breakfast. I had to still wait for more 10 minutes. Why don't the bank keep their starting time at 11 am.

Very high charges charged by HDFC bank for debit card and for credit card also comparing other banks, worst experience with this bank.

HDFC BANKRUPTCY ALERT. CHEATER HDFC bank didn't return my money nor my account is closed despite police complaint from last 5 Months. HDFC is a FRAUD BANK that scams with customer's money. I went to bank to close a personal loan. If I pay 24% interest I need to pay 126000 rs in 1 year to close the loan, for foreclosure they told me to pay 120000 rupees. They are thieves.

One of the very worst banks . very bad banking system with zero technical knowledge.

Their manpower in untrained to deal with clients, they do not have any knowledge of bank and dealing with clients.

The future of this bank is very bleak if they have such type of systems and services .

After the merger god help the people who have account with HDFC Bank.

1. I am a person suffering from depression and social anxiety. Meaning I am differently abled. I set my ATM withdrawl to 10000 but I am getting only 1000 rupees.

2. HDFC Bank app is as stupid as their technical staff. They don't provide enough information or tags-links to address or troubleshoot ones issue.

3. They made me purchase HDFC Life by coercion.

4. Their bank demand draft bounced back. And for cancelling it they charged me service tax.

5. During Onam when the bank is open they are busy gossiping, dancing and busy with flower arrangements. You wait for hours and then leave the bank. Most of the banking staff know absolutely nothing. That professional touch and aura is missing.

6. The bank staff are liars.

7. Payzapp installed could not be used for nearly 2 years which could have helped me purchase goods on discounted price at POS.

8. It's better HDFC online banking is replaced by old time paper pay in slip. Their digital technology is ridiculous. What kind of technical staff are they hiring? Because the app is useless and helpless. Just like their staff.

9. Their app is so difficult to manoeuvre that there's no point in having it. It makes it all the more difficult to avail the online services and netbanking.

10. The debit card withdrawal limit from ATM cannot be easily set. Even if you reset it, you won't get the amount that was set. You can't even enter the debit card expiry month and year and even the country code. The app fails to recognize india's 91 code while entering the mobile number. Why are they then into this banking sector. Why can't they sell pakodas and kachoris instead?

11. If you go to their bank, despite the technological innovations they got a massive work force who knows absolutely nothing. That's the reason why we don't get a decent return on our FD and RD investments. A huge chunk of money they invest on technical force whose online apps, online services, telecalls, emails, banking apps, EVA chatbot, Payzapp, personal WhatsApp chat and banker, netbanking all are very very substandard. But they must be carrying home lacs every month as salary from our hard earned money. This is daylight robbery like Gabbar Singh.

12. I have already filed a case against them with an online lawyer and the RBI. But RBI is as bad as the banking staff. They are thugs.

13. Quite frequently I have observed that my password is not accepted on their netbanking page. So that shows that their technical workforce is dumb. Just as dumb and useless as their app and non-working staff.

13. HDFC staff are unaccountable, unreliable, liars. Just opening ATM-bhangaar-waala-ka-dabbas all over the country will not ensure easy availability of cash. Many a times, it's seen that their ATM dabba is empty.

They charge you money for everything again and again. In my case they charged for interest rate conversation twice. Thief bank.

I opened my account 2 weeks before did one transaction international I keep loosing money after that without my concern neither I receive any message or emails. Before all this when I was opening account I asked the customer care will it be a zero monthly account they said yes after opening they called and said need to keep the minimum balance. Tired of this in 2 weeks of not being honest I ask them to cancel the account they said online not possible visit near Bank and no charge will be there when I went to near Bank they said to pay certain amount and told to visit main branch. When I enquire they said double the amount of nearest branch said. To be honest I took the wrong decesion to open this account rather than choosing other

They lure you with all kinds of verbal promises in order to open an account with them by giving them a large deposit(they have taken over 5 lakh from me, and then they will keep that money with them . not opening the account on some excuse or another. Meanwhile you keep visiting the bank, and when they keep delaying and harassing you till you beg for your money back, which they won't, since they say that that money is in suspense account and will only be available when the account is opened which they keep delaying. this has been going on for weeks.

There is no provision to connect to any of HDFC Bank branch office. There's not a single call back as stated in ivrs announcement.

The recent hdfc bank online banking services are becoming increasingly anti-customer; where earlier you could see the bank statements instantly are now curtailed and made a tedious task of waiting for 5 minutes for a statement. they make it difficult to do the work which was so much easier earlier. services are going from good in the earlier days to very bad and rude in the recent days.
