Worst experience.
I have changed my personal num last to last year and from last 3 months I was getting continuous calls and messages to clear credit card dues.
It’s always mentioned someone else’s name while dropping a message and sending a message.
So thought there might be a change my new number was used by one of hdfc bank account holder so I was getting a call so I tried contacting a customer team and raised a query.
After few days when I was continuously getting a call I dropped a message to support team.
And today 29th Feb 2024 it’s been more than a month team always given me a date saying that your query will get resolved on so on so date.
Just please imagine how do you feel when early morning you will get a call from bank saying clear your balance and lots of messages and it continues whole day where you don’t have any account and you are not the one who has done that.
It’s like a mental torture.
I started receiving a call from different different number and support team asked me to share the screenshot I did that and again they keep on postponing a date.
Now they come up with a solution saying you are receiving a call to ask when you are going to clear the balance amount so please contact our dept department.
How disgusting is this.
Whole month i explained them that I don’t have account and it’s mental torture now they were saying to contact other department.
I have asked to share the senior concern person number but no response.
This is not a bank it’s like a kind of harassment and mental torture.
