I have many bank accounts, but I believe HDFC is doing well as compare to other. The team always assist in each and every case. Although now a days the banks are super busy still I will say I never face any disappointments. They can just make it more better by providing more training to security team.

There are plenty of banks nowadays and it's quite difficult to determine which one offers more profitable conditions ofr their clients. Actually, banking services are in demand today and that's why there ia a big competetiveness in the sphere. This bank provides me with anything I needed, moreover it offers home loaning and other great services which probably might be helpful for some people. Customer support here is very polite and always listen to your problems or questions and then answer you. I suppose this bank is deserved to be noticed.

Very bad experience now i decide never ever choose this Bank in my life. Customer service very pathetic don't deserve single rating.Full of unprofessional staff. They don't know how to resolve customer queries. Don't waste your time & hard earned money for this bank.

NEVER OPT FOR THIS BANK IF POSSIBLE. All the services of the bank challenge the bottom limit of being worst at its best. You can open an account only if you have 2 to 3 spare months of time. You will get the debit card after 2 months of applying for an account. The WORSTTTTTT BANK ever seen in my life. All good reviews are definitely paid ones. DO NOT BELIEVE IN THEM.

Once they feel that they are wrong than unneccessary they harras the customers like PSU banks For a small DD Liquidation they have wasted my 10 days and still I am not clear when I am going to get it and their escalation matrix hardly bothers about it

I never suggest you to choose HDFC bank as your first priority, because I faced many problems with this bank.


Firstly their services are not work properly, and when you visit their branch work any work then their employees act like they are soo busy , they haven't enough time for you.


And they always give own time only big or rich person not middle class..

Dear friends,


If you want a good banking experience, never go with HDFC bank. My experience is the best example to understand the improper behavior of the banking staff.


I'm a business man and I needed a current account. One of my friend working in the same bank. So I ask him about the procedures, then he connected me with an account section staff and informed me he will do everything.


On then next day I went to the bank and submitted all the documents. They verified all the papers and said that the account will be active with in two days. Then I planned to operate some of the important financial transactions through the new account. Unfortunately, they called after two days and told me some more documents are needed. They give me a format of application but it contains a number of mistakes.


I complained to the manager but he was an irresponsible fellow. He doesn't know anything properly and all the things doing with the help of other staff. Finally, the account has opened but it has only limited access. I can't use internet banking at the movement. It will take five days to fully activate the account but they didn't give proper information about this. So all of my planning were changed and I felt more discomfort.


The main problem is the unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of the staff. I think they will not get proper training. After account opening, I requested to give QR code. One of the staff told me that it is a simple procedure, he will prepare the documents and come to my home to collect my signature. He came to my home and I put the sign all the papers. Then he told me the photostat copies of partnership deed, Aadhar card, Pan card and office seal is mandatory. Actually, that was a busy day for me but I spend a huge time arrange these documents.


Then the telephonic verification and shop verification has completed but I didn't get the QR code. Again I called him then he said, an email will come but I never received a mail from HDFC bank about this procedure. I complained the higher officials of the bank. They are checking the status but I didn't get the QR even now. I'm trying it for two months and now I planned to transfer my account to another bank. I have totally worst experience with this bank.


The management and the employees are unprofessional and irresponsible.


They are not welcoming the suggestions of the customers and not ready to solve complaints.


They will not give information at the proper time.


The attitudes of the employees are not hospitable.


All the procedures are time consuming and disgusting.


I humbly request to HDFC management to employ more educated and well trained staff to deal with customers.

I visited Nerul branch of HDFC to preclose my FD and the team that sits in customer service at the branch was busy with social media and barely paid attention to my requirement. They did not inform me that NRE FD can loose interest if withdraw premature. I was under the impression it's paid out monthly/quarterly. Had the girls there given me the right information, I would have retained my FD. In this process I lost 40, 000 INR and now the bank sends me an email that this can not be revised. HDFC might consider employing more educated, well trained and well informed staff to deal with customers. Especially NRE, as we are unaware of the rules and constant changing policies that come into play. The worst and most loss making trip to a bank. October 2021

I must admit that I have worst experience in Opening NRI account which requires Noyary on Passport copy from Saudi Arabia this is stupid and sick idea from HDFC even after provided Chamber of commerce Attestation on passport copies which was advised bit officials did not willing to accept.

I normally don't go up and review brands but HDFC deserves a BAD review. I tried calling them to close my credit card, but they said, you will have to pay the remaining 50 paise for us to close this. And for that, you will have to call us again, because there are no other ways. I said I tried calling you guys for two weeks, your agents were busy and my call gets disconnected. Is there any way for the customer to get the No Due Certificate? They said, no. There isn't. Above that, they have hired customer service agents who are not at all friendly.

HDFC bank has one of the helpless staffs working ever. Never resolved requests in given time. They think people are stting idle. I had foreclosed my personal loan on 08-09-2021 and i was informed that within 7-8 working days it will be closed. However it is still showing active. I am going to file a law suit against HDFC. I wish to give 1 rating.

Very very worst experience ever. My loan request uploaded on 18.08.2021 and than still as on 12.09.2021 no proper responce.


Loan got approved and than rejected.


Due to this I lost my deal with owner.


My dreams of buying Shop is totally collapsed.


Request all before going kindly think 100 times.

One of my friend has taken a personal loan from HDFC bank. As we all know, they have very high-interest rates. But they are charging an extra amount every month in addition to their normal interest. They have some hidden charges. It is only during repayment, you will find out many hidden charges that were not mentioned to you at the time of granting the loan. They don't even think about customer's financial situation, They just want money. They are robbing your hard-earned money.


They have the worst customer care service and their management system for customers is very poor. They don't have any professionalism. My friend said that she has experienced very arrogant behaviour from some staff members. They are not bothered to improve even if you point out their mistakes very politely. They simply justify them and don't care about your queries.


So guys, please don't go with this bank.

I have been an employee and customer of HDFC Bank and all I have experienced is that they have the worst management system for both employees and customers. Employees are treated as worst as you can imagine. Colleagues are comparatively dumb and bunch of idiots you will find at a place. To survive in the bank you have to be dumb like your other senior colleagues. I have seen male and female colleagues licking the a of boss. All these things made me realise is that I can't survive here. Later I experienced pathetic customer service as I went to get my account close. It's been 3 months since I have applied for account closure and it hasn't done yet. My account is in negative balance already.
