Never ever agree for the insurance which they offer along with the housing loan . It is in lacs and they will add it as a separate loan with interest. You may get better insurance policies from other third party in case you afraid of not taking it during the tenure

As I did not applied for credit card but still they offered me credit card, so first I rejected there offer
But by there request of the back end team I accepted to provide them a hdfc credit card
But the sad part is after enquiring they rejected my application and they did two types of enquiries at Aadhar adres and alao office too but finally rejected so what my point is when you don’t give proper service to the customer you do not offer

Hidden charges is more and one of the worst bank ever .don't take loan from this bank.take loan fron other bank.
My experience with HDFC bank is really good. Whenever I visited branch, customer service was really quick. ATMs are available everywhere and never go out of cash. Atleast I never witness it.
Online banking through site and app is really user friendly. Options are easy and understandable as well as user interface is really simple.
Hdfc offers low interest rates on home loans and good interest rates around 5.5 % on fixed deposits.If you manage to become Preferred member then advantages on shopping, travel, finance schemes are really good as compared to ICICI and SBI.
It also offers Chat options like Ask Eva where all your general queries are answered and Shopping advantages like Smartbuy where you recieve good points and online shopping vouchers to avail discounts.

Customer support system is very very bad. Refund system is so bad. Faltu k charge. Jane kis kis chij k charge.
Rbi have to take action on these bank because dededucting money from customer without asking for non maintaince bank account charge who gave rights for them better close these bank Or make them to follow govt rules not there own rules it may be national Bank or international all as to follow as per how other bank folloew
I had salaried bank accounts for 3 year after company left it had around 4000 it become personal saving bank they never mention and droped messaged balance to should be maintained above 10000 if not maintained every month they charged 800rs without msg notification they deducedeted all my amount and no call account was run to -4000 who have gave rights to make own decision for decdecting our account.
I demand for rbi to take action on these bank I want my bank money back and my civil score to be added I demand for reserve Bank not to support such thing we are running these bank they don't have rights to deduct our money
I AM WITH THIS BANK FOR OVER 14 YEARS, took almost 5 to 6 loans and paid them promptly without even a single payment delay and recently moved to UK and had a very tougher time of my life in respect to money and contacted the bank through email told them i will be not paying the bill for next two months and happy to pay the extra emi from third month. I had some money in my account kept for some emergency purpose day before yesterday this bank hold my bill amount without any consent locked my bank account. These guys are nothing but a monsters...i decided today to move away from this bank and i will make sure that all my friends and colleagues boycott this bank for life..
Hello dear friend's and mouth shut member's today I'm going to share with you all about my personal experience in HDFC Bank so firstly I have bad experience about HDFC bank as they high amount of interest and compared to other banks and the services of the HDFC banks are not great , sometimes there is no server available of the bank for payment to be done and the Internet banking also like sometimes lacks and not be available so there is lack of Phone banking sometimes and when I apply my ATM then also it takes a lot more time and so there is lack of ATM availability and there is no customer service available there so I recommend you to not to open your account in HDFC Bank. Thank you

It is hands down the worst bank I've had the misfortune of dealing with. 2 months ago, a scammer very easily got into my mom's account and withdrew her funds. The bank gave us false hope that she will get her money back but reversed the credit. Now they've blocked her from accessing her own account. So a scammer can access her account but she can't. It makes me think whether the employees are hand in glove with these telecalling goons.
We've been going to the branch daily for the last 2 months begging for our own hard earned money. The employees make us feel worse than a beggar. The RM just keeps pouting all the time and says she can't do anything.
Not one employee has any idea what they're doing or why they're there.
Please close this branch immediately as it's of no use. If you don't believe me, kindly check the Google reviews.

Not solving issue simply saying wait for 3 days everytime ...like this a month went
I tried to open an account for my wife, it was a very tedious, time consuming and mentally draining process . We had to do the exercise 7-8 times to reach the so called video KYC page. We reached the web page only to read the following "You may walk into your selected branch to complete the process."
And there is no phone number or chat facility to get help in the process. This is not expected of a leading bank like HDFC. They should just give a phone number and send a representative to do the needful than resort to such misleading advertisement like " Open Account in few clicks" or " PaperlessSavings bank account with full benefits" etc.
I beg you all. Please don't take credit card from HDFC. If you're are not paying one month minimum due 32k for 15 days, then collection agents give threatening calls to you and to your family in hourly basis. Also they have blocked 2 months Minimum Due from Salary account. I have arranged money 64k from my friend to pay the 2 month minimum due and hold got blocked after 3 days by requesting many times. In covid, they are not reversing any charges and not hearing about customer problems.
I have my salary account in hdfc bank (unfortunately no choice by employer) every month they debit 99 to 100 rs from my account without any explaination Or reason I have to visit bank to enquire about it and they say it's netbanking charges and once they said it's sms facility charges and upon that they also debit 500 ₹ annual charges.. I mean what the f is the bank so poor with Shitty service that they have to u know steal from their customers?? I am really regretting it... Axis and kotak bank are far better compared to this shitty bank
My welcome kit was not delivered and when requested these idiots made me run entire state. I made 100 calls for solution but bloody all are directing me to
Pathetic bank services. No proper procedures of issuing credit cards. Earn more than 40k per month still says I am not eligible to apply. My credit score dropped from 845 to 800 due to these guys’ worthless enquiry. What a pathetic bank ever. Provide hefty amount of loans to the business scammers but reject a credit card for salaried employees. Totally useless services. Moving my salary account to ICICI now and closing HDFC. Also to add on, Customer guys are least bothered to your concerns.
Being 14years salary account with this bank they don't even provide loan offer in any emergency. I don't suggest to be with this bank. Everything is worst. Personal bankers also don't even respond properly. There is no minus stars to give.
It takes 1 hour to contact these guys on customer care they deduct my money because i didnt maintained my acc in january like seriously? without even any information that please maintain your acc otherthise this much amount gonna be deducted even atecutting off the money who is going to inform me? that my money is deduted i got stuck in a road for a payment making atleast you guys should have send somw text msgs that this amount of money is deducted from your acc for this purpose worst bank ive ever seen go for kotak guys 10000times better than this im going to close my acc right now.
I tried to open an instant salary account online in hdfc as the organisation where I work requires me to have a HDFC account for salary. Now, after the successful online account creation, my branch is shown somewhere in mumbai whereas it should have been something else. And I'm sure it's totally a fault on their end.
I received HDFC Diners Club International Credit Card after submitting online by third party agents which associated with HDFC bank. HDFC bank doesnt have numbers where we can interact personally through phone. There are phone numbers with only voice response which doesnt have issues which I am facing. My new card delivered after all approval process with incorrect first name which is mistake of HDFC bank and third party agents. Moreover I cant able to create login credentials. There is no one to assist from HDFC bank. Its one the worst customer service I ever faced. I strongly not recommending to avail any kind of Banking with HDFC. There are several reference no's "223757", "230437: which is unsolved and most of the representatives who are responding doesn't understands issues and looks like not professionals.
