Havells Tubelights and Bulbs

I brought Havells smart bulbs both one with multiple colours and those with warm and cold light.

Not a single one has worked except for a few measly hours.

Wipro smart are not great but these are just a waste. They died on me within a week.

The best part is they sometimes just light up on their own as I have not unscrewed these yet from the holder.

Havells manufactures subpar and substandard product.

And yes the app is equally bad and unintutive

Purchased HAVELLS tube light through Amazon India on 19th. September, 2022. Received on 20th. September, fitted and found it coming on and going off by itself. Not staying on. Asked Amazon for replacement. Till today, 5th. November, 2022, nobody has appeared to take the tube light back. Stupid Company. Disappointed with Amazon to keep selling their product, when no return can occur.

Don't buy any switches of Havells brand. It's purely third class product only aesthetically beautiful. I constructed my house and in all floors i used Havells switches and within 3 months time i keep on changing all switches ...

Havells LED lights are so bad that out of all the LED lights installed in my house, about 4-5 LED lights got damaged in the beginning and then 7-8 LED lights got damaged within a year.

I am calling customer care no. for 2 months. I have filed a complaint against faulty power sockets and that is super expensive(core). But they are making fool some time they said by mistake they canceled the request. Now they are saying the product is not available.

I didn't get any assistance from them.

I have emails but I didn't get a single revert. Below is a copy of the email:

Hi,

I have bought Havells(Coral) sockets and MCB(black color). In few days 1 socket and MCB stop working. I have filed a complaint but it didnt resolve yet. Even the customer care ppl insisting me to use white socket I have requested them that we are using black socket at whole flour then how we can use a white one. Havells is a big company, still, you are giving such a worse service. It's been a month I am following you. Today when I called them they said that they canceled my request without asking me they put my complaint under duplicate complaint. How such a careless team is there in Havells. I suppose to use your products in my organization. Bad this bad behavior change my decision. Request you pls look into the matter.

They are cheating customers as they told 10 years warranty for switches, but when I call them for some non functioning fan switches they are telling warranty only 2 years

Hi all,

Havells India is not a Dependable company at all. They Give 2 Yrs Warranty on LED LIGHTING products and they does not give any replacement.

I have purchase 100 LED Bulbs from which 26 Bulbs got fused within 6 months and I have sent back to company for replacement.

till date no one responding from company nor on Customer Care Number. Local Representatives have blocked my Number.

Havells is Simple Making fools to Customer with it's Brand Name, but their After Sales Support is very Bad and no one will look towards you once you have purchased their products and completed the payment.

I replaced all the normal tube lights in my house with Havells LED tubelight hardly six months ago. Today, one tubelight burst with a sound and stopped working. It lasted Not even 6 months. Very bad quality for a brand like Havells. Not sure how i can get it replaced. I didn't keep the bills. Don't know till when the remaining lights will work.

I have purchased this tube - light from mall and I am not satisfied with its performance when I on the light it takes much time to get on. After that the fuse had gone so I complain about it and I want money back, but they don't give my money back but they get it replaced it after a month. When I turn on the new one it work correctly but I observed it catches the eye focus and it create eye irritation. It also take much energy than an ordinary tube -light. I was greatly disappointed with this tube -light.

Do not buy havells LEDs. Looks like they are amateurs at manufacturing LEDs.

All thay are good with is advertising. I had bought this bulb in July 2017 and it stopped working totally on 10th October 2017.

Though they say it is one year warranty on product. I am following up on this with havells and looking forward to hearing from them.

I have bought havells tubelight recently and found it good light wise. It has very good bright light with a coolness. I cant currently write about its durablity right now because I have bought it recently. It has a cool light not sharp which gives problem to eyes and eyes gets irritated with sharp light but havells has cool light effect on the eyes. Packing is good a cardboard box is used for tube light. It's a fragile product. It is a good product cost wise also. It is cheaper some bucks from other brands.

Hello friends, I know Havells is one of the biggest brand dealing in electronics on a global scale. there products are so good. But this one product by them isn't that good at all. this is user friendly But as their are quite a lot of complications using this. the durability isn't that good as they give warranty for only 2 years. in starting few months bulbs was working properly but last 3-4 months ago light produced by LED is very Dim or dark. it is costly in compare to it's quality it is not reliable and durable.

It is the very very good products of havells tubelights and bulbs . I am also using this product like tubelights, bulbs, wire and many more products of havells . Hi friends today I want to review about Havells tubelight and bulb its a great company provides best quality ever you can trust this brand only name is enough.

it is very user-friendly easy to use and build with best quality, heavy material, provide warranty of its products , this brand is famous all over a world.

its LED bulbs of 9watt was available in market at rupees 100 which is best quality ever they provide you tow year warranty for its replacement.

in my home I use all products of Havells even it is switch , bulb, tube , light etc.

anf they provide me surety and safety I never faced any problems with this product ever.

its design and style was built very fantastic and exceptable.

service support was also nice you can not face any problem if you want to replace your product easy replacement.

Hi friends I am using Havells tube lights since 2 years. These lights gives bright light. Mainly I want to tell you that these light saves engery. As they consume less energy, create a difference in electric bill. As a normal person can also judge the savings. I used to buy this product since last 2 years.

In my house every corner I use this lights and bulbs.

This is totally user friendly product , no harmful effect of this on eyes . The durability is also good of this product . Their life is long lifer . The guarranty of this product is 2 years. This product is totally safe to handy .And easy to used. The style and design also awesome and looks are decent .

I didn't liked Havells Tubelight and Bulbs just because of its heating problem. Its machine get heated up so frequently.

I am very disappointed with this problem.

It is not a user friendly product as it doesn't last for longer time period because of its heating problem.

Havells Tubelight is not a handy product at all.

It doesn't stood on my expectations.

The service and support facilities are disgusting of Havells Tubelight and Bulbs.

Overall not a good product for us especially for those who want Bulbs for longer time period.

Havells is a company which make electronic equipments with good saving money as we spend on our electricity bill .
