Worst service by the service technician, we have taken AMC by paying 6000/- and technician broken our external filter yet we only paid for that again and it been 1 month still he didn’t come and finish the work no proper response are we paying money for this kind of worst service. Think that it is an water purifier our drinking water, Havells is a worst company.

I bought Havells Stealth Non BLDC Fan in Jun 2024 from local dealer. The fan started making noise from 10 day. I have asked for replacement with new fan when service suggested repair of the fan.After multiple escalations, they have replaced motor with another unit. Not sure if that is brand new. The same is broke after 7 month in Jan'25. Logged a complaint and the support engineer said shaft, bearing and windings should be replaced.After 3 days when he bought repaired unit, it was not working at all. I doubt if Havells has quality repair and testing services.I had crompton fan, which worked for 18 years without any issues. I have tried to replace with Havells Silent fan near TV unit. Wrong choice. I give zero ratings for Havells. very poor quality products and high price.

Havells has pathetic customer service. People will drastically regret for buying havells products. Avoid Havells. Cheaper Chinis product are way better than havells. Anyways they don't claim to have customer service.

I have bought a trimmer it wasn't working I spoke to their coustomer service regarding this but they said we will replace in a week after a week I called they said we don't have in stock we will arrange it in a week and after 21 days I again called them they said we have stoped making this model very poor service after almost a month they denied and said we don't have this product any more . I won't suggest anyone to go for this brand . It's not worth the money . I haven't experienced such a bad after sale service by any company.

Your services is very ghatiya bkvas no one take responsibility for anything . seriously I never recommended to anyone I raised request on 19/12/2024 for my gyser today 23 still no any update for servicing I daily talk at customare caree gaurav and Khushi I don't know what any else but every one are so careless so irresponsible never buy from havels

I recommend not to go for Havells products. Their service is the worst. I have purchased a Havells made geezer. This has been found defective within the guarantee period. In spite of repeated reminders since Last 14 days, but the company is cheating just saying technician will call you and attend within 24 hours. Havells products price are too high just giving more guarantee period in comparison with others. So my advice is not go for Havells products.

We had such a bad experience with havells company.. their service team people r so dump...they know nothing.. they r cheaters.. Big fraud.. took 2 month AMC not doing services.. please do not take AMC and any product from them...it's useless and pathetic...

Customer care also didn'thelp..put me hold for 1 hr..and no solution..

Took AMC for 2 years and no help... all r fraud and fake..

Please do not buy Specially RO from them... it's patheticand trust me...it's of no use..

Havells is such a pathetic company, RO system is big fraud.. they cheated with AMC also... Customer care humilated us.. this is big scam. , they sell and then say it cannot work with high tds.. whereas all other companies RO is doing well.

Big appeal to all please do not purchase RO from Havells.

following up for an installation but no response.. one technician came & disappeared & no response at all.

I bought this bcz it was recommended by Pai International who is a trusted dealer but now i feel

This company is a fraud. Despite my RO purifier being under warranty, they refused the free service and demanded 400 INR for the second visit. The technician who visited was highly unprofessional and rude, displaying outright hooligan behavior. Customer service is a nightmare. I strongly recommend against purchasing any Havells products.

I bought a havells fan which is not working in my room, its air is not coming to the corner which is making me very uneasy, after complaining to customer care Ramakant ji visited and accepted Even after the fan's RPM is correct, the fan is not blowing at the corner, after that Anoop Pal ji visited again and told that this fan is for air flow and works in air condition and I don't use air condition , after that he says talk talk to my senior once, I am trying to connect with him but he is not responding my call so this my request to you please solve my problem, I have taken the product from the company by trusting it but the experience with the local technician and service center has been very bad, please find the attached bill.

Purchased water heater installed with 7 yr warranty. Though product is used sparingly due to irregular stay in flat but after less than 3 yrs the heater left working complaint was booked and concerned person came just adjusted the thermostat and started demanding Rs 450/ when asked why this much charges he came down to Rs250/ but issued no receipt and advised that you will receive the same on phone. He demanded the code which I gave. Till now after 10-00 hrs no receipt has been recieved. He advised me to call customer care if charges looks to be on higher side. On calling customer care lady on the other end advised me to contact the same technician and declined to help saying I can't do anything. One can imagine the within warranty period if they can demand Rs 450/ for adjusting thermostat who would like to purchase their product and after taking reduced charges no receipts are issued and customer care are helpless. Name of the technician is Aakash with no 911968xxxx My complaint no 21102435074790 dated 21-10-2024.
