I am deeply frustrated with the unresolved issue regarding my Havells water geyser, which has been malfunctioning for over a month despite being under warranty. I first lodged a complaint on 11th September(Ref No: 07092433926041), and a technician identified a faulty part, promising a 7-day replacement. After filing another complaint on 25th September(Ref No: 25092434358781) and numerous escalations, no action has been taken. This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I am disappointed with the poor service. I urge Havells to take immediate action and resolve the issue without further delay.

Team am using Havells geyser past one year. Now it's not working I called service centre in ekkattuthangal chennai. He spoke with me very irresponsible. Am not satisfied to o buy Havells product in future and also suggest to you.

I am using a Havells Puro Turbo 6 L Storage Water Geyser for last 3 years. Every 2-3 months it gets reset. And then I have to call customer care. During warrant period they do it free but after the warranty period is over, they charge Rs 250 for every visit. 6 months back the geyser stopped working, I called the customer care, they told that Thermostat need to be replaced, charges Rs 1000. Now in 6 months again the thermostat is not working. I have spend almost Rs 1500 on this useless geyser. And now I am throwing it in garbage.

I purchased 4 geysers of Havells model Adonia 25 liters on 03.02.2019. Last year, one of them was leaking and I lodged the complaint for replacement under warranty of 7 years. I faced extreme difficulties to get the geyser replaced and observed that the company always making excuses to avoid replacement of faulty geyser.


Again, one month back, I found little rust on the lower joint surface of another geyser. The rusting increased with time and then I lodged the complaint. The technician Sh. Shyam from Havells visited and after observation he told me there is no leakage. I asked him why the rust is there? It shows that the tank inside has rusted and may cause some accident. He cleaned the rust with tissue paper and repeated that there is no leakage. He refused to give me the report in writing depicting his cleverness.


This attitude confirms that under Havells strategy all the technicians are advised to avoid accepting complaint under warranty of the product. Surprisingly, rusting is not considered by Havells as a product(tank) malfunctioning.


I am waiting for the rust to appear again and then will lodge the complaint with consumer court.


I am scared of using the geyser in coming winter.


Shame on Havells.

False description on Amazon. It heats up 1.5 l water and then you wait like a storage geyser.


Amazon executives agree that it's not how the prodcut should work, essentially meaning that the product is wrongly promoted on Amazon.


The technicians they send also say that the product only heats up 1.5 l of water and then you have to wait.


Moreover as soon as we understood that the product is a falsely described product we asked Amazon to take it back. They kept asking for 48 hours time to resolve and also agreed initially to refund the money. This happened 3 times. So 348 hours we kept waiting. Now the window of return is closed.


And Amazon says it cannot refund anymore even though they agree that the product is falsely promoted.


Abosulte wrong practice and cheating done by Amazon and Havells. In total we made 7 calls of 1 hour each to get the resolution. Patiently waiting just to be cheated. Ultimately had to switch to another product as my mother who is 70 years old was suffering because of the nuisance from Amazon and caught a cold.

I have been cheated with useless product pls dont purchase any product from the havells you also will be cheated,

Once complain even after that care not find out with customer about work done or not. Product also not that much good as got leakage problem in 8 to 9 month also after repairing done facing same problem and you ask for replace they are not take care says out of warranty. Very bad experience now can not buy hevalls product. Not to buy this product batter go other brand Bajaj . Wasted money.

It's my personal suggestions, experience with Havells services extremely poor and before buying the product make sure everything is in black and white about its service after sales.


My water geyser 5 litres, has 2 years warranty, when it stopped working, I did complain, a person came and fixed it, within 2 hours same problem arises.


Complained again, the service guy says need to pay money for servicing, when checked with customer care they informed I am entitled for free service, which still they refused to do it.


Every time they had been asking for money


Once they asked to register complain through other no, when questioned why he said for coming again the company will not pay, which i refused to support in wrong doings, seems this is the reason they had not been coming, i specifically explained in detail to customer care, but all thru deaf ears


I had to call someone from outside, to my surprise the wire was short circuit for that reason it was tripped.


I have proof, as I have taken the picture of the same, which can be provided on demand.


In my opinion extremely hopeless service, i must have complained atleast 6-8 times, requested for some senior staff for call back and intervention but all thru deaf hears,


Had emailed 2/3 times no response, in such case, what is the value of warranty, seems to me is just fooling around.


It's extremely sad, my foolishness had trusted on this product and purchased 5 geysers , room heaters etc. Now decided no more Havells product in my opinion this company seems unreliable.

I have bought havells gyeser 2yrs back but in 1 yr valve got replaced after that the problem came again after 2 months then cce told show the invoice copy I have already given 1st time to the mechanic and was taken by him I reported to cc but they said I hv to pay money or show the bill if during the the time of installation It was already registered then why again they ask for bill and charge money .

This is so frustrating to reach out like this complaining about your highly unprofessional & helpless support that you are offering to your new customers. In the list of multiple options, I chose your company to buy a Geyser for my home during this winter.


The Installation Technicians didn't even have measurement tapes & proper machinery to make drills and properly place the geyser on top, they were using ropes. They were not able to pluck out the previous installed Geyser Screws due to lack of proper equipments, So technicians chose a different place to Install the Geyser and finally they installed in such a way that the Geyser Cord became short from the power point.


This is completely unacceptable, top of this installation failure, they went into an dis-respectful argument too stating that its my fault about not choosing the right place to get the switch board.


I am looking to re-furnish my bathrooms Tiles and re-install, Kindly do the needful & take strict actions against them else I need compensation.

Bought havells adonia 10 litres. The installation person was very irresponsible and working in such a haste because of which improper installation of the product.
