It's my personal suggestions, experience with Havells services extremely poor and before buying the product make sure everything is in black and white about its service after sales.
My water geyser 5 litres, has 2 years warranty, when it stopped working, I did complain, a person came and fixed it, within 2 hours same problem arises.
Complained again, the service guy says need to pay money for servicing, when checked with customer care they informed I am entitled for free service, which still they refused to do it.
Every time they had been asking for money
Once they asked to register complain through other no, when questioned why he said for coming again the company will not pay, which i refused to support in wrong doings, seems this is the reason they had not been coming, i specifically explained in detail to customer care, but all thru deaf ears
I had to call someone from outside, to my surprise the wire was short circuit for that reason it was tripped.
I have proof, as I have taken the picture of the same, which can be provided on demand.
In my opinion extremely hopeless service, i must have complained atleast 6-8 times, requested for some senior staff for call back and intervention but all thru deaf hears,
Had emailed 2/3 times no response, in such case, what is the value of warranty, seems to me is just fooling around.
It's extremely sad, my foolishness had trusted on this product and purchased 5 geysers , room heaters etc. Now decided no more Havells product in my opinion this company seems unreliable.
