Disgusting after sales service !!

This is a strong mail with reference to a conversation which I had with Mr Uma Shankar Mobile No 97682 67433 talking very rudely & in a manner not acceptable.


We had paid a good amount in the month of November/December 2022 for service & change of the main motor along with the AMC of our water purifier which is at our work place Gym Spirit / GS Fitness Pvt Ltd


Suddenly to our surprise rules of the company has changed on the basis of usage & the AMC has lapsed. On the basis of the contract how can the AMC expire before time was my question to him to which he replied the money is not for his personal use & not for him. It was for the company hence the AMC has lapsed.


I fail to understand how such people are hired by the company & how are they allowed to speak in such a manner to the reputed clients. The conversation was in Hindi in a very abrupt tone.


Kindly look in to this matter about the AMC & the idiotic person or else I will put this on social platform & make a hue about it.

Havels poor after sales service

This is a highly expensive product(Delight alanine) I purchased about a month back.


I have filed a break down complain within 30 day so fitting as my diverter valve started leaking. I called up the customer care number and they arranged a technician. The job was to stop the leakage but technician was not interested in attending. He was more interested in selling an additional filter to me. When I said not to him, he told me that he can’t do anything about the leakage as not under guarantee and I should buy another diverter and fix it. This diverted was part of the overall fitting given to me by the company and its fitting contractor and now they wants to sell me a new diverter by charging me additional Rs 1000/- . When I objected to this, the technician was happy to leave and said he will com back after discussing with his seniors? I am quite certain that his travel cost and time would have been more expensive than the actual cost of repair, but who cares…


After that I have been calling the customer care but it's been 7 days and I have no solution to my problem. The leakage continues to spoil my modular kitchen platform the wood underneath.


Requires filters to be changed every 6 months

Havells RO purifiers mandatorily need filters to be replaced every 6 months, else the purifier will stop working. even though if you get servicing done every month but still by end of 6 months filters need to be replaced on extra charge to customer. IT DOESN'T EVEN COMES UNDER WARRANTY of product even within a month of purchase.


That means there is an expense of 6k every year on this purifier as part of maintenance which is almost equivalent to the water cans getting delivered to your doorstep.
