Hans Travels, Sangamwadi, Pune

On 10/2/25 I traveled with your Hans Travels Pune to Chhattisgadh, Bus number MP 09 ZZ 9944, the bus was good but the worst experience I had was with your driver who was initially driving from Pune to Aurangabad.

The luggage in the bus was kept in the walk way of the bus instead of in the dicky, due to that it making difficult to walk while getting on off. When I asked the driver about it, he replied that if you want to travel, do it otherwise get down from the bus.

When I asked why you are talking so rudely, he quarreled with me and cursed me.

If the rest of the passengers talk with him, he fight with them, that's all I told him no problem, if you want to keep stuff, ask people, we'll adjust it, He said, I don't care, and he used F language.

He abused me like this.

Then I contacted the office of the bus on this number(87708 3xxxx) and told the above incident.

I always travel for business in buses but this is the first time I had such a horrible experience .

I think the management team of Hans Travels will definitely take action on this against that driver …

Dear Sir,

Please take note of a serious practice by Hans Travel Bus( Goa to Mahableshwar) which clearly states that their car or van will up and drop at Mahableshwar Bus Stand. But their practice is to just drop the Mahableshwar passengers 45 kms early and felt on the highway to fend for themselves!

Today, my brother(63 years old) Ticket no: TS3298359898 and his wife were dropped at the highway at mid night 1200 am, without any pick up arrangement by Hans Travel!

Please investigate and take necessary corrective and preventive action to save unsuspecting passengers, from the ordeal and cheating by the Hans Travel Bus.
