I booked ratlam to Indore bus at 6:15 am. From Indore I had to catch a flight at 11. 55 am. At 6:20 also bus was not there at pick up point. I called driver he said bus will be 1 hour late. I had to make alternative arrangements at last minute. They won't refund money either. They will tell talk with red bus help desk

No Room For Punctuality. The staff was very rude and no proper communication was provided. Will not recommend anyone with service. If there is minus star then I would have recommended that

Its raining outside and water leaking inside the bus . I was travelling with my baby whole seat is getting wet and when I raise this concern to the attender his attitude is very bad. He said he cannot help with that we have to go in this condition only. While they are charging so much amount for travelling and giving worst service to the customer.I want full refund of my tickets.

Pune to Kolhapur Bus Journey

My recent bus journey from Pune to Kolhapur was highly disappointing. From the outset, the bus was late, causing significant delays. The condition of the vehicle was subpar, with worn-out seats and a lack of basic cleanliness. The air conditioning was either non-functional or poorly adjusted, making the ride uncomfortable. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to passenger concerns. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory and needs considerable improvement. I would recommend exploring other travel options for a more pleasant journey

We had stayed in holiday park hotel in shirdi.on 13th Jan we were about to leave for goa so the hotel receiptionalist suggested us to book this bus..we had asked him about the timings and bus condition as we were suppose to reach goa for urgent meet...on suggestion of hotel staff as they insisted us we booked this bus which was suppose to leave around 9pm from shirdi from above said hotel premises.around 7:30 pm I received call stating that there is some issue with ac compressor and repair work is going on so bus will arrive by 1am on 14/12/2024. We thought it was a genuine reason so we waited for same bus as such problems might arise sometimes. It was almost 1:30 am mid nite and no sign of bus arrival so we contacted hotel reception and they were at all not bothered and not even the bus operator was receiving our call...so we requested hotel receiptionalist to contact bus operator and he was like wait for sometime.around 3am our patiences were over and we called concern police station as this hotel staff were at all not bother about delay of bus nor the bus operator.as when we called police immediately this hotel receiptionalist called operator and bus driver called us stating bus will come to said hotel holiday park in next 20 mins...but finally after delay of more then 6hrs bus came at 4am...on completing distance of about 160kms bus was again stopped as there AC belt was broke and till 12pm we were in Pune...we were suppose to reach goa at 11am on 14th Jan but still we are in pune and its 12pm now...if you question bus staff about it they are like aisa toh hota hai apko adjust karna padega...hope so we reach goa with no more break down...

So I suggest people not to prefer this bus at all as they have literally took 25hrs to travel shirdi from goa and very rude staff...even bus condition is worst...not worth the money

Very bad management service.

I had a connecting bus via indore to ujjain but it delayed by approximately more than 1.5 hours.

Firstly they change the pick up location just before the day of traveling.

Secondly, I boarded from Pune and in mem way from Indore they change our volvo multiplex to simple seating bus.

And this bus operator don't care about time.

They charge rs 1700 to 1500 for pune and then in that they give poor quality bus and also the suspension is not good .

I had booked 4 tickets from RedBus using 2 reg mob numbers to get all seats in the same bus with taking satisfied discounts of rs 250 per booking.

Later, Meanwhile boarding in the bus from their office in Indore, the bus ticket checker wore Red-Coloured T-shirt has asked us to pay separate extra charges on each trolley bag we had.

Being a working professional and in all senses, using my natural kind way of interaction, I asked the ticket checker and other driver staff to let me talk to their upper management to get better clarification on cash payment been asked to pay against the small sized trolleys.... with reminding them about the confirmed booking I made with paying INR10000/- using Redbus.

Then suddenly the Red-Coloured T-shirt guy just started shouting on me and forcefully pushed me back out from the bus with thrown out my luggage on the road. Post 5-10 min of hard & stressed situation we saw other passengers boarded in the bus got involved them in all mess to save all 4 of us from the group of bus staff were pushing we 4 very badly and using abusive language.

I heartily thank to all those passengers who came out to help us and raised their voice for Humanity and with talking to someone from senior position seated at the Dhakkan Wala Boarding point, the bus staff silently carried my luggage to the bus. Because of preplanned and prebooked resorts in Goa, we just peacefully got boarded to the bus followed by physical and mental insult in public place.

But, it was not over for them yet. After 13hrs of travel, around 12 in the late-night near Ahmadnagar they stopped the bus for dinner, where the bus driver went to the restaurant manager/owner and asked him to talk with someone on call together pointing his finger on 4 of us.

We ignored them for the moment as we were getting the food after facing multiple No on stopping requests by we 4 so we can buy something to eat-drink and no replies on stopping requests to pee.

So, We just ordered the veg food which had not been served on my table till the time the bus driver & other passengers been done with eating, the food came on the table the bus was about to leave, So, Instead eating on table, we took the food in the parcel so we could have eaten in bus. But how... here again the driver stopped us to carry the food inside his bus mentioning the excuses of cleanliness inside.

At this point of moment we 4 mutually accepted the worst we all been fallen and trapped into. This helplessness reminds us our patience and calmly left the veg food behind and brought wafers with cookies to feed us at the moment.

This was a memorable journey, I'm gonna share on social media & every available sources of publishing the information. So that other travellers can get aware about and stay away from such incidents and circumstances they may get trapped.

Being the only bus provider from Indore to Goa creating a monopoly in the market, Hans Travels became only available option for us to travel by bus, even if you don't want to.

Very rude and sense less drivers ....they will drop you at any place...not safe for ladies at all...
