Hamara Holidays, Delhi

I booked a kedanath trip from 19th July till the 23rd July for 20000 INR and I had to pay bribe of 2600 to their driver. Third class travel company.No one is helpful. Never book thru hamara holidays. Now their drivers are calling me and threatning me.

Thanks to Hamara Holidays team for making our trip memorable.I went to Kerala last week with my family for 5 nights 6 days package and the kind of services we got were excellent within a very reasonable cost.

Even the transportation was comfortable and the stay was pleasant. the provided hotels according to our requirement .

We planned our trip to Nanital through Hamara Holiday Pvt. ltd. And we are totally pleased with the services they provided to us we went with our 2 year old child and the team there took special care .

All details were provided with nothing being overlooked. We will not hesitate to use their services in the future as well!

I had approached Hamara holiday for Char Dham Yatra in May 2013 and had sent them the advance of Rs.10000.00.

Due to sudden demise of my uncle on 16th April, the programme got cancelled and due to our custom, we are not supposed to undertake pilgrimage for one year. I had immediately informed The tour operator and requested to refund the advance.

They failed to return the advance on the pretext that seats went vacant. This was an utter lie. Moreover, they had not informed about the terms and condition of the package in the beginning.

Please be careful to deal with this co. as I feel cheated.

I have booked damdama lake package from them. I told them that we will  be 6 in number but it can be lesser also. At the time of booking they  agreed, but when we went damdama lake, the manager there, start shouting  at us and told us to pay for 6 people (we were 5 in number).

When we  called Hamara Holiday from there, they switched off their mobiles and we  had to pay for 6 people... There are 2 people I know- Yogesh and suman,  who does all the booking, but are fake. Please don t book any package  from them.
