I went with my wife & infantkid, just to satisfy my wife's love for Haldiram food. My wife had just kept her bag on the chair where my Kid was standing. There is suddenly 1 tall person comes & takes my wife's bag & place it on our table. He behaved like a Goon.While objecting to such behaviour he told us that he is the Manager there name Rajesh. If this is the management, one can evaluate rest of the services.

Not recommendable specially with Family.

The haldiram restaurant is good.the foods and sweets of haldiram are delicious.The food and presentation is very good in the restaurant.The ambiance is good.The customer is very good and well maintained in the restaurant.It's very cheap and value for money good food dishes available in the restaurant.

So the viewers can go to this Restraunt with their family to have some delicious foods and sweets which are cheap and value for money.

Food and Presentation

First of all they provide only veg, not non veg.

The food quality is very good and tasty and presentation is also very good. healthy food.

Ambience & Decor

Ambience is very good and Decent Decoration but the restaurant is on road side so the sound of traffic is a cause of disturbance. That's why less Peace and tranquility

Customer Service

Worst customer service, because self service and you have to wait, wait and wait. sometime you have to wait almost one hour(Personal experience)

Located at ballygunge, this place is a well maintained and decent qsr. Has an escalator to the 2nd floor sitting area, for those who opt to seat and eat meals. The sitting space is huge compared to other haldiram outlets in kolkata. Brightly lit restaurant.

The best things that I tried here( over time obviously) are gulabjamun, chole bhature, dosa, kesar milk and for fulfilling meals one can look up for chinese combo or the indian combo. For veggie lovers and healthy food one should always opt for this place.

Haldiram's is popular all over India as well as outside India.It has numerous branches scattered world wide.Haldiram's is known for its supreme quality and purity. Haldiram Food City in Ballygunge is a good hangout place with friends, family or relatives.I have been here many times  with my friends and family and we love the varities of food served here.

One can order anything they like as  many options available on its menu list and all are pure vegetarian items.It serves samosa, kachori, different types of chaat, pav bhaji, chinese, north indian, south indian cuisine, pizza, sandwiches, desserts, beverages, sweets  and many more.Food is awesome and is cooked with utmost purity.We enjoyed chola bhatura, chinese combo and kesaria kulfi.

Ambience is pleasant and one can spend quality time with  friends and family.Self service system is followed here and rates are quite reasonable for every item on menu.There is also a banquet hall for parties and ocassions and its quite spacious and reasonable.

I have been to Haldiram Food City so many times and the experience is very good. The ambience is good. It is very spacious. The favourite items I like here are Gulabjamun, Raj Kachori, Chole Bature, Pav Bhaji, Dahi Puchka & Dhoklas.

It is the best place for quick bites. It is totally vegetarian. Non-veg is not at all served. It is a very good place forhanging out with friends. The food is delicious and decently priced. It is totally air conditioned. I love this place.
