Hi friends.Freezer module is too fragile. In our case, it got punctured within 5 months time and company says it is not under warranty as its a physical damage. For repairing thay say it would cost Rs 6K+ which is more than 50% of price we paid for refrigerator itself.

Another issue is getting spare parts. We are in Bangalore and every spare part needs to be ordered and shipped from Pune. This process takes weeks time to get your refrigerator repaired even if you are ready to pay.

I bought this Haier refrigerator after being impressed with its looks and the amount of space inside. However, since I bought the fridge I faced trouble every other day. Firstly the features like Quick Freeze and Temperature Control never worked for me. It took awful lot of time to cool when I turned on the Quick Freeze mode qnd took almost an hour to adjust the temperature. Worse was every time I opened the fridge doors it make some terrible noise especially at nights. It was expensive too. I eventually got rid of the fridge and bought a new one.

Haier HRB 271 HP refrigerator is very ease of use and its cooling setting is very easy to handle without any knowledge or skill.

I bought this refrigerator one year ago but I face some issue in last two months. It cooling capacity is very low and more electric consume. This refrigerator compressor is not proper work and its noise is high. This refrigerator upper door is not proper close.

This refrigerator is double door and I face some issue to ease of cleaning. Its water flow system is not good and collect water inside this refrigerator.

Its design and looking is very nice but its height is more and not comfortable for children and small height members.

This refrigerator service is not good because its service is not helpful. Its phone service is very poor and do not give any solution on phone conversation.
