I recently visted H&M shop in my nearest mall. It was my first time there because I had seen so much about this brand and also saw so many influencer were worn this brand clothes. Also they praises alot this brand . But my experience is not like them quite opposite to them which I saw. So I entered there and go the jeans section and the prices were little higher than the brand jeans which I wore regularly but I had to buy for a experience so I bought it although it's expensive. But this was my mistake because after I wore it 2 or 3 times and washed it what I saw that color faded so much which I not supposed. Also its fabric quality seems so poor because it's cause me irritation while wearing not at all comfortable. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

My order of a pack of 5 briefs was delivered wrongly as a single brief.

Customer service promised a proportional refund but I received only about a half refund which is totally dishonest.

Totally useless customer service.

I give this only because I cannot give a'zero'. I have been customer of H&M for the past two decades never have seen such unprofessionalism from H&M to say the least. I placed an order online, which was supposedly(because I never received it) delivered by the agent on 3rd of February 2023. After a lot of chasing and contacting them umpteen times finally after 3 weeks of relentless chasing they replied saying that refund would be issued in a day or two. However, on checking the status they said that the case is closed since they have a delivery challan from the vendor for 5th February 2023, hence the order cannot be refunded. They have closed the case without sharing the delivery challan(because I have not received the order even to this date and time) and are reluctant to share the delivery challan because I am sure they are scratching each other's back. This is certainly not from an international brand like H&M. which shows no ethics and does not care about customer service. Kudos to people like me who recommend and use such brand. My ask to everyone stop patronizing such brands who have no ethics and are not transparent. I would not lie for a sum of 4K but this is matter of principle.

I placed an order online. The amount was deducted from my bank and H&M cancelled the order without informing me the very next day.

They said they’ll return my money in 3days, it’s been more than 10 days. There’s been no update on the same. The representatives are not polite at all!! Very disappointed! Bad service! Don’t place orders here!!!

The incident:

Purchased ‘L’ sized shirts and ‘42’ sized waistcoat online from H&M. The shirts were fitting, but the waistcoat was only a size of 36. Therefore, it was too small to use. I chose the size because it is written 42 is equal to L size on the size guide.

The explanation from the H&M Company:

1. The waistcoat is a ‘Top’ category product, so its size should be selected from the ‘Top’ category.

   
   




2. According to the company’s policy, a product purchased under the promotion cannot be exchanged with a bigger size(not because of unavailability).

   
   

Scenario 1:

There is no size guide given for the exact product name “waistcoat.”

Moreover, it is not mentioned that the “waistcoat” comes under the “Top” category.

Therefore, this is primarily an error by the company; the customers are helpless.

(The customers are not garment experts to know the categorization exactly. Being a common man, I thought the size guide for the shirt would also do for the waistcoat).

Scenario 2:

Purchased under promotion should not disqualify the rights of customers to have the correct sized product. If the company has such a policy, that is a human rights violation. It is not appropriate for a civilized society. It must be scrapped.

According to the company’s policy, “products purchased under the promotion will not be exchanged” explains that the customers deserve to be penalized for using the company’s promotion by throwing the unfitting products in the trash bin. They boast to protect human rights, but they do not protect humans' rights.

Hello I'm honestly very disappointed right now with the h n m app shopping

This is already the 2nd times which is happening to me

I have returned the product on my first order and waited for like more than 40 days or maybe more than that but still then I'm not getting any refund money back and on the second purchased product as well the same its already past 20 days but the same

I'm Literally very flabbergasted and aggressive at the same time

Please get me back my money??????

Manager did not even greet me just warned me not to exchange my products because they would not exchange it for me.Tops I bought were very bad quality bad fitting, basically unbearable and the cost was 1.5k.Not worth shopping here at all.This is not a Brand, made in a factory in India and Putting H&M name.

I recently purchased a product from the h&m online website, since I had an issue with the size, had to return it yes the pick up was done early but about there refund policy it is very bad, it has nearly been a month since i returned the product and haven't received my refund yet like seriously keeping hold of customers money for such a long without any updates being such a reputable brand is very misleading. Please I suggest not to go for there online purchase, and I request to get my refund as soon as possible.

H&M is one of my favorite brand, Quality is superb and beautiful collection, that we cant get from any other brands. Little bit costly but worth every penny. Iam super happy with my 1st purchase from H&M, and will buy more dresses from this brand and will definitely recommend to my fam and friends.

Recently I bought two hoodies, under 3000/- First of all it's almost unbelievable to get those soft and superior quality fabic hoodies at such price... and speaking about the texture and color. They're the same color I ordered online. The service was pretty slow though but the product really hit it's value for money, unlike Zara which has hiked its prices. H & M products are always high quality, and Iam thinking to buy some more clother.

The real score is "0". Called to support, to change an order. they just disconnect the call and I wasn't able to contact again. ARE THEY BLOCK MY NUMBER?!And remember that you can't change or cancel your order after 15 minutes.

Just like that.H&M has a very unprofessional staff(online) and nobody control them. I would like to buy in store(if I have a time) but never online!

cloths are affordable and yet have good stuff of apeals .

customer service are good here , once I ordered wrong size , and requested a exchange , customer service response was much fast then I have expected .
