Really liked the treatment of staff. It's was comfortable for me also it's my first time but it was one of the best.

Raja was the staff handling me his way of talking towards me was nice

1)I took detan pack for face and neck and a goji mask service. I get no bill till date, all i got is a screenshot from their computer and that has no gst number it.

2)The service provided by green trends malkajgiri-anandbagh was pathetic, he literally used 3-4 drops of cleanser and rubbed all over my face, i did not feel any cleanser on my face, all i felt was his bare hands

3) he did not cover my full face, missed my chin and neck cleansing

4)while wiping also, he treated my face like a bike or service. Thats rigorous man!!

5)detan pack did not reach my full neck, he literally left my 30percent of neck. Also applied detan pack in my hair, such a useless service peovided by green trends

6)also while applied goji mask he spilled over my tshirt n the stain does nt go away even after 2 washes

7)now i don’t get my bill even after physical visit to the store twice, multiple call reminders

This is the address, this was my second time their, here they will only charge more , what service they offer is very bad, here harldy you see any customer coming and even if anyone is coming also there exit will always will be unhappy because what they paid was huge for a basic hair cut, don't buy their membership card, because you wont get any benefits, this is all thugging making customer fool,

i suggest all of u to don't go there instead of that go to any small shop there you will get a better satisfaction in less money.

I WON'T GO AGAIN. Very BAD service. I had a hair cut from this branch. I clearly told the guy to cut very less. But he kept 2-3 mm hair and cut the rest of the length. The only upper part is having little more hair and it looks uneven. every hair has a different length. Green trends had some quality of service. But now they don, t care about what we want. they just care about the money. I paid 300 above even I had a privilege card. I could get a far better hair cut from a local hair cutting shop for 60 RS.

The fat receptionist don't know how to listen to a customer and how to address customer's concerns. She says that she doesn't care if one customer is lost because they have many customers. Her attitude is worse and she is not fit to be sitting there as she had bad mouth. I have been a customer for one year and decided to stop taking their services as they don't mind losing a single customer instead of addressing their concerns. They don't even turn on the ACs many times.

Don't spend your money unnecessarily on these quality less expensive services.

I visited here once and I have done with my waxing and threading and the bill gave me for 2x threading quantity+ waxing(they have charged 150/- extra) I realised at parking and went to the staff and asked them they said we will refund you for next visit. and waxing they have heated too much and I got burnt. staff are not coporative, please dont visit.

I'm a regular customer for this store and today as per the plan I had taken appointment, and went.Appointment had taken By store owner when I visited, 5 employees including her explaining product packages to only one customer and we are all waiting along with 5 customer.No service is going on actually, only 30 min all employees explaining to that customer because he paying 7000 rs package.And that part is over, as per the plan they have to do service to us including other customer who are all waiting from long time but they had taken them.If we ask wait sir, your are a regular customer know, tho its means regular customer are fools it means.They will come to know how green trends pragathi nagar branch brand will come down.My ego hearted .Im in to service industry 100% I will always try to give best to customers.The store owner does not have curtesy also while I'm leaving, From past one year I'm regularly going here.No more Green trends Now.Same madam started one more store TONY and GUY in H&MMall, Banajara hills. Don't go please.

Trust me this happened with my brother we booked them for make over for his marriage they have completely ruined his big day with their inexperienced makeup and hair styling employee's totally disappointed with their services and they have charged so much before coming to function hall itself.

So much of money wasted and they have runied all the wedding pictures.

I have opted for haircut stating to be medium length, they have done very short hair cut. Tried to lure more money stating advanced haircut but it's not worth a penny. Please make sure the type of hair cut u are preferring. Check for price and proficiency of barber. They have less experienced staff with more valued price

This is particlularly for Green Trends in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The guys are good. Prices are not really high. They do give proper attention and time to you and grrom you nicely. Soft-spoken and friendly staff. I have been a frequent visitor. I wish they get to know they are being praised

Very bad experience. I wanted u shape hair cut and they did step cut. I told them meny times that I wanted my hair to be long. And they did my hair very very short. I literally cryd. And they simply said sorry mam. Workers are un experts they really dont know the work. They just do wt they have learned.

I was highly impressed by the courtesy of staff and services at Mysore. I then went for a membership card as well and became a regular customer at Green Trends.

However, I received an SMS stating special offers for Members on Republic day.Avail 26% discount.

I convinced my co sister and took her along and unfortunately landed in the Toli chowki branch to have a disgusting experience. The staff were misleading.

Hair spa did not comprise of the relaxing back, shoulder and arm massage probably bcoz of time constraint.

Finally when the billing was done we realized how we were being fooled. When questioned, the person at the counter says, that he is the owner and has the authority to do as he wills.

Pathetic service.

Its a fraud saloon. They will maintain interior well. No qualified staff and every time the staff change. They will trap you in a marketing deal and there is no receipt or refund once locked for 6 sitting or what ever deal you just say fine. Be cautious and avoid as much as possible. Go for who only talk to you saloon services but not marketing deals or trap you in sittings culture. I visited 3 of the branches in hyderabad where the worst saloon staff I found here. not interested to go again but trapped for 6 sittings for 6000 bill which they are not ready to refund or adjust. every franchise is different and they do not customer centric. Only memebership is centralized and local cheep staff.

It was a good experience stepping in nizampet. The services was adorable. Trained staff with good quality services. Fair prices, good manners, I got all that here and have been more happier with a hair. The salon is a decent place. Not overly crowded and also the facial services are too good.

However it depends on the specific analysis . I dont know the names but I thankful to Green Trends.

This is one of the best spa and saloon in the hyderabad.from one of my relative I known this and I tried once.by visiting once i'm loved the way of treating to the customers by the staff.they welcome with respect.the infrastructure is well and good.they are well furnished with all equipments from foreign they imported to india.the hair stylists and beauticians are very well trained.the work will be done perfectly without and problems and neatly.the work will be fastly without any scars.the charges are also less compared to others and also they discounts to their regular customers.the money is valuable.

Ive been to this place 2 to 3 time.more than service, .i love their ambiance.they were very delicate if I asked to change something which is highly impossible in other spas.to be precise the way they do the hair cut or threading with a lot of care and delicacy takes me to this place always.would strongly recomend
