This is a fraud app and cab service. They charged 100% extra for the trip based on kms. The driver named Zeeshan Alam was completely incompetent and inexperienced. He was talking on phone full time during the ride. I was feeling as if ai am there to listen to his stupid talks. The owner of the car Aryan looted me be charging 5, 700 from Mysore to Ooty which was showing 3, 700 as per the app. He took in wrong route for almost 50-60kms since this guys didn't know the route. Then they charged extra forcefully. This is a scam by Aryan, Zeeshan and GOZO app. Be aware of these looters and fraudsters.

I am writing this from my exp of using this taxi for a recent trip with family from Udupi to Goa. The problem started with getting a'proxy' driver instead one assigned from the Gozo portal. This'proxy' driver didn't even know how to use Google Maps! Was always looking for an opportunity to lose right track so that kms can be added and we can be charged of going above the booked one. As we were vigilant and didn't let him go off-track, he then used fradulent means to bump up the kms. Worse, the actual driver who was handling the payment said that we went 200km over what we actaully did.based on some GPS app he was using to track our trip. Next shock was they triple charged us for Goa permit and also charged toll for return journey which was not as per our booking. We ended up paying almost 3-4k more by these fradulent means.


The icing on cake is their customer service. I reached out to their CC # which only handles a call back, explained my concerns and THEN GOZO NEVER CAME BACK WITH AN UPDATE. Shame on such business who can't even update their customer, forget about addressing the probelm.


Please use more mature platform with better customer service. GoZo is a BIG PAIN when things are not right.

I booked a Gozo Cabs for a day in Delhi as I was there on a business trip and had to visit a few companies with a foreign expat.


The driver picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off at the first company. When our meeting ended, we asked him to go to the next company. He told us that the trip ended here only and that he could not take us to the next destination.


I showed him the booking information, which mentioned every company's address which we were supposed to visit. Then he showed me the trip request he received, which ended at our first location only.


From there, the drama started, as I called GOZO CABS customer care regarding this. The first time I called, a lady was on the other side. I explained the situation, and she assured me that she would call back in 10 minutes, which she never did. I called after 20 minutes, and a guy picked up. I explained everything once again, and he also told me to wait, and he never responded.


I was with a foreign expat who was exploring the Indian market. It was embarrassing, as Indian companies don't have good reputations and cannot be trusted. GOZO CABS proved them right: They should use their own ecosystem to conduct their businesses.


GOZO CABS seems to be in its funding round and has no more than 50-60 employees.


Their employees certainly lack work ethics or problem-solving skills.


I am sharing this because they will call you a number of times if you happen to visit their website but don't respond to these problems, which were due to mistakes on their side.


We had the worst experience.

Gozo cab is very genuine and authentic. Even driver create atmosphere like family ecosystem this was what I really like . In my travelling not even single second I feel that it's a booked cab feel like it my own car ??.

GOZOCABS been 2 months and they don’t responded to complaint.


1- February travel …Had requested to ensure there was no smell of cigarette if the previous passenger in the car smoked- it was fuming with BIDI smell and the car was very dirty from inside… all mats with mud.


2- Reporting time was 3:30 pm…. It arrived only at 4:40 pm although driver spoke at 2 pm that he will reach early by 2:30 pm.


3- To save on time- Driver said will take expressway but I will need to pay extra for toll and additional distance- I agreed.


4- He confirmed that CNG is full to ensure

Very bad experience , driver asks permission from vehicle owner for every lane change, they are not allowing us to select places , denying to go to the places which we select , always tries to take money first and tries to behave rude .. they don’t even respect the money , they ask us to pay double price at toll gates , they don’t even recharge their fastag .. Gozo says why you are complaining for every thing , looks like we hired them just to complain , they don’t understand the customer point of view . Never ever take this vehicle

I booked a cab for one of my lady colleagues. She had to go to Uran Islampur from Pune. The quoted price which I was given was 3400 rupees. I paid it online full. In the app, I could see 220 km were allowed beyond which 10 rupees would be charged per km. Time duration was mentioned as 4hrs. I was informed half an hour buffer is there for the time limit. Beyond which per hour 120 rupees would be charged.


The lady traveller for whom I had booked the cab started her journey around 9:15 am and she reached her destination at 1:30 pm..which makes the total duration to be 4 hours 15 mins.


When she reached her destination the driver asked her to pay Rs 304 extra. When she enquired why as the total kms have not exceeded 220km and the time has not exceeded as well. He started shouting coming out of the car saying "you guys come from other states and behave like VIPs you will have to pay as its showing in the app. GIVE ME MY MONEY OR ELSE!!"


As she was alone she panicked and called me to have a talk with the driver. She was literally crying there.


I talked with driver and told him that how can you charge extra as the total kms is 215kms and the limit is 220kms the time duration is also within the assigned range. He started shouting at me and told "you give me my money and call the call-centre and take refund from them but you have to pay me". I asked him to at least wait for 2 mins and let me have a talk with support people so that they can resolve the issue. He said "you first pay me I don't have much time for all these I have other bookings as well. I WANT MY MONEY".


As the driver was shouting frantically I asked my lady colleague to pay him and get out of there as this all was happening in the middle of the road. NOT EVEN IN THE CAR. In the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD infront of all the people who were there and enjoying the drama. JUST FOR RS 304.


She paid the driver and with utter shame and humiliation left from there. I can only imagine how she felt.


I raised the complaint with support people. When they reached out to the driver he informed that he didn't take any money and that I was lying to get some refund. Can you believe it????


Thank God my colleague made the payment via GPay so she sent me the screenshot and I forwarded that to Gozocabs as well.


But I don't think anything is going to happen so be AWARE!!!. SPECIALLY WHEN LADY TRAVELLES ARE TRAVELING ALONE VIA GOZO.

Unethical services and non responsive on complaint

GOZOCABS been 2 months and they don’t responded to complaint.

5- Barely 2 kms driven and then the driver says, CNG is required and he doesn’t know where it will be available - so started Google to check.


6- FASTag not recharged and then he spent another 20 minutes to charge by paying cash. The fleet owner sitting somewhere didn’t charge online despite driver requests … so, we waited till a new one was made before the toll plaza


7- Despite that- the car was “blacklisted” and adding to delays.


8- 1st toll plaza at Sohna highway changed 3 barriers and yet didn’t work—- I had to then request the person to allow which added to more 15 mins.


9- 2nd toll and again the same issue at boom barrier.


10- En route we stopped at McDonald’s for washroom. When came back to the car in 4 or 5 minutes, didn’t find the kids bottle of water. Noted that the driver took the water bottle of kids to clean his windshield and return empty —- without even asking us and when kids were looking for bottle! He didn’t even reply anything.


11- Upon questioning, why he took bottle without asking - no response.


12- After driving for 180 kms, driver again says need to fill CNG, as he didn’t tank full earlier.


13- Not able to find CNG at the pumps he stopped…..


14- Doesn’t tell that even petrol is barely a litre or two in the car.


15- On the highway, the car is stopped due to NO FUEL.


16- Then the bottle, which contained water for the kids, is emptied so he can collect petrol and fill 2 litres to reach the pump.


17- The car doesn’t move beyond 1 kms and is switched off. The driver gets out and is not available for 25-30 mins, leaving his phone in car.


18- This is 9 pm at highway, and we are stranded— I call the owner Azharuddin and Soyeb—- at first they said wrong nos and disconnected.


19- Upon second dial and saying things again, he acknowledges ownership of the car and wants to speak to the driver who is not around. The driver returns carrying 2 litres more from a nearby pump… but the car goes only for 1 km more and is shut


20- Called up owner- no response.


21- Luckily. I had a relative coming who incidentally called and we boarded his car and left from the spot. The driver was paid some more amount.


WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AGGREGATOR WHO ONBOARDS SUCH CRAPPY TAXI SERVICE.


The driver kept blaming the fleet owner for not paying him enough to fill and survive and that’s how they harass the passengers.


Mind this- I paid 1000 to the aggregator, 2000 in cash to driver and additional 4 litres of petrol paid by me, where the total bill upto destination was ₹3794/ however we were made to terminate around 68 kms early with so much inconvenience.

Review of the driver called Ravi Kumar ( Real name is Kapil Gautam)




  1. waiting charge - He reached my location 2 hours earlier than the decided time and told me very blatantly that he will charge me for waiting ( on a round trip which according to Gozo was not applicable).




  2. False charges on mileage - He reset the total mileage to 0000 at the start and at the end of the trip falsely tried to claim for 36kms extra. He used to reset the total mileage to 0000 every day. Fortunately we had noted down total mileage at 92086 before the car started which was 93036 at the end of the trip. Meaning we travelled 950kms only, less than the provided 1000 kms on gozo.




  3. Driver allowance - He told us driver allowance is for him to drive the cab. He racked up a bill of 400 on dinner and 120 on breakfast at the hotel without our permission and hotel billed us on that.




  4. Night charges after 8pm - He tried to charge us 250 everyday on driving after 8pm claiming it to be night charges.




  5. Speeding & racing - Throughout the trip 60% of the time he drove above 100km/hr and also raced cars on trip back from Dasna to Delhi.




  6. Hit & Run - Before entering Rudrapur ( in Uttarakhand) he was driving very fast and hit a bike with a man & lady on it and ran. The man had a helmet & got up but the lady fell on her left side hitting her head & face on the road. We didnt see her getting up.




  7. Brought a broken car and he tried to charge us 1500 for that. Fortunately we had noticed the damage when we began the trip and knew we didnt break it. Throughout the trip we had pointed it out to him but he ignored us at the time.




  8. End of trip - He refused to drop us to our location & illegally with held our bags till we paid him for all the false items mentioned above.






I had to call the police, only then he agreed to drop us and return our bags.




  1. Throughout the trip he was extremely intrusive to our private conversations & had unwelcome cheeky response to them.




  2. He's a complete cheat & a liar & was appointed without proper vetting by Gozo. This trip really put me off & I wont be travelling by Gozo anymore.




Never use and trust gozo cabs! Disgusting service!

Don’t use this cab service. The staff is extremely rude and misbehaved. I made a booking. The driver didn’t turn up, he was at the wrong address 20km away. The driver was shouting at me and my parents. The gozo support staff didn’t accept their error. They kept blaming me to have entered the wrong address of my own home. I entered the correct address. They put all the blame on me, when it was the mistake of their app. Then the driver manager called me and again started blaming me and shouting at me. And then the same was done by the gozo staff. They charged me and refused to give the refund and kept misbehaving. Never trust this service for your family.

I booked a cab from Gozocabs but driver didn’t turned up.@gozocab didn’t take any responsibility and offered refund on cancellation of booking. They destroyed my trip. Also on cancellation @gozocab didn’t not initiated complete refund rather credited only 1000 points in wallet in app. It is totally a fraud company. please don’t book any cab or trip through this app.

I booked a cab from Gozocabs but driver didn't turned up and @gozocabs @gozotrips.in didn't take any responsibility and offered refund on cancellation of booking. They destroyed my trip and I lost around 30K in hotel bookings. Also on cancellation @gozocabs @gozotrips.in didn't not initiated complete refund rather credited only 1000 points in wallet in app. It is totally a fraud company.. please don't book any cab or trip through this app.

My family had senior citizens booked cab via Gozo and it was very bad experience.


1. Car was very dirty, full of mosquitos and windows glass was not closing properly which troubled to them in very cold weather.


2. Driver reached on time at pick up location but trying to make us late on the way with different invalid reasons.


Intetion was to have late drop in Gurgaon to demand night charges


3. Amount paid to vendor(Pawan) via Google Pay: 1500 + 2508 (Gpay)


Amount paid in cash to driver for CNG (filled 2 times): 500 + 320


4. Car run on fix route as desired and showing on Gozo, based on that estimate was created.


But driver charges extra around 680 Rs


I have a route map on Google map in timeline as well.


5. Parking fees was paid by us in Barsana.


Driver had not parked car in parking, instead used car to provide ride to local passengers of Vrindavan. But he charged 200rs of Parking from us.


How identified to give rides to local? will share in next points


6. We called driver at multilevel parking(expecting him to be there) at 5pm(as planned time to return from Vrindavan)


Driver harassed for 50mins, saying he is coming in 5 mins-10 mins (every time when we are calling him).


And he came around 5.50(not from multilevel parking where he had charged but from somewhere else on the road). This was a very bad thing from him, specially when all riders were senior citizens, who faced harrasment.


He asked them to come here and there, just to waste time as he was returning to give ride to locals.


As he was somewhere else, so took 50 mins of time.


Can"t explain what was going on with us in that cold weather.


7. Why driver/vendor charged Haryana tax of around 480 rs, when car was of Haryana no.?


I discussed with them but they imposed it forcefully.


8. They had charged 560 Rs. of UP tax.


Is that much is UP tax for 1 day?


9. Why Gozo has not estimated these charges previously, when route is decided??


10. Why he demanded 300rs of Night charges, when I have previously discussed on Gozo support that drop till 10 pm is ok.


Although I managed to convince driver to not paying these charges.


11. On asking UP and Haryana tax proof, vendor was creating fake stories


At last, he was not able to share proof of Haryana tax(mentioned in point 7)


I asked for UP tax snapshot(a message snapshot where amount is deducted).


He shared edited one. Not a message from authentic channel but someone from his team shared a message of 560rs deduction on his no. and he took snapshot of that.


On asking, to share valid deduction from UP tax/RTO, he started making stories and was not able to provide.


Clearly the case of fraud and harrasment.


I have several times called on support of Gozo but earlier they gave me 24-48hour wait and it runs for month.


Now they started cutting call, not responding on calls and not on mails


They agree that they charged wrongly and their driver looted but they are not refunding amount.


THEY ARE FRAUD AND THUGS.

Worst & most unreliable service, never book

Gozocabs.... What do I say about this company but don't book them even if it is the last option. They cheat you, they will promise you many things & once the booking is done they send the worst vehicles. We booked a SUV through Gozocabs for Chandigarh to Manali for 19th Jan '24. We were only 4 passengers but still we booked an SUV bcos we wanted to travel comfortably and insisted to send an Innova with Sofa seats since we were all senior citizens traveling.


Previous day of travel they sent vehicle details but on the day of travel early morning again the vehicle was changed & new cab details were sent. And when the car arrived to our horror it was bucket seat & not Sofa seat as mentioned in our preference. We told the driver that you don't have Innova with sofa seats, he said yes we have so we told him then why did you get this vehicle when we had already mentioned that we want Sofa seats only & not bucket seats. We told him to change the vehicle on which he said it's not possible now. So we tried to contact GOZO but none of our calls were answered neither did we get a call back in spite of leaving MSG to call back.


The car condition was very bad, it looked very old with most uncomfortable seats, in spite of booking an SUV we did not get the comfort of an SUV at all. When we asked the driver the running of the vehicle he was not ready to disclose in spite of asking several times, he just said 'ZERO kar Diya hai' on the start of the trip.


Halfway through the journey, he revealed that the vehicle was 2010 model which means more than 13 years old & it had run more than 5lacs km. And when you enquire to book the vehicle they claim that they only send vehicles which are not more than 3-4 years old. And to my horror when we finally got a callback from Gozo that too on the pretext of booking for our return journey & I tried to confront Ms. Kajal who had done our booking that do you know what kind of vehicle had come for us she said 'No' so on this I told her that you don't have any criteria or knowledge of what kind of vehicle is registered under your fleet of vehicles you just send whatever vehicle is available without knowing how old or condition of the vehicle. And also on making the 25% advance payment, we got a long MSG of terms & conditions which said that the balance amount will be paid only on the completion of journey whereas we were asked to pay for the Diesel immediately after starting the journey when we said that we have been told to pay only on journey completion the driver called the owner of the vehicle who started arguing with us so we had no option but to pay instead of wasting time. And the other condition was to not take too many breaks though in our case the driver was taking more number of breaks & longer breaks than us so shouldn't they be sending a copy of the terms & conditions to the vendor also regarding all this? The driver was wasting more time than us bcos of him we reached our destination late by atleast 1 1/2 hrs.


After hearing to all this Ms. Kajal assured me that our complaint has been raised & we will get a callback with a resolution & that we will not have to call again... it was a lie it's been more than 30hrs still I am waiting for the callback.


We have made the full payment to the driver but we want a compensation/refund for the harassment we have gone through because of the negligence of Gozocabs
