I am having bad experience after paying in good faith to ZEFO. Caution every one to think twice before ordering and paying them in advance without checking/installing items. You will be running behind them and no one will be there to care after receiving payment.

People are just so unprofessional and there is not accurate customer care number where you can complaint. Nobody replies and to assessmble the product they take forever and you do not know where to call them for it.

have purchased 3 wardrobes on 31st August and till 8th Sept it was showing delivery by 14th September.
On 9th Sept someone called me to inform me there will be a delay and these will be delivered by 20th Sept. After some time I have seen one of the items is cancelled. I have sent mails requesting to deliver all 3 items or cancel and refund the full amount for all 3 items.
For last 3 days there is no response from Go Zeffo
I ordered a bed and its been 2 months but I haven't received call or anyone for integration. I would never suggest anyone to buy anything from them. Get it directly from Quickr because there service is better and moreover Gozefo gets its stock from Quickr only. They don't even have a customer care number and upon emailing these guys doesn't respond back.
They have no contact centre , so you are at their mercy to call you. Money doesnt come back on time. You have to keep writing emails..which someone may revert after a week or more.
Ordered one queen size bed from gozefo. They gave a fragile and almost damager product. Also, no one came for installing the bed. I had to pay from my pocket for installation. Customer support is pathetic and can not be tracked.
Gozefo guys , if this is how you treat your customers you are going to get ruined soon.
I have booked one LG 6.5 kg top load fully automatic washing machine on 17aug 2020 my order id is 321974 and expected delivery by 21 aug 2020 I received a call from zefo on 19th aug 2020 stating no delivery to my place and order has been cancelled and amount Will be refunded after 7 to 10 days when they cannot commit as they promise they should return the amount please?? my humble request whoever read this don't do any business with zefo

Its a fraud company i got the delivered the wardrobe but there is no update for installation also return policy is for 3 days only. I am going to file a case to cosumer forum against this basturd company.
3days back LED has received but still not installed waiting for installation there is no response from Zefo customer service i wasted my money giving the the fraud company. Customer support service also very bad. Order no 318476. Name sick customer service.
No customer care to complain the issues related to the product s that we purchase. Only an email exists but it will take days to get namesake replies.
Once they sell the product, they will abscond and no exchange or service. Though my product has 6 months warranty, no help.
It pains to say that once a promising startup, this company has gone down the drain in a very bad way. They lie on their website on the condition of the stuff they sell. Then do not take it back!
I asked for a return the very next day, but they kept asking the same technician to call me(who kept calling me courteously and would tell me that he is asked to call even though he knows that the thing is not repairable).
My mistake is that I paid upfront. Make no mistake, this company has no credibility left in the market; they wouldn't hesitate a second going caput on their commitment. Always opt for CoD when dealing with them. Check the stuff at the time of delivery and then pay.
Do not panic if they deny your right to check before paying, be ruthless when dealing with these guys! You can always get it cheaper on olx whatever they are selling! And your odds of finding something good is better when dealing with ordinary folks than these crooks!
Horrible experience . The helpline is very unprofessional and delayed all responses . Logistics of vendor was closed apparently even before I placed the order but no one cared to inform me. After 1 month or waiting without any updates , I had to cancel the order . Horrible support . They are clueless about tracking the order . Bunch of clueless hapless members. If you pay little extra you can order brilliant new stuff anyways .
GOZEFO used to meet all its commitments before the previous owners sold off the business to Quickr. After Quicker taking over the company the delivery is very pathetic, We used to regularly buy from Zefor for our hotel property, but for the past 3 months, the delivery schedule of Gozefo is totally misplaced have not delivered the items ordered even after two months.
The portal does not even have a phone number that you can call, nor will you get a replay for your mails. Quicker have written a new meaning to the word QUICKER
Pathetic service. Please don't buy or opt for buyback at zefo. They promise payment of money but don't bother to do in the time. I have been since 2months and have not got the money yet.
Whenever I call the customer support they get back saying "within 48hrs refund will be done and sorry for the delay". I spoke to 5 different customer support executives and every time they say "48 hours". It's been more than 48 days and I haven't got my money.
I even emailed my bank details 4 times and once to the "Grievance Officer(Karan@gozefo.com)" mentioned on their website and I have got no reply.
I have purchased a washing machine from this website on 24 january 2020 after two days I submitted return request after that I tried to contact them and email them again and again but they gave no response..

More than one month I haven't received the order and everyday call Zero customer care is one of my daily routine.
I've opted for buyback while purchasing products from Zefo trusting the words spoken by store manager(Great customer interaction).
Post completion of 1 year I've shifted to another location and initiated the buyback option with Zefo, then the actual face of Zefo came into picture-
Delayed process in picking up the product for which we need to have a constant follow up with them(third party picking services).
All the products need to be dismantled by ourselves and should pack them ready, then only the product will be picked up.
Post picking up the product, they confirm that within 48 hours refund will be completed. But as many 16 days I've waited and still refund was not initiated. Whenever I call the customer support they getback saying "within 48hrs refund will be done and sorry for the delay". this message keeps continued every time I try to reach them.
We can't have a customer call directly, they will only get back when they want to and before we raise our query they disconnect the call. As many times I've faced this.
