I DON'T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE OF THE RIDAEX TV. I RECEIVED MY TV IN BROKEN CONDITION FOR WHICH REPLACEMENT IS STILL AWAITED. WRITING THIS REVIEW AFTER 2 MONTHS AND 10 DAYS OF PLACING MY ORDER. I AM SHARING A EMAIL WHICH I SEND TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AND TILL DATE DIDN'T GOT ANY REPLY FROM THEIR SIDE. THIS E MAIL WILL CLEARLY SHOW MY EXPERIENCE. THIS MAIL WAS SENT ON 14 DECEMBER 2018, BUT DIDN'T RECEIVED ANY REPLY TILL DATE FROM THEM
"Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I, A. Sharma, have ordered' Ridaex Nuke 43 Inch 4K Android 7.1 Smartphone TV - Version 2' with ORDER ID: GMO-107450594882, Dated on OCT. 09, 2018 which was scheduled to deliver on OCT. 22, 2018. But it was delivered 13 days later on NOV. 4, 2018. Installation was supposed to be done in 48 hrs. but installation people came 4 days later. That’s also OK. When they opened the box, they found the TV was broken. I immediately complained on WhatsApp customer care. I have received a call from your office and was told that my TV will be replaced. When I called on NOV. 13, 2018, I was told that you are doing a return pickup on Wednesday i.e. NOV. 14, 2018 but no one came and again I was told that you will be picking up the TV, the next day. Since then return pickup was scheduled several times but no one came till date. Moreover on NOV. 16, 2018 I was told that the TV will be dispatched next week. Still I am waiting for the TV.
My question is why you sell your TV in those locations where you don’t have the capability to deliver on time. In addition to that I have called to your customer care no. more than 40 times but every time I was misguided and provided with false information. More than 2 months and 5 have already passed since I ordered your TV and more than 37 days since I was told for the replacement, still there is no information. Your customer care person says that the TV is out of stock but as on today i.e. December 14, 2018 at 02:23 P.M. your website https://gotmatter.com shows Only 680 products left in stock. You have got new TV for sale but don’t have a single one for the replacement. What a lie? Anyway.
Meanwhile I have also asked your customer care person to cancel my order and refund my money but that too is not working and I am getting wrong information.
I have trusted on your company and placed my order when there were several offers going on other websites. But instead of taking me on priority, your company has taken me for granted. I am hugely disappointed with your newly established company and have made up my mind to pursue this matter in the consumer forums as well as on social media so that no one else feels cheated after shelling out their hard-earned money on a product whose manufacturers are only concerned with selling it without any concern for the after sales. I will also share this email on social media and others forums.
Please take necessary action for the same, either you schedule replacement or refund my money as early as possible so that I can purchase TV of another brand.
I hope that this letter helps in mobilizing your non-existent and severely lacking service to pursue this matter at the earliest without causing any more bad blood between us.
