Worst staff.

This hotel has the worst staff who do not have any concern for their guests or are just plain lazy. They did not help us one bit when we got lost on the way to their hotel and gave them a call. They just refused to give us any directions. The rooms are also not that great.

This hotel has the wakeup call service which was very helpful for us because me and my family are late risers and we had to wake up on time for the activities that were planned for us. The staff is really amazing and arranged for pens and papers in our rooms so that we could play some indoor games.

Gomati Hotel, Margao, Goa has the coziest rooms and it is very comfortable to stay at, so you will definitely enjoy your stay at this place. The staff is really good as well.

Hotel overcharged me.

Gomati Hotel, Margao, Goa overcharged me for just a little bit of snacks. We were very disappointed with the experience. Their bedsheets were dirty and the room service guy came the next day to change the sheets even though we complained about it in advance.
