Hi, Goibibo has launched promotion on train tickets if we pay extra on go confirmed tickets we will either get the booking and in case the booking is cancelled we will get 2X of the booking. I just wana inform users its a scam please dont take this option the travel voucher code that they share is invalid and will not work on any of your future bookings. They dont have any helpline where you can reach or any email address where u can express your concern. The helpline is interested to talk only on international sites and there will be no one to help you. I paid 1200 additional on my tickets to confirm my booking and I lost the entire money as its a scam their voucher codes are invalid. Hope someone else is not falling in the trap after reading this review and its helpful.

Booked Royal Reve hotel, Secunderabad, Hyderabad for 2 nights thru #goibibo. Room with dirty toilet was provided. On discussing with Manager, was told that for online booking we keep separate rooms and for walk-ins we have separate rooms. Steps near the toilets were slippery, hence checked-out in 1 day itself.
Royal Reve Hotel refused to refund the amount for 1 night. Goibibo too took the side of the Hotel and refused a refund.
In future, please BE CAREFUL before booking any hotels through GOIBIBO. You will end up with a sub-standard room and no refund!
Agents, (Yatra, , makemytrip, TripAdvisor), Airlines indigo, spicejet. Once you use their services, they keep on sending sms to mobile and frequent emails troubling customers.
I don't know why they are irritating like that.
Indigo and spicejet selling the seats while web checking, i am wonderstruck to know there are no free seats. Airports authority takes bribe from them and keep quiet i think

Goibibo is an indian website where you can do all your travel bookings including travel and hotels at the same place.
2 Months back I booked a package for 4 from delhi to kerala the whole package including the flight tickets and hotel costed me just 20k for 5 days and 4 nights, Which was really cheap.
The hotel was really amazing and clean the view from hotel was breathtaking.
The costumer service of goibibo is really helpful they were ready to help whenever I was in a problem same was the hotel staff, They were extremely polite and well mannered, .
All my bookings were completely hastle free and easily done without any in between broker charges, .
My trip was really beautiful and I enjoyed my experience was very amazing.
I am really looking forward to book another vacation of mine on goibibo.
For new users I recommend that go ibibo gives various package offers try to book your tickets in that only as the overall price will be reduced drastically and you can save money for shopping and eating

For the first time, I had booked my flight ticket from Goibibo, though my account was debited instantly however my booking status was showing as in progress but not confirmed for 2hrs.
As I had to book ticket urgently, I then booked my ticket from make-my-trip and from their end I got ticket confirmation within 5 min.
Then I called up Goibibo customer care, to check whether my payment will be credited back by them as the ticket was still not booked and showing as in progress on their website. So after keeping me on hold for about 10 min the representative is telling that my ticket is showing as booked on their portal however due to some technical problem I dint receive the ticket confirmation message and if I want to cancel then will have to pay 850 penalty charges.
Pls think why will customer pay penalty charges if it's not his mistake as the ticket was not booked in first place and the status was showing as in progress for 2hrs on their website.
Then after talking to the representative for 45 min, he said will give a waiver of 650Rs. And later he agreed with no cancellation charges.
But still I was charge with 500 rs penalty charges with no fault of mine and dint receive full repayment.
This is worst experience for charging unnecessarily to a customer with no faults! Will never recommend any one to book tickets from Goibibo.
One of the worst app.so my advice to the entire user is this please don't use this app because when I book a ticket in a domestic sector so the flight was cancelled but from the airlines they have refund the full amount but from Goibibo they are not transferring the amount its almost 2 months wen I give them call after every minute different people they use to talk roughly with the customers. so every day there is a technical problem soo be carefully while booking with this app so please don't book any ticket from this aap try to switch into another app.
I booked a bus from bareilly to dehradun on 17th feb 2017. Due to some reason I cancelled the bus booking on the same day, then I got a message of cancellation telling me that the refund has been processed and I will receive the refund within 5-7 days. I waited for 7 days but I didnt get any refund. Then I contacted the customer care and they told me that my refund was not processed due to some technical error and they are now processing the refund again. I got the refund after 10 days.
I was very disappointed with the service of Goibibo.
Goinibo is the best service provider company in india .ist time when u booked car for your destination it will charge premium price but u got service well after that second time u get very minimum charge abd service was so awsome I was coming from delhi to punjab they offerd me toyata and only two mote male are with me in toyota the best patt of this service is there no any condition that 9seats are available in car and all 9 seats will be fulfil then car will be starting from intial point to dianal destination.no any condition if u are alone or single and time is given to u 9 pm or 9am it eill start the same time it will start and very chaeo fare service is awesome I always refer to u that u will opt this service

Goibibo is a site and an app that helps you book tickets be it hotels or air fare at a cheap price and gives cashback too. But dont be fooled by what they tell. One should always compare at all and then take a rational decision.
When I booked the tickets through goibibo I was very happy that I got discount and more importantly cashback which could be used in my next booking. I did not even compare with other sites because no body gave so much of cashback. So the first time was done. When again I had to purchase a ticket I thought that I have so much of cashback and that my tickets could be booked at a cheaper price. But all my happiness was gone when I saw that inspite of having so much of caahback I could use only Rs 200 per transaction. So 200 less on a ticket of 6000 was nothing.
After seeing the reality I compared my ticket prices at other sites and came to know that it was not so much cheaper as they claimed but the prices were almost the same!
So as a customer I felt a bit deceived. I would warn everybody to read terms very carefully and understand what is not written to stop being fooled. Now I have so much of cashback in my account but I am not able to use them because I always find the booking cheaper at other places. And my happiness waa only a one and first time case.
Goibibo.com is booking website where we can book flights, bus, hotels, cars etc through online no dout that it is safe to book in this . but this goibibo members are cheating that they are giving 1000 rs to coustomers who will invite and joind through his link. The person who will join will get 2000 rs and they have named this money as gocash money and they will not allow as to use money how ever they want they will allow some persent only like 2 to 3% /per booking in this way they are attracting and cheating friends be carefull.
Goibibo site is very help full this company booking very competitive prize and good service room is very good and room service is very nice and breakfast is too good lunch dernier is also good hotel staff is very helping and good behavior bathroom is good air-conditioning proper working all over this site is good
If u want to go with your family then this is the only one app on which you can have trust. by this app you can get hotel at very low price and their is offer then you can get special vouchers , which can you use in your future journey , and if you are in some problm then the coustomer care is always their for you assistance

Cons- 1.sometimes it's take much more time of payment time.

I just wanted to highlight some points on the free cancellation and refund policy. Don't just believe the information you see on their website, there always a catch on the cancellation charges. I saw free cancellation upto 2 PM on 07/12/2016 and booked anticipating a cancellation if I could get a better deal somewhere. When I tried the cancellation, they deducted 500 bucks and says that it is written in the terms.
