I bought a new refrigerator thats name godrej. Godrej is a worst company similar to products soap only. I purchased this refrigerator past one year back so problem I faced. This refrigerator cooling performance is low & when I stored vegetable once a week all vegetable are destroyed. So I request u dont purchase godrej refrigerator.

Hi everyone today I am going to share with you about my personal experience on using the godrej direct cool refrigerator. I had been using this refrigerator since 3 years onwards. Till now there are no issues with the functioning of the refrigerator. The storage capacity is of 210 litres. It also consumes less power for cooling.iys tue 5 star rated one. We had separate self fir each and every item to store. If you wnat store milk products or curd there is a separate rack. Yiu cna adjust the cooling system with the help of the pressing button and also you can hold that button if you want to remove the ice cubes from in your refrigerator. Sometimes you can get lot of ice accumulated in the refrigerator to clean it simply clcik the button so that all the ice will melt without much effort. The cost is ok and customer support is also very good. The design is also very nice.

We bought one godrej 190L single door refrigerator to my home. I think its too enough for small family with an average proce scale. This is 5star refrigerator with 10yr compressor guarantee. Awesome colors are available in this series. Its price is 16k only. I think godrej products are keeping their quality.

Good product with best features at low cost , ideal for small family.interior desgin looking very good. but the door is not proper. due to which the door of this product would not close properly. service from godrej is also very poor. we have raised a complaint for the door but the complaint was closed without any technical visit.it make more sound. so this product is good in less amount. not good experience with this product because it is taken to much electricity .also the freezer rubber very bad close door.

User friendly. In my experiences this refrigerator is very good and refrigerator. It is very very user friendly all type vegetables and fruits and etc. Maintain it.

Durability. Its Durability too good. It has a separate freezer section at the top and and refrigeration at the top Bottom, Having more capacity compared to single door refrigerators.

Handy. Its help us the perfect one one from the large array.

Friends, I had bought my godrej edge refrigerator before 1 year and experienced too, it gives me great experience how I will describe . it has a good compressor with 5 years warranty and also 10 years warranty of rust free stylish body it also has a unique appearance in looking , it is very handy and can be easily handle with care I thought I was not wasted my money on it as it is a good refrigerator for a middle class family .

sir, The product I purchased on 31-1-2017(GODEREJ REFRIGERATOR FROST FREE 230LTR MOD-RTEON241P3.4 SILVER MEAD) is not all useful for me. It makes problems on several times, still also it is not working well .I called your service center several times but there replay was not satisfied one . The problems related to the fridge is the coaling system is not all working, so vegetables are decaying and also freezer is not in proper coaling manner . The product that I bought is not at all completing a year, then why it happen . this is an unethical way of business, there is no loyalty towards customer. So please make necessary steps to solve the issue .If not, I will file case in consumer court . A reputed firm should always follow ethical way of business, but your firm is not up to that level. I got this Godrej RD Edge Model almost a year back. Initially it was good, but it was so complicated to use it in terms of cleaning. And the doors are very delicate especially the door of deep fridge was damn delicate.

There will be a lot of issues in cleaning this refrigerator because the deep fridge is getting full of ice freezing the entire ice compartment within few days only. We need to clean it up for every every 5 days or at least once in a week.

Due to this problem, the door of deep fridge is getting broken always. I faced the problem several several several times. I got vexed by replacing the door by always contacting them and they are also quite slow in terms of service.

For the people who cannot make time to clean it always and always be away from this product. Though it looks good and quite stylish but we need to do a lot of service for this to keep it clean and especially to let out the ice and to clean the deep fridge and to protect the door of it.

I bought this refrigerator for my room, as its small in size and fits good, and the design and look was also good, but its performance is very bad, it also requires high voltage to run and in a low voltage it suddenly turned off and the bulb inside was burnt, the locking system of this refrigerator is also faulty, the water outlet pipe frequently gets blocked and refrigerator stops working apart from that it has several other minor issues, which I think is common in other refrigerators also.

I bought this refrigerator before two months, its not a reliable product because it consumes more power and its performance is very bad, it suddenly turns off with a little voltage disturbance, and it gets dirty soon inside and the outer part also gets dusty, if we clean indise it will be good for only two days then again it becomes smelly and dirty, and the water outlet gets filled soon and falls down from its place so the water will be spilt on the floor and the bulb inside is of a bad quality I changed it twice in two months so overall its not a reliable product.

Very bad quality refrigerators wherein the cooling stops after a month and when asked to replace customer is informed that without 15 days exchange policy is applicable.also we are told on questioning that how can the fridge stop working within a month's time that it's electronics so one cannot say much.if we are paying such high amounts for these electronics then how can the company say that since it's electronics one cannot say much.will never ever recommend Godrej to anyone and guys be careful when u go in for Godrej items.

I have a Godrej Pentacool since approx 10 years and still working without any problem!

My parent bought this single door Godrej Pentacool Fridge from a shop of Mandawali 10 years ago and working in a great condition!

Here I gonna share my review on the following basis:-

USER FRIENDLY:-

Yes! this is a user friendly refrigerator. This fridge have very simple concept of customizing use & adjustment .

Simplification in control and basic understanding interior.

Durability:-

As I say above. this refrigerator is going approx 10 years, there would be silence in oppose of durability of this fridge.

Handy:-

Daily use machine. obviously super handy, no complication in working and using

Style and Design:-

If you believe in simple and sweet lifestyle, that's will fit here.

Service and Support:-

I personally never contact to Godrej but my neighbors had complaint for there Air Conditioner & there is very Quick response provided to us. So if your are talking to my opinion then I will give 10 on 10.

I bought this product before 8 months ago. this is so useful to keep all veggies and fruits. mainly it controls the high voltage electricity because it consumes inbuilt stabiliser. attractive style and design it having the kind of mode to increase and decrease the cooling process, moreover side doors are covered by toughed glasses so it easy to take it and clean.  removable gasket. it having 5star and power saving mode. fruits are staying fresh for 1 week, and it has separate section for milk, fruits and veggies and some sauces for side door.finally this is very user friendly product

Please find my review about Godrej Pentacool refrigerator. Price of godrej refrigerators are quite costlier in comparison with other refrigerator brands. The quality has gone bad in recent days. It doesn't get cool as required.

Items should be cold and fresh when placed in the refrigerator. However, in Godrej Pentacool, its not fresh and cold as the temperature is not maintained properly.

Its parts get frequently damaged and also the light gets fused off so many times. Condenser makes lot of noise and gets heated up very quickly.

As far as the style and look, they had made some floral designs. But these designs and colors dont last for long. It gets faded away.

Though the service team responds to our calls, frequent calls to them are made. This shows that their team itself finding it difficult to give a permanent solution.

Needs lot of improvement if they had to compete with the newer brands.

Today I am here to write about godrej edge direct cool refrigerator.my aunty bought this from nandilath g mart, thrissur. It works finely for 8 months. But after that it began to leak water from inside. All fruits and veggies began to decaying because of this leaking water.

She contact the company representative and they came fast.after checking the compressor and inner parts, he suggest her to bring it back to their service centre for repairing.

I paid 800 INR as the transportation charge.we got fridge within one week and works fine only for one month.leaking problem still continued.cooling capacity diminishing day by day.we totally frustrated in this purchase.

I do not recommend this old model fridge for any one.

Hi guys I am using this refrigerator since 2 years and I can say that  it is very good beacause its cooling power is amazing.

it is user friendly too because it saves the electricity as you will see 5 stars in energy consumption in it.

it also saves our and electricity.

its durability is amazing and cools a water bottle in 30 minutes,

it is very handy too.

its style and design attract everyone in the house.

its capacity of storing things is also very large(200 ltr) .

when its internal bulb fuses and we call service man to repair it they came too quickly and they support us in every manner.

its sevice and support facility is too good and quickery than any service .

if you want a cheap but good refrigerator then it is your right choice.

I used this refrigerator my aunt has it and we faced a lot of problem in it . In starting it was working fine but after some time problems started occuring in it . Its cooling power decreased it started taking a lot time to cool the water or drinks . The freezing took way too long time, there was leak at the bottom of the fridge, water use to come out of the fridge . Tge service and support was not good they didn't took any action so we had to get it repair it from outside. I do not recommend anyone else to buy or get ready to face problems.

I have used this refrigerator and its style and design is very nice but the compressor if this refrigerator is not good, it takes a lot of time to cool, it does not freeze the water properly and takes a lot time to give ice . It consumes a lot of electricity, the bill of aur house came very high . Its durability is also not good, I faced a lot of problem just a few months later of buying it . I recommend not buy thia refrigerator.
