I also have to think about this not to see it at.So I do not know whether it is a refrigerator.The refrigerator is not worth.When it come to my house refrigerator something was always wrong.So it is a very poor cooling vibrates and lights up and down.This is made by skilled artisans from the best .It is also good to see the texture looks like tin.If you want to think before you let it.I have told you my recent.If you have to take some strong Collect.For me it did not prove useful.The refrigerator is not good at all.All partes is useless.

Complained about the fridge to godrej customer care n the service person came and just set the knob on monsoon and charged rs 350 ( though I refused to pay ) which was not intimated before the visit.the customer care agent must have checked with me about the charges for the visit

We have used the Godrej Eon refrigerator few years ago and used for one whole. The experience was nothing sort of a punishment for us. My family suffered big time as the fridge became unusable after six months of its purchase. It started making weird noises, stopped cooling. I had to contact Godrej customer support and their technician came repaired the fridge. However, the same problem once again started after few weeks. This time their technician was unable to repair it and had to repair it from outside repairing shop.

This is a very bad product of the godrej company. At my home we also use this product but the service of this product is not so good. If light has gone for some time this product is not so cool for a long time and the cooling system of this product is very slow if we want ice from this then we have to wait for a long time. And the another problem persist with this is that the spair parts of this product are not available in market. If any part of this product get damage then it's can't possible to give service to that product.

I brought the godrej pentacool last month I didn't find any type of a problem still now the only problem I should say it's a problem but the motor sounds too much when it's when it is silence at the night something very irritated with that sound other then that I haven't find any problems with that. I brought it for 25k I don't think for a month I do get a problem. The worrying part of the refrigerator is the rack which they have given is a glass made when ever I got to clean I should be very careful.

I have Godrej cold gold deluxe refrigerator. It have useing product from 1 year. There are come many problems in under 1 year. Its comprasor not work proper. This company gives bad service. You know that when we have bought any product then we get very happy but when the product has damage then we gets very angry. Same condition is to being with me. I am very angry. my on the refrigerator.its not durabilty. I complained for repairing but there are no solution of my problem. I hate this company's product. Friends I know that how I am using. Its very hard for any peaople. I belongs to medium family. Friends please help me that what I do with my refrigirator and how to handle of this. My suggestion for you that you never purchased godrej's product if you purchased so you can purchased at own risk. I have no any word for this.

Hello Friends I Review Than, Godrej ultra 200 litters refrigerator is very good product.Recently 2 months before I bought it form Retail market, I bought the red color one, This is a single door refrigerator and faster cooling one. I trust Godrej product.

We have been using the same company's refrigerators since many years.At my home also my father bought the same product.The cooling of this refrigerator is superb and it keeps the cooling for a long time, I like this.

The product is good though I can hear a noice from campressor. Gives you evrything you want from a decent fridge. bottle tray is little small but its ok. Refrigirator has three starts so consumes less electricity. It is worth for what you pay. ?12000 range this is one of the best fridge according to me.I would recommend to buy it.

Bought for 14000 rs , good product with no issue .coolling is good n fast no need to worrie about the refrigirator for 15 year nice and good product made by godrej so under 15000 rs is this the product .

I thought while purchasing this product that godrej is best brand for refrigerator

but no no no the experience was worst

I bought this product because its in my budget and it has a good features also

but after a bought this refrigerator after 1 mouth the refrigerator got all messed up

it was not been able to cold the water bottle properly and that I realize the refrigerator

got leaked and than the all rebuilding process starts this was the worst part

they have very cool features and mood's available in this refrigerator

like if its rainy session you can use rain mode if it is summer you can use coldest mood

and than if your refrigerator filed with lots of ice you can use defrost mood and your all ice has got defrost

this are the features but I had a bad experience think twice before buying

I bought this refrigerator as an energy efficient and good looking refrigerator.The cooling is so powerfull that ice cream remains tight in the frezer zone.I have also choose samsung refrigerator which runs on 2 CFL bulbs.But in the energy efficiency label godrej is better.I dont want run my refrigerator on my inverter.The godrej refrigerator also has very good cooling retention.If I dont open the door ice remains in tact upto 12 hrs.Bad things of the products are trays on the door are small, height is low depth is more.So to get a thing out you have to take out all the outer ones.The compressor is little bit noisy.Otherwise performance wise it is very good.Fruits and vegetables remain fresh.Atta dough remains fresh also.I recommend this product as a happy customer.Service support is also pretty good.

I have been using Godrej Refrigerator since 2014. I have faced so cheap service of Godrej. 1st question why I used Godrej service so much. I have actually two products one is Refrigerator and other is Fully automatic washing machine. Both the product worked well in warranty period of one year. But after that both the appliance are having too much of problems. My Fridge compressor, Gas problem(faced in every six months till now), Freezer, Capillary. All the components are almost changed.

What to say, even washing machine PCB(Automatic System) is not working properly even after completely changed the PCB, Overall Godrej Products didn't satisfy at all. Right now I am really sick of the Godrej Service Staff behavior and electronic appliances. Every year I am facing continuous issue to my appliances.

It is good refrigerator. I personally use it I brought it some year ago as a new. it work normally, east to use. Working of this fridge is good. Its price is also good at this price it is very good fridge.

Cooling speed is good and freezing speed is also very good, i thing at the lowest price it is good fridge.

Its performance is good .its design is, nice looking too good. Easy to wash the fridge. its service are also good.

The godrej Rd edge pro has been bought when we entered to our new home. The overall look of the refrigerator is OK and so as the working. There is nothing so extraordinary to be excited about this refrigerator.

The fridge is pretty easy for this generation but the previous generations really do have a hard time operating it even though there isn't much to operate.  The option of freeze/defreeze seems to confuse them a lot.

As for as the durability on outside, there is a ten year warranty on being rust proof but there has been small quantities of rust forming now, coming to the durability on the inside, so far so good only once we faced the problem of repairing it.  Of course it was done by the authorised people only.

The fridge is really difficult to clean. The service is OK.  But for the cost, there would have been no problem in increasing some features.

Frome the purchasing date to 1 yr passed, the cooling got disturbed and the fridge started loud noise, when I approached to customer support centre they only assure to make the service good.

I anyhow manage to fought to the top level, written many mails to the customer support but nothing happend, and hence left with no solution to the problem I paid for repair charges.

After 6 months again there was a problem and we had to again call a technician which was of course chargeable. Now planning to get rid of this fridge.

Also the customer care people and the top authorities don't even bother to reply to mails or to solve the problem. If you are leading a peaceful life and want to got disturbed and waste money go for it.

Godrej edge diect cool is an innovative and marbolous refrigerator which cools down your food stuff at moderate cooling temperature.

Its cooling items are freshy and nice. It keeps the item cool atleast 4 to 5 after electric supply. You should prefer this item.

I like fridge alot. This is my favourite electrical equipment. In the 21 century this is a kind of the thing which is basic need of the human beings. We are using ==godrej direct cool refrigerator == from 15 years and we didn't got any problem so I have purchased it

if you purchase it then only problem will be the filness of gas

I think lg,samsung,and whirlpool are alternate product for this

it has performed for 15 years without any problem with good cooling

after 10 years cooling got reduced so we filled the gas then the cooling came to its original state

but now refrigerators cannot run with stabilizer if they run also then also they come to repair
