Didn’t research much before buying, as the brand itself was a trusted one . It’s very convenient device . Didn’t find any reason for not using one. No need to carry any keys . Didn’t have any glitches till now (3months of using it ) , remote unlock is also one good feature . The service person was also very prompt. Got installed it the next day itself

Godrej is not a fly by night company but the dealing with customers is showcasing such a repute..

How is your experience using Godrej hardwares - auto hinges, telescopic channels, drawer locks? My experience has been awful. The hardware got rusted in less than 6 months even without using them. This is extremely disappointing and unexpected. I spent more than Rs 50, 000 on these inferior products.

I raised a complain with the dealer and the godrej 5 months ago. There is no resolution from their end. The dealer “Ahana” based in Kolkata and Godrej POC “ Debanjan Goswami” are just fooling around and wasting time .

It’s been an awful experience for me and would never recommend godrej products to anyone.

Very disappointing experience with Godrej

Electronic Safe Locker (Matrix 3016 EL)

Date of Purchase : Dec 5th 2018

Cost of the product : Rs.68, 000/-

Issue Faced : The safety lock doesn't detect the password

Solution Suggested: Software not working. Hence break open the door

Charges Incurred :

For breaking the door -Rs.12, 000/- (By Service Personnel)

New Electronic Door Cost - Rs.40, 000/-

Total Cost to be borne by customer by purchasing from Godrej - Rs.52, 000/-

When asked for the reason for product failure, the service personnel mentions that it is out of warranty and nothing can be done.

Do we still need to trust these big brands and invest in their products?

We returned from travel but found we could not open the front door Godrej lock. I was told Godrej has an emergency service, so I called their helpline at 4 PM(i.e. working hours) and asked for immediate help. The call center person gave me the number of their local person, but the person refused to visit saying he had some personal problem. I kept calling helpline and they kept giving me more numbers, but no one was interested. And we stay in the center of Gurgaon, not some remote village. Some of these technicians subsequently switched off their phones! What a useless company.

We had purchased lock with 2 years warranty. They are asking Rs. 350 for visit charges. When a lock is locked automatically. Will anyone wait for the the service.

Godrej is the first so bad product company whose locks are getting locked automatically.

I have taken 25 card locks for my hotel at around Rs 18k each and 6 locks started showing problem in the 1st year of installation itself. Because of COVID situation services where not registered and later we were forced to take AMC as the issues among all 25 locks became regular. Godrej service manager Mr. Debanjan who heads service team in east India is an Idiot I don't know how the company hasn't figured this out. He is the most crapy service guy I have ever communicated with, total useless. My brand perception towards Godrej has become negative because of this guy service handling capabilities. I again paid Rs 5.5k for each lock PCB replacement for 4 of the locks & it has been a month since the payment has been done but still the material is not received. This guy job has been to communicate unnecessary commitments when complained to Godrej company but in return he hasn't been able to give any service. Out of 25 locks 4 PCB is getting replaced in 1 year usage and few others have some or the other periodical issue, has Godrej became so bad in their product quality?

I was promised a lab testing for my product of why such issue arise but that again was a false commitment from Mr Debanjan.

Very bad customer service. Installation persons are very rude. Doesn't install properly and when called to attend they charge 600 rs for every visit. Waste of time and money

We bought finger print sensor locker on 03 Jan 2020 and installed by Feb. After lockdown not used locker until Jan 1st 2021 because moved to other location. Due to other priority works not reached godrej customer until 7th Jan.

When I complained they are saying like PCB not working and warranty also expired.

We trusted Godrej but they don't have trust on customers, do not trust and buy Godrej lockers.

We bought the Godrej i-secure mortise lock it is one of the high end I-secure locks produced by Godrej which is priced at around 11, 000 Rs. After using this lock for 4 Months this is what I liked and disliked about this product.

The product build quality is premium and as some fascinating features which I liked such as:

-Dual Electronic Access and burglar alarm

-Access function for guests

-Use of Physical Key if Digital key is lost

But with the given price of the product it did not met my expectations in many other departments. There is no repairing work can be done on this lock if the keypad stopped working thats what godrej as to say. The after sales team is rude and at times and service provided by them is not up to the mark.Once you install this lock on your door and if the times comes to replace it with new lock in case it gets malfunctioned its very difficult since all the drilling which is done by them on your door. Free installation service is only available at selected areas and not every where,

I would suggest this lock for those who have extra money in there pockets and can deal with sudden failure of technical things, Others can try other brand or some simple and durable locks since they will give more value to your money.

Godrej I secure locks : - I wanna share my persnol exprience about this locks . I have this lock from 3 months its first month work great and I am use easly but after month its not work properly its batterly low some time lock is not open and some time its says incoorect password so many problem genrate automatically .its service is so poor and not come at time and its service with no solution and no customer satisfastion its not good and its stylish and midren but parts not good its fully waste product.

One of mine friend purchased Godrej locks since 2 years back. When I saw that I like ut very much easy to use, good design. In short I like it performance of product is good. But I don, t like one thing that is its service n maintenance. If your locks are in working condition then its good , but when it is in maintenance condition then think about it.

Today I would like to share my personal experience about Godrej I secure locks.I purchased this lock three years back as it good for security purpose and it is very useful for safety.But I am upset with the service of this Godrej brand from the starting day itself.When I purchased this lock the technician to fix the lock came after 15 days that after making several calls to the customer care.However, the fixation was done well.But after the use of three years recently I faced a problem with this lock.I do not know suddenly it was not working so I made a call to the customer care but they did not give a proper response so I visited the showroom and said about the issue.Then the service men reached us within two days but he was unable to solve the problem.Later after two days another technician came and resolved it.I ma not satisfied this brand service.

It was not a recommendable product as the service is not up to the mark.

Godrej locks are very bad locks.very worst lock and they are non repairable.its very easy to unlock.overall its non trustable locks.its contain lack of featers.Godrej service support is also very poor.in north east they only provide few service centres.staff has also lack of experience.thats why its demand go down day by day.company must work on their product and their services to grow up in market.they have to provide lots of featers in their products if they try to attract customers.

If you are expecting a good after sales service then never ever buy a Godrej Products. They avoid giving after sales and service and you need someone to constantly keep nagging them to get the service you need. You can keep complaining they don't car.
