Wanted to share my experience after using this fridge since last 3 years.

Positives -

low noise

good cooling effect

wide range in-built stabilizer

No need to put any stand below the fridge. Leg size is sufficient to clean the floor below

compressor seems to be of good quality

Low cost compared to similar other brands

Concerns / problems -

Plastic quality is substandard. Ice chamber cover design is funny. The cover is located with the help of 2 plastic knobs. Ice accumulates at the edges of ice chamber because of which the mounting knobs of cover breaks. In my fridge, the cover broke within 6 months. Replaced thrice, however no solution. So I affixed the cover with the help of cello tapes!

Secondly, cracks were developed in the inside body of fridge, especially bottom side. This indicates poor quality of plastic or design lacuna. Very poor built quality.

The bulb blows off frequently.

Major problem is of service. Seems that the service is outsourced wherein technicians are not responsive. Service cost is very high. Spare part availability is a problem.

If the concerns mentioned above are taken care of, Godrej fridge will win the hearts.

I had bought this refrigerator 3 years ago. One day while changing the light of the fridge I saw that the area just behind the where the bulb is placed looked as is it has burst due to heat and it has a hole in it. Just trust me I lost all my faith with goodrej. Because though among many brands available in market I choosed very old Indian company. I m very disappointed.

I purchased a Godrej EON refrigerator after completion of one year its warranty I spent 3200 in an year.

The product claims itself as stabilizer free operation but the technician visited and said due to power issue circuit board malfunctioned.

I got it repaired and purchased stabilizer thinking that should not believe whatever written onthe product is unbelievable. After that recently again it got repaired and technician was arguing with us saying you should have purchased Godrej stabilizer.

Then why it is not mentioned that product only works with Godrej stabilizer.

And worst part is in one year I have to spend 3200.

They are selling replaced part why they are not putting warranty on it.

And after repair light was not working properly and door was not locking properly and the refrigerator sound was so high than before not expected such a worst service from Godrej. Previously Godrej was a good brand my previous refrigerator worked almost 20years without a single issue. But this one is the worst one.

Kindly improve your products instead of pitching customers on insurance.

And train your technicians well my second repair happened due to your technician improper connections your technician mentioned it and I have to pay that.

This Godrej WS275-FR Refrigerator is superb in working. It having enough space and compartment so many food items can be stored in it. It has 5 Star rating so it saves the energy. It's cooling effect is fast. Its design is stylish and easy to handle.

Hi

I had purchased a double door Godrej EON refrigerator on Sunday (7-Apr-2019) from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga, Kolkata and the product was delivered on 10-Apr-2019. On 11th of April, the Refrigerator had stopped working and Whatever was there inside the refrigerator got rotten including fish, cooked food, etc. When I tried to contact the customer service (1800 209 551) at around 10 PM, it was getting disconnected abruptly after stating that the call would be monitored. I tries several times and the result was the same.

I could book a call on 12-April and technician visited my house. After inspecting, he said that the compressor was not working and needs replacement. He had asked us whether we would like to change the entire refrigerator or only the compressor. We opted to change the entire refrigerator and now we have to wait for another 7 days for the replacement. We will be without the refrigerator for these 7 days. Service paper is attached herein.

I had purchased Godrej instead of some leading internal brands only because it was an Indian brand. But, now I think had made a wrong choice as I had never imagined that we had to go through so much pains. I do not understand how Quality Control works there.

Wanted to bring it to your notice. I wish no other customer faces this pain again.

I brought Gogrej Eon before one year, but I use it only month but it got complaint regularly. voltage consumption is very high , cooling is not stable, when we buy it seller say that stabilizer not needed for the fridge.we are not satisfied for your goderej product.

The plastic parts like the main door plastic racks started developing cracks after a year of usage, even the twister of the trays came in hand and on complaining about it, they say you have to pay for them and there would be no guarantee for even the newly replaced plastic parts, such a poor quality product. I recommend a big no to everyone

Hello, I'm sharing my personal review about, godrej Eon refrigrator. I was using it before 6 or 7 months ago. And when I started using it , the refrigerator was working properly but after 8 months it started making noise and wasn't working properly . It was not even able to cool my vegetables and water bottles.

The company of this product is really very bad and after sometime the the issue recreated with it's cooling system I was even able to do anything because this product is really worst product I've ever used. It's design is not so good as it should be. After sometime , When I called customer care they didn't even provided a mechanical to repair my refrigerator. This is worthless product do not waste your money on such a product which is not even working properly.

Hii everyone. I am sharing my experiences in godrej eon. I brought this in 1 year ago. It having some problems while using. Days and month goes it loosing its cooling ability. It is not keeping much cooling as earlier days.

Moreover it the electric consumption is more. Because of this we are receiving high electric bill.

We can't handle it easily it's terrible. S and process in difficult. And it not a durability product. It does not work well.

Its style and design is good and classic.the customer service is not good within 1 yr also they are not repairing in free of cost.

MY FATHER BOOK A BROWN COLOR 200 LT FRIDGE IN 2011. THE DESIGN IS SIMPLY BUT IT IS SO SPACIOUS. ONE THING I LIKE THE MOST THAT THE INNER PLATES IS ADJUSTABLE IN VARIOUS BRACKETS GIVEN IN FRIDGE ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENT. IN EIGHT YEARS ONLY ONE TIME MY FRIDGE IS REFILLED GAS AND REPLACE THE LAMP AND ONE DEFECTIVE PART. SERVICE IS GOOD. I AM FULLY SATISFY WITH THIS PRODUCT.

I bought double doors refrigerator of Godrej almost 1 year ago. This refrigerator looks is very attractive. The cost of this refrigerator is 24000 rupees. The storage volume of this refrigerator is 240 liters. It is environment friendly refrigerator and provides 10 years warranty on compressor. It consumes 254 unit per year. It provides enough place to keep fruits and vegetables and many things. It has very good features.

Godrej Pentacool Refrigerators from my side are not good and I totally disliked them. I am using Godrej pentacool refrigerator from ladt 4-5 years . Usually when I bought this refrigerator it worked great but as time passed the timer of the refrigerator stopped working and was damaged . There are somethings I also like about this things and also are somethings which I realky dislike . The things I like are that when it newly came by looks it looked great but as time passed the colour around the handle of the refrigerator faded and at some parts it got rusted too . From my point of view if someone wants to buy a refrigerator it should go for anyother one . This one is not good . Sometimes it also does not work and does not cools . So overall it is just a total waste of money .there are some pictures of my refrigerator where you can see the handle part of it which got rusted and colour also faded . Thankyou

I had purchased this refrigerator before 1 year ago and want to share my own opinion with you all guys.

After I bought this refrigerator there were no problems for about an month but after one month many problem appeared like water is always leaking from the bottom of the refrigerator don't know why, the shelves were so delicate that two of them broken without putting too much of weight on it, the side corners of the refrigerator caught rust even when there is paint on the corners.

After that I contacted the customer support and talk to them about these issues but they rejected to repair the refrigerator by saying that it is not in warranty. I mean rusting all over the body is company's fault that they didn't applied anti rust coating on it. They also rejected to repair the leaking problem saying the same policy that it is not in warranty.

At last I spend a large sum of money and visited a local service center to resolve all the issues in the refrigerator. It cost me about 3, 800/- for total repair of the refrigerator even when it is under warranty.

So as per my worst experience I will not recommened this Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator to anyone. Find other good and better brands instead.

Hello guys I bought refrigerator 1 year ago and I am very disappointed with this because firstly it was working very nicely but now it stopped working. We call service man to repair it but they respond very late and we had to face many difficulties. Because it is a season of Summer in which we want cool items but in deficiency of refrigerator we faced many difficulties.

It is not user friendly as its door is not of good quality.

It's durability is not good because it stopped working and we faced many difficulties.

It is not Handy.

The style and design of this fridge I don't like it.

And the worst part of this is the service and support which made us very angry with this because they respond too late that we have to face many difficulties.

I recommended not to buy this fridge because it is not good and it stopped working too early.

I an using this refrigerator since 3 Years and it was working very smoothly. I liked it colour whitish-grey which looks pretty cool but the colour is not everything. It has many drawbacks such as its sound. It sounds sometimes very bad like a gunshot and with vibrating sound every time which is not good. When we defrost it so its water flowing out of the container and spread all over the way. Once container is filled then it is very difficult to take it out and vise-versa. It is very disappointing thing is that it water bottle stand broke out and tried many times to stick it but it always breaks out. The style and design is very good but its feature are not too good. Once a time it stopped working so I called to the customer care but no one taken any action. I called many times than they came and fix it with Rs.1600. It claimed for free stabilizer but nothing is there, it can stopped works after some fluctuations.

I regret to purchase so don't buy it. It's just waste of money and many disappointments, nothing more.

As a customer of gordrej refrigerator, I usually faces many problem of non cooling by improper functioning of knob.So I advise to fit a parts with good liabilities.I rated their service very poor .Not interested to use Godrej product again. Please look upon your electronic products with respect to functioning .
