We had shared them hand written receipts of travel since drivers don't give us printed. Not only they ignored us, they made excuses and pretended as if we didn't pay them, escaping responsibility and duping our money. NEVER EVER INVEST IN THEM. They lure you by going to five star restaurants and say that they will help you with hotel booking whichever place you go to but even after repeated follow ups.

I lost my 51000 thousands rupees, 2018 I paid this amount since then no contract of them, I lodged a complain on Consumer forums but no response. I visited their corporate office but its of mo use. Lost!

Totally agree with all the reviews. Same happened with me. It don't deserve any start. They have promised all the wrong things to me as well.

I m also victim of this company. I paid Rs.15000/- in 2018. Now I was trying to contact the Pune branch office, all the phones are not in exitance. I also tried to contact Ms. Smita Patil, the coordinator, but she is also out of reach.

Now what shall I do, I m planning for Goa tour.

I am not really shocked when I heard from one of the ex employee of Go Leisure explaining to me that this Tour Operator at Mumbai is shut down much before COVID 19 pandemic . He said, he pity those people who come with expectation, pay a randsome money towards membership and maintaince charges and finally get cheated.

The next day after my membership, I have learnt that I am also cheated but couldnot do much about it. Money was already paid and they offerred one way ahead, that was experience their service and then write a review about them in Public domain

During the seminar, we have been promised about attractive tours for India as well as abroad in which Co. will provide you 5 star AC Hotels accommodation, pick up and drop from airports, Sightseeing Tours, Indoor services such as spa, games, membership of Gym, Air-Conditioned banquet hall, Summer Camp for children, Event passes.And TOM told that at the end of 05 year contract, you will not get any refund which was understood by us as this money was for services you are providing. But what is written on paper is totally different. Even Paper which was shown at time of seeing and actual signing were different.

They announced and applauded with claps for the nearby person as “Mr Amit has became member of Co for 5 years” even though he had not accepted Co membership for single day which we came to know later. If your company is true to your promises then why such deceptive and coercive marketing is done with common people?

I have trying to book a holiday from last 2 weeks. First thing , they don't respond to your email quickly, after sending multiple reminders, they respond with silly reasons like , they don't have hotel list for year yet and keep delaying things.

The phone number provided in their email address is never reachable, i ask them to contact me and they never called back. I am feeling i am being duped and lost my hard earned money.

Hi all,

This is a fraud company who takes money and gives booking for initial request and then stop responding.

Let us all come together and file a criminal case against this fraud.

Pls email at justice4golesiurefraud at gmail.com to file a strong complaint against these frauds and put them behind bars.

Since they have looted many, a collective complaint will be effective. And all of us victims needs to come forward together to give them a befitting reply from the hands of law.

This is a fraud company. They have given service to handful of people's and rest 80-85% customer have been looted. Goleisure put all money into share market and lost it and now they are not in position to give service to customers.so they SHUT 3offices in Mumbai and Pune. Now owner is hiding in Indoor. Save yourself from this fraud company. Many elderly couples lost about 1.8lacs to 2.5lacs.

In last year I planned to visit some places.They told me that you will receive hotel confirmation slip just 3-4 days before departure.I got. confirmation while I reach the visiting place but hotel owner refuse to give room as payment not done.After taking follow up with other person I got room but my full day wasted in calling to such fraud people's Do not buy the holiday package....Stay away from such people's a d also warn others

Go Leisure has charged 85k for membership and promised to provide holiday packages, gym membership, hall booking and other benefits. Except for hotel booking against annual maintenance charges, they do not provide anything. I feel cheated and have no option but to reach out to consumer court.

DO NOT FALL PREY TO GO LEISURE. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

Check email responses from Go Leisure which I have attached. Even they are not ready to refund me for cancellation against what is mentioned in the agreement.

I have purchased package from go leisure vashi in March 2019,

They told me to give best services at the time of purchase, now I want services but nobody is answering my call at vashi as well as Pune, the office in Vashi & pune are closed, I have got one no of go leisure company pune officer 8484068354, initially he has been responding but now he is not pickup phone. still date I haven't taken service from this company but paid 5 yrs membership amount.

Now I want to go on tour but nobody is answering the call and Pune and Mumbai office have closed.

No I am going to legal action against them, please make one group of all member against company.

Go Leisure is a big Fraud company..do not buy any membership from this company you will end up loosing all your amount without any benifits. While taking the membership I have been offered various complimentary benifits such as free Banquet halls, I fall prey to this gimmick of their sales man. Initially when I thought of using free Banquet hall benifit they were simply delaying my request saying no availability of tie up hotels, later by my several follow ups they gave me 20000 amount as a compensation for booking. Now they have closed down there Vashi MUMBAI office without any notice to the customers. When I again approach them for the free Banquet hall for the current year they are saying we have sacked their Mumbai head ''Abhishek Kantekar'' who helped me at that time and and now they are saying we neither offer you the banquet hall booking to your desired location nor the compensation amount. I would take a legal action now if I had to bear even more loss I don't mind but I would not let this company make fraud to any other customers.
