I had opened the trading account with globe capital however they are charging very hefty brokerage and on top of that their services are very poor. they deducted my money automatically from my trading account 20 days back and even after passing 18 days they have not credited the same to my account. on repeated follow ups there is no repsonse and every time they give some silly excuse and apolise for the same.

I advise for new investors not to open the account with globe capital as their brokerage is one of the highest in the market and services poorest in the market.

Although I do not have a trading account with Globe capital, but I like this company very much, because I always follow their trading recommendations, their research team in both equity and commodities are one of the best. A beginner can easily follow their trading recommendations and can make good amount of profit.

If you want to check their accuracy of recommendations just watch ZEE business at 11:30 am and at 5:30 pm when they give trading tips for creating position in commodity, they mostly give tips on Gold, silver and Crude oil.

I assure you a beginner with lack of knowledge trader also can earn profit from their tips, so either you open an account with them or just subscribe their trading recommendation, in both way trader will be getting benefit.

Globe Capital is probably one of the worst brokerage houses:

1. Their KYC process is extremely slow and insanely inefficient. Its probably the worst way to treat a prospective client: make him wait for days, not give him updates, keep asking for a whole bunch of proofs without being specific as to what they are looking for, and then finally rejecting it.

   
   




2. Their systems are out dated. While other brokers have upgraded their in-house technology, it looks like Globe runs all their statements by hand.

   
   




3. Customer service is a nightmare if you don't speak Hindi. They never care to understand your email. You will finally give up and go away.

   
   

Stay away unless you have a really good reason to sign up with them.
