I get my regular master checkup done every year since 15 yrs in global Hosp…..nurses and doctors here give their 100% in the work and I never experienced any inconvenience there….

Over all treatment in fine nurse respond on time so we didn’t experience any inconvenience from any of the services

Except the laboratory incharge mainly 2D echo incharge doctor makes patient wait for a longer time this is so bad I observed this daily

Very very very bad Global hospital - Without any counselling, billing amount is very huge, for only EDP-treatment, global hospital management collecting 4 lakhs rupees for each patient, but the Avg bill amount is approx. < 1 lakh(below 1 lakh) and in across PN India hospitals, eventually the Global hospital team is also not providing the break up bill details. and even if we ask any queries they are escaping simply. and they taking billing processing time minimum 5 - 7 hours for Each patient. and we unable to connecting with global hospital management team regarding for any query, the ground level team also not responding for any query. i'm very unhappy for with Global Hospital management behavior. Global hospital core team, pls check my queries and reply.

No doubt Dr Dharmesh kapoor is a really nice doctor but I have to tell you this he is very rude and ruthless while talking to his patients!

My dad had to go consult him and it was my first visit it was just pathetic to see how he was talking to my dad!

The way doctor's talk to their patients tells a lot about them!

Worst hospital i had ever seen , not only in india, but in the world , please don't go to private hospitals , local RMP'S are far better than these hospitals , these hospitals don't have minimum ethics and and whatever they will do , they just do it for money, and they will not try genuinely, please don't go to this hospital , if you will go , there are 90% OF CHANCES OF DEATH PLEASE REMIND THIS, IF THERE ARE CHANCES MAXIMUM GO TO GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS, AT LEAST THEY WILL TRY GENUINELY

Doctors thr are very commercial and they only aim to make money and create a hype and emergency.if you wish to discharge your patient, they will not allow you do so and if you insist, they scare you to the extreme by saying all negative things like patient is critical and it is very risky to discharge the patient.

In reply when you ask about the risk, these so called stupid doctors say that, risk ka kya hai, woh toh har jagah hai, (while going home one can meet with an accident) so leave all that and get the surgery done as patient can not survive for even one day.

Fyi to all readers....

Touch wood/Alhamdolillah the patient is still healthy without any complications and no surgery is yet done.

Worst hospital in Hyderabad, they are working for only money, specially Dr Dharmesh Kapoor and Gastroenterologist team, they don`t know how to behave with patient, we had very bad experience. Will never suggest this hospital to any one.

Worst hospital I had ever visited in my life. Please do not visit this hospital.

Dr Dharmesh Kapoor - Though he is a physician, he starts up recommending transplantation.

In our case, he recommended the same and said we have only 3 days time for liver transplantation. As we don't find a suitable donor in our family we searched in our extended family and luckily we found one, who is willing to save the life. Immediately the donor related medical examinations are conducted and he was found fit for the cause.

Later the Hospital team gave a paperwork to be completed. And immediately they said, as it is an emergency, we shall request the Director of Medical Education(DME), Telangana for emergency permission and the DME gave the permission with a condition. The Hospital once again insisted us to complete the entire paper work. And said it is essential. We inquired Dr Dharmesh - whether we have the time or not and as he assured, we proceeded and completed the entire paper work in a day. And once Dr Dharmesh as asked us to approach DME for fresh permission. Once again we asked for the status of the patient. He said the patient is quite well and they are monitoring the condition of the patient with expert panel and he is sure about it. And said he knows there is an emergency meeting going at DME and kindly peruse the permission with them and obtain. In meantime we deposited the amount as demanded by the hospital for the operation.

We went to DME Office, and surprisingly DME says he has given clearance for the transplantation and don't need any fresh letter and at the same time Dr Dharmesh has announced the patient is brain dead in the Hospital.

We immediately rushed to the hospital and he said if we would have obtained the permission from DME a day back and would have done with operation and the patient would have been alive.

We asked him to give in writing that they couldn't do the operation because of unclear permission given by DME and when we insisted, the hospital management has returned back the amount paid towards ICU charges and treatment done till that time along with the deposit amount paid towards Liver Transplantation. We want the patient back not the money.

Dr Dharmesh Kapoor is just not rude but looks at the patient in business approach, no way matches to the quality of being a doctor.

I along with my brother went to this Hospital last year, as he suffered a Left leg fracture from an bike accident. We did not visit this hospital in an emergency condition, we went here actually to take opinion of an orthopaedic. After visiting this hospital, the receptionist informed us about the timings of the doctor and fees.

We payed the fee and waited in the queue. THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THIS HOSPITAL IS VERY JAM-PACKED. There is no space for the patients, and the AC doesn't work too. However the Dr arrived and we sought his opinion. We were told to undergo a surgery which costed Rs.10, 00, 000/-(10 LACS) In this hospital.

The Doctor literally forced us to undergo surgery and told us that he will discount it and made it Rs.8.5 LACS. We told the doctor that we will take this decision within 2 days. We then enquired about the cost of the surgery from another private clinic orthopedician and he told us that it will not cost more than 2 LACS!

So we did the 2 lac surgery and today the patient is doing very well. Global Hospitals loot the patient unnecessarily. 4 times expensive! Not worth at all!

Recently my friends had a serious disease and I can not share about the disease on this review but I can say that he is totally well now because he was treated very well by the doctors of global hospital. This hospital is located in Hyderabad. The infrastructure of the hospital is well developed. All the facilities are available in this hospital like proper sitting facility is available for waiters and waiting lounge is also there. The medical care is also properly taken by the doctors of global hospital as they keep doing check up of the patients on a regular basis. The attitude of the members of different staff is very good and they behave in a great manner. So overall it's a great hospital.

Hello Guys I would share my experience with this hospital , Very extremely and unpleasantly slow. Ask questions more than needed and don't move fast enough for patients that need it. Rooms and bed availability is beyond poor. Waiting emergency room nasty and overcrowded. so unclean you don't want to wait to be seen as well as the triage and front desk clerks' attitudes are so unprofessional. The management is not Good . The doctors are nt experienced , only they tell you to take tests of thousands of rupees . After that no satisfying result .Disappointed

Previously I have a good opinion, but now its worst hospital, they are working for only money. If u join in Global Hospital with Insurance they will discharge you once the insurance sum amount comes to Zero by doing unnecessary tests.

Worst hospital in Hyderabad with poor infrastructure and worst staff. The nursing staff behavior is awful. They do not know how to behave with terminally ill patients. The staff are rude be it doctor or nurse. My mother was a terminally ill patient and was not able to eat by herself but nurse refused to fed her instead asked my father to feed her. After her death the doctor and nurse did not show any empathy towards us. They do not know how to counsel patient family after death as after informing about my mothers death they told us that since they dont have a mortuary we have to take the body immediately. Should this be the attitude of hospital staff then how would they care about patient when they do not have basic human manners and shows no value for human life.

My mother was a liver patient I advice people to not come to this hospital if you have liver problem and want to live. They promise people that they will get better but it is fake and they just want to take your money. Dr Dharmesh Kapoor is also one of the hyped doctor. He only want your money and do not consider whether you die or live. The hospital attract patients by saying he is the best in India but there is no record of how successful his cases are or how many were failures. It is just a black hole to take life. The hospital is dirty and does not even have a mortuary.

If only there was negative review. One of the worst experience. Went to see hepatologist Dr. dharmesh kapoor for a 2nd opinion. I had to wait for 4 hours to meet this guy, which was still ok bcoz I can understand if there is an emergency. But after meeting him I understood that all he cares was the money. He discarded all the reports I had stating he dont trust other hospitals and clinics and asked me to redo the tests. On top of that he was trying to scare  me by telling how deadly the disease is and to start treatment asap( I went there after I did complete research of my condition). He was a complete show off who just wanted my money. Save yourself a trip and go to another doctor.

Global Hospital? Hhahha. They are for money making not for patient care, NO Parking, NO response from front office.

The medical tests is compulsory for patient because they want make money in every service.

I am surprised on consulting charges are Rs.850/- and for small pain they go for all tests whether its necessary or not but patient has to go for it.

IF YOU HAVE LOT OF MONEY GO FOR THE EXPENSIVE STUPID GLOBAL HOSPITAL.

Dr. Dharmesh(i am hesitant to put Dr before his name.), don't know how had completed his degree and surviving in this industry with his worst attitue and behaviour.

Making fun of patients is not this stupid is suppposed to do. is he gettting paid for that.

They have forced to get the liver transplant done with out giving any statistics, risks associated, survival chances.

Always interested in getting money deposited, which they told 25 lakhs, 3 years back.

Though I lost my father 3 years back due liver cirrohsis, I am still happy that I didn't get into thse b*ds hands.

They are just looking for money and no care ever.

Once when I admitted my father, Dr. Dharmesh had shouted on my father and argued with him. Despite of his illness,  my father got irritate and came out of the hospital without even taking the treatment and waiting for me in the opp hotel, by the time I come in.

We went to Dr. Ravindranth and hostpital manager, but nobody had dared to call Dharmesh and talked to him, and they were not telling where Dharmesh was, as we wanted to literally beat him considering the way he behaved. Ravindranath was saying sorry and aplogies and acting like he was trying to get hold of Dharmesh. I know he don't have courage to talk to him, as Dharmesh is his money minting machine.

Please don't go to these as. h.es, they will just eat your money and act as if they were gods. Once you confirm that you are not planning to get the liver transplant done, they will show the patient and their family what torture was.

They will never inform you the right condition. We have been consulting in the hospital for 7 years but they told us about transplant in the last 3-6 months.

Memories of my father were flashing today, and I was searching for the global hospital reviews and check if there is anything changed. I found this survey and did find nothing got changed.

Pretty unfortunate I did consulted these buggers. Dr. Dharmesh the worst bugger I met in my life.  I am sure God will not spare any of these team members will take away all of them.

Global Hospital Team: God is watching every one us, and am sure none of the doctors playing with patients are going to get normal death.  Enjoy the days on the earth, Lord Yama was waiting for you to play with you in the hell.

We had an appointment @ 2:30 and reached hospital by 2:15. Staff said that the doctor is available 2:30 onwards to 4:30 only and collected the consultation fee. Doctor hasn't come till now(3:50pm).

We are still waiting. Request you to value our time . We are paying for the consultation.

• Doctors give wrong dosage on purpose so that they can force the patients' caregivers to do a liver transplant. I think they get commission for each patient they enroll for liver transplant.

  
  




• They talk about how successfully liver transplants are done. All that is pure BS. They don't give statistics - how many people are  doing well after 3 months, how many people survived after 6 months, what side effects the donor and patients are experiencing. They talk as if liver transplant is invented by these a. holes and they are masters in it and you will live for 100 years.

  
  

In India there are laws only to be broken and these a. holes exploit it fully. In India again, you have two types of patients - one who are poor and cannot question and just sell everything they have to protect their loved ones; one who are too rich and don't mind any kind of money again hoping to protect their loved ones. In both cases, most of the time they don't have'medical' resources to go and find if a treatment works or they are being taken for a ride. If you question doctors like Dharmesh pounce upon you like wolves and  their ego gets hurt and they talk like they are next to God and behave like street gunda and rowdy.

What is the use of the degrees behind the name if you don't have basic ethics and humanity.

I just hope people understand and dont go here and God protect the people who go(seriously(
