Hi friends today I want to review about global health line friends this store has providing little expensive medicine then others, even its has a big store in market but doesn't comsumer friendly if you want to buy some medicine you have to wait to much no one can hear you at all I go in this chemist lots of time when ever I go I have to pick my medicine by my self after asking them where it is.

that make me irritated and why not we didn't have any benifits in term of anything even there staff are just doing his work no matter what coustomer ask nothing choose this chemist when you did not find your medicine anywhere.

I went to this chemist last january for purchasing medicines.when I went the manager told me to search the medicines by my own.I search the medicines and it took me about 30 minutes to find it.no staff members helped me for finding that medicines.there all were busy attending other customers.the medical store was big.and having all the medicines both generic and specialist.there charges were also reasinable no additional charges are applied.I don't recomment to anyone its customer service is worst.staff attitute too is not appreciable.

I visited the Global Heath Line store in Gurgaon last September and found their staff didn't offer any assistance towards their customers.

I had a valid prescription with me so I went straight to the store manager asking for the medicines.

He told me to find those medicines in the store all by myself.

I began my searching at the store and after thirty minutes I found the medicines.

Neither of their staff came to me to help me out even after asking them for help and were busy in attending customers who were about to pay the bills.

I felt disappointed with their behaviour and attitude towards their customers.

The store was good in size and had all types medicines both generic as well as specialised ones were available at the store.

The charges were appropriate with no additional cost.

I am married from 2011 and I  have a son. He was very small. He always sick. Where we lived this place is new for me. so I do not know more about this place. One day my  son has fever first day  I take very lightly but second day his fever increase.

At this time, I have no more money to go to for doctor. Then I decided will be take medicine from chemist. Global health line is near with my home. So I go to this chemist. They  give me  Paracetamol syrup  for fever. After two days my son's fever  come down. Their staff is very polite. All medicine is available anytime.
