I have gone to GIRIAS Jayanagar to buy TV fridge Mobile Washing machine Gas stove grinder in last 9years I have bought these, before going there I have always done good research of brand and variant to buy , when ever I have gone there I use to specify the brand and variant. When I wanted to buy IFB W/M he told me to buy samsung why becos he gets more profit in that , when you go and ak SONY TV he will say buy LG. People should know every company are specialised in one product like TV Sony , Microwave LG, Panasonic - cordless phone , IFB - W/M , air cooler - Symphony I feel we people should be aware of these.All these years never faced any prob from them, what I have observed is if you say cash deal he will give more discount. Happy shopping there.

I went to Girias electronic store Marathahalli at around 8:00PM. Saw a music system and told them I will return in 10 minutes. Confirmed time when the shop closes. It was said at 9:30.
Returned and found that the shop was closed at 8:40.
Called the people inside and requested to deliver the music system. They were least bothered. Went inside from the backdoor and said it was very urgent. They never heeded to my calls.
This was how the salesman and the manager behaved with me. Totally don't care situation.
Came back in the morning. they were least interested to show the system again. They asked me to do the billing as it was in the warehouse. I paid the whole amount and after around 30 minutes the music system was brought to the store from some other store. I told them to test. They were showing faces.
Finally, when the box was open there was no cable to test it. They said the store had none and the cable had to be brought from Jayanagar. I asked them do they know the distance from Marathahalli to Jayanagar. Scolded them then they brought a cable from another box. Just imagine what I might have felt when I paid the whole money and they were asking me to take the packed box without testing.
Really Frustrating. I am really confused how the owner of the Girias chain could employee such people in their store.
Pl listen to the umpteen complaints from consumers visiting your stores regarding the bad and callous behaviour of your staff. They over commit and underdeliver. My first experience has been so bad that I would never ever go to Giriyas again. I would love to pay little extra but would never go to your store where so called "Managers" also do not know how to behave with customers. It was one of the worst expeience.

I would like to inform all my brothers and sisters please do not even walk in to the any of the girias outlet in india. They provide false information at the time of purchasing about compliments later they will tell that compliment is from the respective product company not from girias.
I had very experince with Girias (Christoper) Indiranagar branch bangalore. we bought lg lcd tvfor which we had complimet of tata sky on 7th july-11 later we were informed that offer closed on 30th june-11.
I recently had a very bad experience shopping for a fridge from the Girias branch near Marathahalli (opposite to Home town). Based on my experience, my suggestion would be never to shop from these people. I bought a Samsung side by side fridge and a 46" LCD TV from this shop.
Their customer service is pathetic. I had to follow up several times before the stuff was delivered to my house. And the fridge was a damaged piece. When I called them, the salesman said that it would take additional 2 days for delivery. Very very bad place to shop.
This is write share some bad experiences I had with Girias Jayanager branch. I have recently went to the shop for buying a LED-LCD tv. The sales man offered me panasonic TV with 3 year warrenty, I was happy and paid the money. Once the billing is done, they told the product is not in stock and will deliver it at home. I had to make atleast 10 calls to just reach the store to get an answer when its going to be delivered. Finally when the delivery came the packet was a damaged piece. They try to dump it at my house, but I had to ask the forcefully to take it back.
Next day I went to the the stores to cancel my buying, the manager was so rude at me and he said he will not refund my 63K. I was forced to take another box, but without the 3 year warrenty they originally promised. As a customer I didn't know how to respond to respond to this cheating, because they have already taken my money and two days passed that too a sat and sun. I never ever advice anyone to go this shop, you can be cheated many ways. Rather I would advice to go to tata Croma, where beter customer care is provided and I found the same product Rs 2000 less with 3 yr Croma warrenty.
I booked a LED TV and the so called manager who was very rude said that I had to make an advance of Rs 10000 to book the TV. After which the nightmare started with lots of follow up calls to deliver the product.
Finally it came at around 8 PM and the driver started demanding Rs150 for installation, saying that this was the norm. I noticed that the product delivered was a used one and had scratched and cracks all over it.
It looked like a display unit bundled into a package all over it. When I confronted the manager, he said that I had bought this TV from some where else and trying to exchange it with their shop. How unprofessional!
Finally after lot of arguments, he agreed to take back the product and return the amount, which I got a day later. I will never go to Girias again ever in my life and would not recommend it any of my friends either.
LCD samsung high end LCD TV. This guy while billing bills for a lower end model. Wasnt ready to give me the advance money back. He agreed to give the model I was looking for but then I told him I dont want to do business with people who cheat. Told him I dont earn by cheating others. He gave me advance back. Will never again in my life go to that showroom.
He asked me if I know the difference between other models and the model that he had billed. Unless you display the model number how would I know what model it is.
Giria's has been horrible our refrigerator was delivered very late after spending a lot of money on phone... I called them more than 20 times and finally I i warned them if I dont get it an another I hour I would cancel the order then it finally came.
The worst part is some of the gift items what they had promised were missing.... I have decided I will never step into it giria's again...
I bought four ACs, I took only about 10 minutes to decide the make and model. The billing took 45 minutes or so. Once you buy the equipment no one cares. Worst is about delivery. Two ACs were delivered within committed days (48to72hrs) balance two was delivered after a week. The billing clerk will request you in a very soft tone to pay Rs.100/ to delivery person.
The installation people are not to be seen anywhere near the horizon. I SUGGEST BUYERS TO AVOID GIRIAS for whatever they advertise......(bill no.3196 to 3199 dt.23.03.2011, HRBR). India need strong laws to safeguard the consumer rights. We still have the old law of consumer beware......
I bought an AC from girias on the 17th of march. I was told the ac would be delivered on 19th march. I waited for 5 days then I went back to the store, they apologised and promised to deliver the next day. it took them 9 days to deliver(26th march).
I have been calling them since then, nobody responds to the phone. I am still waiting for them to show up to install the AC.
The worst of it was when I went to ask them for the delivery- all the salesment were watching a movie and had no interest in repling to me or the other customers. they are absolutely the pits.

26th January 2011, I went to EZONE-jayangar to buy LG 46`` LCD 46LD460, they quoted me 66000/-. To check prices I went to PAI ELECTRONICS they quoted me 66500. Pai had put advertisment, saying that get 5 times the difference. I went to GIRIAS jayangar to cross check the price, But iam suprise by looking at girias,
They quoted me 69990 along with LG 22`` LED 22LE5300. I made a bill & they gave me 50 movie dvd pack free worth rs. 10900/- Again I went to PAI to ask about Girias prices at 69990/- along with lg 22led. Pai told me they last price rs. 89990/- Their is difference of rs. 20000/- between GIRIAS & PAI. Pai is quoting me 20000 more price.
Thats why I inform all the BANGLAOREANS to buy all the prodcuts at GIRIAS only & Manger by name SARAVANA he has given me fantastic service. Demo with 24hr. Nexd day I went to buy 22LED at 26 rupees as down payment & balance in interest free emi. I am working in ACCENTURE. I told all my staft to buy all the products from GIRIAS ONLY.
I bought a water heater once from Giriyas. It took more than an hour for me to do the billing just because they told their system is not responding. They don't have any backup mechanism to handle these cases. Today I visited the place again for buying a home theater after hearing about a big discount. First thing was 2% extra if you pay by card. No problem I will pay by cash.
He (the sales person) gave a small paper about the product and I should pay the bill first and show him to get that delivered. Ok no issues. But at counter they are not at all caring for a person standing in front. After some time the reply came as our system not working. Good luck I will buy from the near by store.
I bought lg washing machine but these people bringing me samsung washing machine to my door and telling that lg is not available take samsung.

I was quite surprised & amused to read all the negative reviews of Girias. I think the reviewers are confused between Walmart & Dior.
People, Girias is selling 3rd party goods and NOT their own products.They are NOT expected to provide service, information or ANYTHING, EXCEPT :Best prices. Safe delivery. Flawless documentation. That they do.
What do you want, smiles, salams & roses on entry? Try Singapore-Airlines! Someone to recite product info of everything you point towards?
Jeeez, never heard of Google? Bing? Ixquick? Why rely on the spoken word when we can read from the Manufacturer's website? In short, GET REAL, FOLKS; Just STOP griping & whining without reason!
The service is horrible. I brought a refrigerator, they delivered it after 2 days and service engineer came for installation after 5 days. It was horrible experience to follow up with them. They never pick up the call and even if they pick, keep on transfering to one another without giving any correct answer.
My sincere advise is to NOT to buy anything from them. eZONE I found it very good and the prices are also competitive. Do not get fished by Girias low price advertisements.

For some reason my experience with Giria's has never been good. I would suggest not to buy anything at any of the Giria's store in any part of the world especially during festival seasons. They attract customers with cheap gifts that are not at all worth they claim. Their Staff is not knowlegdable about the product, no courtesy. Please ensure you get the following whereever you buy your product.

I would rate their sales and service pathetic and would alwyas suggest people to got the Company Outlets/Showrooms if available or else try a different place. People who value their money and time please note these points.Please dont get carrier away by their cheap gifts and paper advertisements. At the end of the day we are making Girias rich at our own cost
I got a Panasonic Television 4 days before I was really cheated and was made to stand in the store for more than 4 hours cause sale representative told me Panasonic viera x24 tv plays all format of videos but it doesn't my choice was to buy a full had samsung 32 inch but sale representative had some target or margin issue and convinced me to buy the panasonic TV telling it has all the features and only thing differs is the pen drive and SD(memory Card) when I went and asked about it I was not given a proper reply for it so please stay focused on what you buy and don't get into situation like me
I purchase one washing machine and microwave oven on 01/11/2010 12:30PM and even today(05/11/2010) materials are not delivered to home, even though full amount is paid( they claimed free home delivery in the same day. My home is just 10KM from the shop and comes inside the city. Bill number is Grs/sn/51172.
I called them several times and they just replied as if the item is on the way. A type of teasing.
Now to make this a hundred words what should I do. I don't know. Message is as given above.
Today 31st oct 2010 I went to few electronic store . 1st to ADISHWARS - it was my worst shoppin experience. no one to attend n they try to push to sell what they want. their lcd prices were very high. then I went to PAI INTERNATIONALS same experience there to.... then I went to GIRIAS they as any bangalorian wud say thy r the best sotre to buy any electronics ... best prices best deal and best of all thy dont try to push any product on me.... and I need not say thy HAVE THEY LEAST PRICE IN BANGALORE FOR ANY N EVERY PRODUCT.... and one more gr8 thing bout them is that they only hav all they best quality product in the market displayed in their stores.... they a wide choise but at d same time we dont get confused ..... GUYS DONT LOOK HERE N THERE AND WASTE TIME IN TRAFFIC AND PETROL... just go to ur nearest GIRIAS ... thy r everywhere n they r the best.... n ya I BOUGHT a LG 42LE5300 wich is the best LDC IN THE MARKET.
