Geetanjali Salon - Vile Parle - Mumbai

On 29th November I have done full back and front waxing in the Geetanjali Salon at the ambiance Mall gurgaon . And after 1 week I got red bumps all over the area where waxing was performed . Inspite of paying too much I have to suffer with this skin issue .

They took additional money by saying that it was Brazilian wax but not the normal one, who told them to do Brazilian wax at-least they should ask me before doing .

Now I am paying to my doctor for getting my skin back to normal:(

please stop harassing the customers!

Got my hair color don't by Nidhi, and it was a great experience. Loved my hair color. It was my first experience and because I also got a cash back I will take my mom along next time. At first go when I as not very much Satisfied with my Color she helpd me did my services all over agai

Very poor, ridiculous& pathetic staff& service. No manners of attending a client& just simply denied to serve. Highy disappointed& dissatisfied. Busy in their own gossips& just laughing at the customer when he left. Poor ambience. Don't wanna say more

Colored my hair in a lighter shade, when I specifically asked for darker shade. Waste of 7000 rupees.it would have been better if I would have burned that money. Never going to Geetanjali salon ever! Better go to a local salon or read the reviews first and then go.

Few months ago I visit to geetanjali salon, malvia nagar where I often used to go whenever I visit delhi. They were good at their service earlier or I would say till my favourite hairdresser was present there. Now he is working somewhere else due to some personal issues and now I rarely visit there as they have increased the hairstyle prices which is 600-700RS. Staff out there are not friendly. They are just greedy they have very mean and greedy attitude. They even not provides you good gesture till the time you are present there. Last time when I visit there staff of that salon gave my hairs a rough completion and worst one too. I really hate that place.

The worst experience I have had. First I called a day before for an appointment and the next day morning when I went there none had a clue about my appointment

Even though it was an empty salon they made me wait for half an hour before they got someone to do my blow dry .

later when I went to pay the bill, I I was shocked to see my bill it was 1100 rupees for a blow dry. There is an old man who is super aggressive at the counter and who takes the money, when I said I was quoted 600 for a blow dry he said chalo na madam aage chalo and grabbed the money from my hand and said aage se mat aana.

I was so hurt, didnt say anything as he was so aggressive but please it seems like anyone who has a location can get a franchise with this salon brand, No matter he may be rude or have no sense of beauty or customer service or about quotes and price lists( I had a blow dry.out curls and my hair are shoulder length) he just should have the money

I usually dont write reviews unless I know it is a really really bad experience.if some client is reading stay away.if the franchisee.please talk sense in the old man.whoever he is.chalo na aage jao.is no way where the only aage was the outside door! In short he meant give the money and get out.sigh I was so hurt.I was so quiet and patient.not even arguing.just clarifying.sigh! Staying away from this salon Brand

Geetanjali’s caption for quality and service delivery is so untrue. I went to Geetanjali GK1 salon asking for a very simple thing - Deep Red Highlights. what I got in trial 1 was weird rustic red color and in trial 2 they changed the colour of my roots. Really disappointed. and a complete waste of money. I should have rather had it done at a local salon. atleast they would’ve heard what I want.! #NoGeetanjalisalon ever.!

Dissapointment, regret and dissatisfaction is the only feeing this place would leave you with. I had gone for a hair colouring for which I was insanely charged(but I consoled myself that at least the result would be good), and it wasnt even good. I could barelt even see hints of the color I chose. The service was pathetic, the giy practically pulled my hair out of my scalp while combing it. I had to raise my voice to get someone else on the job. The other person conned me into getting my split ends removed and for that he charged me full for a complete hair cut. These guys are just thieves and robbed me of my money and my time plus gave me bad headache. Dont visit ever for any tasks.

When it come to Salon- Geetanjali Salon(Green park) is one of my favorite and regular spot! I have been a regular for my haitcut from last 2 years.And it I simply love the stylist haircut, which have not changed since then.

Idont even have to tell what and which haircut I want. Even have tell what and which hair cut I want, even time they give me so satisfactory style which I love. All I needto tell what length according to which I get amazing style whichsuits me well. Ambiance is nice.

Quality is well maintain as they used sterilized combos and scissors. Comfortable to visit as they are quite hygiene serve ypu bottled water always take care of the costomer by offering tea and cofee.

I got name of Gitanjali Salon and Spa so many times from my friends.So,last month i visited their to get pedicure.We all know pedicure needs stiff and firm hands so that it can give you balanced punch to lower leg areas like ankle and toes,but they assigned a non expert person who did not know to give pressure bath. The massage cream they were using was looking like cake cream , made with mix of cheap artificial colors. Then person who was doing pedicure was in hurry good 30 minute spa even .And the cream he used ,made my legs look dark and glow less.Moreover,he was insisting me to wrap it up indirectly as if he was in rush. He did not even applied nailpolish properly.My legs were looking all black and faded .I dont for what I paid 1200 INR .I came back to my home empty hearted after loosing my 1thousand and 2hundred rupees.I will never go to that place again,they are scammers,nothing else.

I got my hair rebonding done.

it was very badly done I had spent 9000 for it.

after 3 days when they asked me to come for 1st wash at that time only I can see that my hair from the right front not done properly. they called me next week to sort it out. the I again went to get my front hair straight properly. boy called rahul who did the service put some keratine and sent me back home but the problem remain same. again they called again for the 3rd time within like 20 days and my operator told me the hair condition is bad as have grown my hair from right side 2inches. how can some one grow hair only from one side and that also 2 inches in just 20 days. I came back home and its been 2 months now. my hairs look messy and no one say that I have done rebonding.

The place has a really good ambience.the staff has a really good knowledge about their work and know how to deal with the client.they staff work in a professional manner and are really well trained.Though its a bit expensive but the it is worth the money spent there.overall it was really good experience.

Last year I visited this saloon for my hair smoothening. Initially I had no idea but as I entered I founf it a nice place with well organised infrastructure. Loreal is the brand they sre using the most. I was greeted at the reception and staff was cordial to connect me to the hair expert. I had a long discussion of around 20 minutes for suggestion but staff was very patient to treat and listen to customers. I liked this attitude and got the service from them. Time taken was also approprite .only the prices are really higher than other saloon may be they are established from past many years so theY have their own quotations.

I visit firstly in this saloon of the month  february, 2017 on my brother marriage purpose.The staff is very supportive and cooperative. The infrastructure is also quite decent.The staff has good knowledge about hair cutting, face treatment and many more.

This saloon is affordable and uses genuine products of loreal, olay etc and have deep knowledge of its products Because all staff have degree diploma from loreal.sometimes they give discount as well as less their prices on special occasion and from that day I visited every week once on there. I loved this place soo much.

Today I will share my reviews on Geetanjali Salon, Green Park, Delhi.The infrastructure of Geetanjali Salon is up to the mark.This particular salon provides customer service and supplier.

Staff attitude is also good.They give quick responses.But the most negative point about this Salon is that they charge a lot from their customers.Hence due to its expensive rates, I will not recommend Geetanjali Salon for you.Thank you everyone.

It is a great place to get your party make up done from. the staff is really sweet and the make up artists are great. I got ready for my engangement and wore a cream coloured sari so wanted a light make up done and this place was all that I needed . they did a fantastic job with good hair stylist and draper and make up artists . keep it up guys

So here I am writing about the experience that I had with Geetanjali Salon, Shivalik branch.

I went to this place this friday for a BIKNI wax, "A" for the ladies who think that bikni wax is supposed to be done for having sex.

So as I entered into the parlour, a lady asks me to go to ground floor basement, and then someone came to attend me asked me what service do you want, I said bikni wax, she gave me weird look

Now once I entered into the cabin, this lady while waxing says " kya ap pregnant ho ", I said are you mad what are you talking(so talking about my physique, I have fat tummy)

Secondly when I gave this response she says, "aj kal to married ho ya unmarried koi bharosa thodi hai" and the waxing service given to me was very rough as if it was out of frustration that she was doing waxing

Then she leaves without cleaning my bikni part, orders me to clean it yourself. It was the worst experience I ever had in my life. Thank you so much for wonderful service.

To all the sick and fickle minded people I would like write here that bikni wax is not meant for sex or anything, it is something very hygenic as it is a very sensitive part for all the women and it needs to be cleaned, and I am not ashamed of talking about it over here.

I have cutted my hair at geetanjali at kalka ji which is near about vodafone store.

They are professional hair designer.but there is lack of attitude.

But there is no doubt that they gives good service they gives proper time to cut the hair.

Nice salon.

They took charge with tax236 rupees and go once will get good cut.

Geetanjali salon is the perfect place to pamper yourself. All the services are good. staff is very supportive, they understand customers requirement very well. Well trained staff they have appointed. Make up and other services are done by branded and good quality products. They keep on offering good discounts. Its an unisex salon. Enjoy and pamper yourself at Geetanjali salon.

Service wasn't very prompt. The stylist would leave me in between to attend other clients. It took me double the time than the actual time I should be spending. I had to go to the reception thrice because I was left unattended.

Really disappointed! In the end I got so frustrated that I left the place before getting my remaining services. Got it done in different salon. Never ever going back again. On top if all they were not apologetic.

What they charging so much for? Good air conditioning? Rude staff!
