This is to bring in your kind notice that Iam Asra Dehlvi Writing This Letter to inform you about the recent events that have created a hostile atmosphere in my working environment.And Significantly affected my ability to perform my job duties.I Have Previously Reported this issue to Shivani ( Area Manager) I feel Like I have been Subjected to insults by my coworker Pankaj Singh. This Is a Formal Complaint Of Harrasment that i have been subjected to and i request early action and proper investigation of the situation. I was Working In Geetanjali Malviya Nagar Studio since two months as a Manager. And There ive noticed so many things which are not going right and I informed Shivani ( Area Manager) also about this still no actions has taken against him. And Also I would like to inform you that Ive not received my salary for the month of October and November for no reason. Please Have A look At this issue and try to resolve the same at earliest.

Very unprofessional staff. I went for a global hair colour. Within 2 days, the colour started fading. Very poorly done. The staff who did my hair was Shanu, absolutely an unprofessional job. Will never visit this place again or advise anyone to go there. When confronted with the poor results, the staff accepted their fault, but are not ready to refund the charges incurred. I doubt if the management even bothers to read such reviews or act upon the reviews against the people doing such a poor job.

They sold me a package without telling me it's branch specific. I lost 37, 000 inr and even after speaking to the owners in head branch they refused to transfer the amount to a different branch or refund. Cannot believe I ever was a customer of this cheating and unethical business.

I was skeptical at first to go for any hair treatment but I took the leap of faith and got hair Botox done at sect 67 Geetanjali studio. It’s been 3 yrs and got the service 5times so far and the compliments keep pouring. Thank u ever so much for the amazing service I would never step in at any other salon ever

These people are cheating customers and giving fake products services and charging heavy amount added my hair global hair colour Innova at 30 June 2024. Since then every time I wash my hair. My colour is bleed and roots are visible now it just for five days, pathetic services, pathetic products, making fool to customer.

Hi Ilhan this is dr vijaya I did my global hair coy at 30th June by you at Geetanjali salon select city walk . Since than I washed my hard twice and the colour is bleeding badly here I am sharing you the picture alsoeven the roots are also visible. I have been doing this global hair colour past 6 years from Geetanjali salon I never find such complaint in past

I went to Geetanjali salon Vasant Kunj, prasheela had done my haircut which was not done properly ( one side long and another side sort) . And when next to next day I went for correction Kaushik has done it properly ( thanks to him) . But why you have charged again ( I paid again for haircut) though it was your fault. I want explanation and refund my money. Thank you

They offered a package, and never told me I can only use the money in the branch. Now I have lost some 50, 000 because I live far and they won`t transfer the money to the nearest branch. Am so upset with the situation, I had been coming for to Geetanjali for well over 10 years, and they have just taken my money as if nothing has happened. Cannot trust them again.

Today ( 20Jan 2024), i visited ur saloon at swaroop nagar for my hair colour, This is the second time when i experiencied cold water instead of hot water for my heas wash.I was informed that i will take 5/10min to get hot water, Nothing happened n i got my haor washed by cold water in this peak winter time.Really very poor attitude by the staff.

Kamil at Geetanjali is brilliant at what he does and gives a great hair style and counsels you correctly on what would look nice on you, etc. I have been getting my hair and face care done by him for last 7+ years and would keep going back to him.

Geetanjali salon is a team of highly trained professionals with a lot of passion embedded in their hearts. The staff over there is very gentle and polite and deals with the customers with utmost respect. The staff is also sincere and honest about their work. Hygiene is also properly maintained. And I recommend that geetanjali is the best salon on Lucknow and we are happy to be the residents of Lucknow where the best salon services are provided.

Highly disappointed with your Bandra salon manager ! I was in urgent need for a scrunchie for my short hair for a wedding and the manager was there for half an hour and I was sending someone to pick it up and ready to do online payment but still she did not cooperate and understood my situation. Never expected this kind of behaviour from a manager

The worst worst experience, I visited second time I thought, first time experience was good that's why I visited second time, They have cut my whole length hip se shoulder tak kar diye, Only I wanted front cut and baad me cut karne ke baad say ma'am jyada length nhi gyi. Seriously poore hair length cut kardi or bol rhe ho jyada length nhi gyi ?? I couldn't say anything but Ghar aane ke baad literally feeling cry because mai kabhi chote rakhti nhi. Hadd hai... if you don't know what client exactly want, say na ye possible nhi hai. Experiment kyu karna dusre ke hair ke saath. Worst worst worst experience. ??????????

Hi, I have been coming to Geetanjali from past 7 years but this lady from reception spoke so badly as if we are getting the free service ! She doesn’t know as in how to behave with a customer .

This is her duty to explain in a right manner and ensure that the customers are getting the right information. So brutal !!! Not acceptable and I shared my experience with Rohit as well who does my keratin every time

Please look into this in a serious way!

I recently got my hair colour done from Geetanjali Salon Janakpuri I was told the staff is experienced and very professional but I guess that’s not true at all. The colour is not visible, total waste of money and time. I don’t know how my straight hair looks wavy now really disappointed. Bad bad experience. Never go for hair colour????

Need I say more? 472 bucks for a beard trim? And the owner was like - “beard trim only??”. Yeah right, lady! That’s the only mistake I wanna make in the day. Casual attitude of staff was prominent wish I could give 0 stars
