GANDHI MEDICAL COLLEGE, Shorly known as GMC Situated on the height of kohifiza Bhopal, the beauty of upper lake is well visualised from its top.

Gmc has undergraduate course like MBBS, other Paramedical courses, as well as Postgraduation courses like MD, MS. Every year Gmc give admission to 150 Students for MBBS course through NEET exam. College is build under very large area with 3 attached government hospitals- Hamidia hodpital, Sultania Hospital, and Kamla nehru hostipal which provides 24hr emergency services.

College has nice infrastructure with well ventilated Lecture theatres, 24hr Library facility etc. teachers were very good and supportive.

GANDHI MEDICAL COLLEGE is one of of the best collge of madhyapradesh with capacity of 200 mbbs seats. It is the oldest medical collge of mp established in 1954 located near to the main station bhopal. Hamidia is other name for GMC hospital. Till date it is the best medical collge but now mahatama gandhi memorial started beating it and and gradually becomibg the 1st choice of mbbs in mp. These collges are much better than AIIMS bhopal in studies as well as patients

I like this Gandhi medical College, Bhopal because it is the best collage in Medical field for student. It comes in top rank in AIPMT college level ranking and tough to get admission in it. This college is a government college.and administration is very good and management is very good.

Labs are available in enough quantity where student do practical and learn every practice related to medicine and patients. And hospital are added in collage where we can go for checkup. Well high qualified faculty to teach student and student take internship training during last year so please take admission in this college

One of the best college of India and the best medical Institute in Madhya Pradesh. Associated with three teaching hospitals. Great infrastructure and great faculty with good environment for development of budding medicos. MBBS teaching is awesome. Teachers are dedicated and cool.

I graduated from GMC in 1991 with MD in Anesthesiology.I must say my education was excellent. After my graduation I worked in India for7 years and thereafter I moved to USA.During my residency in USA I always felt that I had wonderful Training in Anesthesia .
