Story Part 1: Ordered Fish of Variety X on 29th evening, Was Delivered Variety Y on 30th morning about 7:45am! Called FreshToHome Help Line, was greeted by a moderately rude person, explained the problem, the help line person was barely familiar with the names of the fishes and kept mixing them up, finally I was asked to send pictures via Email(I Ordered via Website and not App), sent the pictures promptly, post which followed up with another call to help line, again greeted by the same moderately rude person, this time I was promised pickup in 30 to 40mins(time 9:20am), kept fish in the fridge, waited till 11:30am, no sign of pickup person, so sent reminder email, no response for email, sent another reminder at 12:30pm, same fate.
Story Part 2: Received a call finally from same moderately rude person to check if pick up was completed at about 3:15pm(As if they do not know, what an act!), I said it has not been and gave the person a good blast, was told the case will be escalated(God Knows Where?), received a call from pickup man at close to 4pm(They work as per their convenience and no coordination with the customer), was unable to give the package to him, called the help line again and asked to talk to the person to whom case was escalated. still waiting. In the mean time have to eat what they sent and not what I ordered.
To those who still order from FreshtoHome. GOOD LUCK. it will not be long before your luck with them runs out:-)
Update: After a couple more harsh emails, finally received a refund for the order! So much for customer support!
