Absolutely hated it. fell sick the next day. After that I started getting from local shops cause there it is fresh. They claim it’s fresh in the app but my god it not just smells bad but it tastes funny and I fell sick. If they’re going to start a business selling meat they should do better. They’re not going to get customers by giving them food poisoning. Completely unsatisfactory! Please do better.

The 90 minute delivery is a marketing mockery and just to get order.


The delivery boy itself say they dont have enough man power at hyderabad. He asked me to cancel the order and some how I asked him to delivery night also .


He entrusted the delivery to some frand what we received was chicken instead of fish.


Please cancel thier licnesee for online platform.

I've been ordering non veg from Fresh to home for quite sometime...I have already faced issues twice but somehow I've ordered again today...the order was supposed to be express delivery in 90 minutes and even after 2.5 hours, there is no response at all. When I called the customer support, they openly told me that they couldn't contact the team, how vague and stupid answer. Then one manager called me from +91824769XXXX and he told me that order will be delivered in 15 more minutes. I've been calling him from 1 hour and he doesn't even pick the calls...they don't proper customer service and the manager is pure aggressive . He was hanging up the call without even listening to the customer. I would never order from Fresh to home again.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Two times we are cheated by Fresh to home app. Its betetr they change their name to Frozen to home. Because all the meat they deliver is not at all fresh, believe it, at least 15 days before cut meat they send us keeping it in a deep frozen. The first time we ordered a fish, they sent us fish directly without cutting it. when we try to cut it, its horrible, its getting cut like cotton, completely rotten it is. we just thrown it in trash, and 2nd time we ordered chicken, when I opened the cover itself I got doubt because the blood of chicken is sooo concentrated unrealistic. but still we cooked it, and next day all of our 4 family members suffered from severe stomach ache, I m planning to raise police complaint as this is very serious action, they are playing with our health & money fooling us with ads.

I live in Bengaluru and have received stale and rotten fish several times from FTH. I never had such bad experience with local fish or chicken shops. I am damn sure that they are adding some high chemical to keep the fish fresh. Several times i felt kerosene content in the fishes. The fish will look fresh from outside but the story is different from inside. Stomach issues soon happens after having those fishes. Lastly, while cooking FTH chickens, the bad odour was coming from the curry. Guys, pls understand its ur and your dear ones health, pls don't spoil it with these hardcore chemicals. You can buy the fresh stuffs from the local shops which our parents did from long time. These people are least bothered about our health. They'll show any lie or fake promise to fill their pockets. I urge you to do test the product at any lab before you consume. Dood ka dood paani ka paani ho jayega. Thank You!!!


Fooling public by aggressive marketing skills

I have been ordering online since the lockdown in 2020. It was then I started to order products from Freshtohome. I need to state that their service and products were good till a few months back. Though pricy my faith was immense because they canvassed a lot on free antibiotic products with India's top-notch celebrity branding the products.


This was around August when I had ordered mutton which was delivered with all bones. And this got repeated another two times and that's when I took notice and thought of informing their customer care to improve their service. Earlier there were never any issues with chicken or seafood. Good products should also be stated.


What upset me was even after informing them I never got a call and the matter was never addressed. It was when I sent an email that they respond saying that calls were made and never got connected which may be true. They add on to state that I should send a photo of the product which has been a major eye-opener for me. So my learning is whenever we buy any product online kindly take photos to be on the safe side and also in case we need to address a problem in consumer court photos are valid proof always.

They charge you extra.


I got scammed by them.


I ordered whole chicken for first time using 150Rs discount/cash back offer. But they charged me lot of extra money for few grams extra.


If I had know about the extra charge I would have cancelled it before paying them.


After paying money I am getting a message at night that extra charge will be charged.


I wanted to cancel but they will charge for that too.


Its total scam.

Was a regular with FTH but realised that all the cashback that they claim to offer is just a gimmick to lure customers to increase their bill value but there is no cashback given. Even after several emails & mentioning to them that we will circulate this on social media, it does not make any difference to them. It's just that they have become thick skinned cheating customers. Probably the are running into loses & hence using such dirty tricks. Purchases done above 1000/- but cash back of 200/- not received. This transaction was around 2 months ago. But no resolution so far. I have even taken a screenshot of their offer. This has to be taken to Consumer Court so that we get rid of such unethical practitioners. It's not about just 200/-, it's a matter of Trust. These guys should be banned. They don't deserve a single star too.

Their impressive marketing offers come with big hidden terms and conditions. Just be careful. I have been trapped so many times so telling you from my past experiences. 150 , 500 freshcash never be the same max they allow 100₹ not more than that. They just play dirty mind-game and try to trap you. I used to be loyal customer but now stopped ordering . I have written several emails for unethical practices, they didn't responded properly. Carefull. Worst customer care experience. Govt should take strict action who does on public domain. India hai.. sab chalta hai.. they take us for granted.

Initially I was really impressed by the service but now continuously I am suffering . Many times I order with some plan some time guest to be arrived or any other reason.


But last 4 months they are disappointing, Every time they have some issue.


1) Once they delivered by 5 hour late.


2) Never their call center reply waiting waiting waiting.


3) They take order and call back that they are facing storage of product.

Fresh to home is cheating us saying that they dont use hormone injected chicken. But it is just the same broiler chicken. (or even worse, since we get live cuts from local shops in half the price) Please dont get cheated. Their meat is not fresh at all.

They give a lot of offers as cashback coupons. However 80% of these get expired before I can use it. They allow us to use only 20% of the new purchase with reward coins with a maximum discount of Rs 100. I am not able to use these cashbacks before the expiry date. This is cheating and not a customer friendly policy.
