Rotten fish

I bought pomphret vide their order no:E03B58725for Rs. 1290/-on the 13th of August 2020.The fish was rotten and I informed FTH immediately. I was informed that I will be given a store refund. Since I had no intention of buying anything from FTH in the near future, I insisted they should credit the amount back to my account. They agreed by mail but in spite of repeated reminders I have not received the amount till date ie the 18th September 2020.


They cheat in weight.

I ordered 500 grams of a high priced fish. When I weighed the delivered packet at home it was only 400 grams. I lodged a complaint and was assured that I would get refund within a couple of days. But today, it is 2 weeks and no sign of the refund.

I bought products many times and the service was very good. Their products quality is excellent it's fresh and clean. Only once I missed a product when I ordered multiple products in one order. I got the refund promptly when I contacted customer care. It's costly compared to local stores and rickshaw vendors. But quality of fish available in local stores are pathetic. In rural areas like ours it's a blessing to have online stores deliver quality products even if it's costly.

Ordered Bassa fish, got delivery on time however only 0.5 kg Bassa cost 260 Rs, moreover wrong delivery( it was not Bassa) . Really disappointed. The product delivered was smelling so bad, we have to pack it back and return . Please be careful while ordering since the right quality and fresh delivery is a big question mark

Even in Bangalore and Kerala and also while in was in Mumbai absolutely cheating the CUSTOMERS with MISSING ITEMS and LOW quality leaking and badly packaged meat. Dirty open meat packed with BARE HANDS and NO COVID PRECAUTIONS.. even their FACTORY WAS SEALED IN MANY PLACES BY THE AUTHORITIES DURING COVID because they had the spread of diseases inside .. ALWAYS MISSING ITEMS IN DELIVERY AND LEAKING PACKETS NOT EVEN SEALED PROPERLY .. CHEAPER A BIT THAN OTHER ONLINE DELIVERY BUT THE WORST QUALITY AND QUANTITY .. Not going to Order again after using FRESH TO HOME FOR 1 YEAR AND BEING FED UP GIVING THEM A CHANCE TO IMPROVE. worst customer care ever pathetic service and no resolutions .. First of all i was dleivered wrong items already submitted photos. They asked to keep the items and incase any difference in amount they would refund!! When i went to use the mutton mince it was stale and smelling so bad and not edible.


How can you deliver spoilt or old meat to customers and call yourself fresh to home!!! Ridiculous

We have ordered chicken 1kg and fish from fresh to home. But they delivered rotten chicken and fish to us when we opened the cover it was smelling so badly that we couldn't stand there


Never in my life I have experienced that smell..


They have given the name fresh to home but what they r giving is this.They should check once before they delivered

Today was my first milk delivery and at 12 when still it was not delivered I called the customer care and it seems executive got just out of his sleep.


The guy first told it is not in my route when I asked why did you receive the order? then he told that today the product is not delivered in my area. But all other products are getting delivered in my area like bb daily and all.


I have subscribed for a moth and if this is the service on first day. Not sure what will happen next.


Worst service and if it is not getting delivered then there was no notification in the app which still says on the way:) and no calls from their end too. Only when I called they are saying it will be not delivered.


Really weird!

FreshToHome is all out to cheat customers and profiteer during these Covid times. Even when rotten fish has been supplied, they refuse to refund for the simple reason that the packet was opened. And that too from a regular customer who purchases at least 10 times every month. Stay away from these people for your own good.


Stale chicken and fish

I ordered meat online and when I received it I saw it was all stale meat and I had to throw away everything. I am a regularcostumer of fresh to home. But this is not the first time it is the fifth or sixth time recieving stale meat. Want them to refund the amount. Really disappointed.

Nothing more to write...all in the headline...I bought fish and chicken...very very disappointed....fish is stale....Company doesnt have the guts to have a customer review option on their website or app. That itself shows their confidence on the product quality.

I tried Prawns from them. When I received my order I found it was stinking. Pics used in their advertisement are edited. In pics, everything looks fresh but I will never recommend it to anyone. Only the app and website are good. Products are the worst.

Hello everyone.


I will be sharing my honest review and opinions on an app which delivers fish, poultry products etc that's Fresh to home.


I have used these platform for 3 times but every time they have disappointed me. I tried chicken, mutton and fish from here. It guarantees fresh, antibiotics and chemical-free product but when I received the product it was good in packaging but the product was not fresh at all. All were frozen for a long time. The delivery was done after one day but the product didn't satisfy me as well the platform is very expensive compared to local shops where fresh products are available. As well as they take delivery charges for a min order of Rs 700.


All in all, I won't recommend this platform to anybody.

From last two years I order from there.Though it is expensive it is good. I referred many of my colleagues all liked it.Their mutton will to too good. Only problem is they will give big pieces and more bones.Normally refund will take 7 working days for a new customer.But mostly it will be credited before the due date.

Licious may not have variety but has the best quality


Highly unfresh and old frozen fishes delivery

I ordered fish on 22 May and recieved my order on 23 May.On appearance fish was looking old frozen and on pressing it's flesh got decomposed.So I complained them but no response came from them.I checked ppacking date.It mentioned that it is packed yesterday and ok upto 27 -may.So I cooked few pieces but after eating I started having vomiting and acidity after few hours.I complained but got no response.I was ill for 3 days and have to take antacid and antibiotics.I have to also take 5 day leave from office which resulted in major loss to my work. I am really hurt and irritated.

I got no responses when I complained. They took money in advance and didn't respond when complained about rotten stuff they had provided.


The entire thing is smelling very bad and I have to throw it away. Kindly replace it. This was against my order no STHY318996 on 14th May 2020. They had sent horrible foul smelling goat meat and since they had already taken money they have not responded.

We are all at home, trying not to panic and trying our hands at cooking from traditional to international. I come from a Bengali household - meaning - our meals are incomplete without Fish, Meat and Chicken.


When the phase 1 of lockdown started, our major concern was, "Will the fish market be closed too?" Believe me it was a tensed moment. That day, I was on my phone researching and finding out all the online stores that deliver non-veg to my pin code.


I stumbled upon FreshToHome.com. My happiness had no limit that day.


Since then, I have been ordering non-veg from them every alternate day.


Product Quality - I have been lucky to actually have found really great products. As said earlier, I am from a Bengali household, so I know my fish very well. I usually order Rohu Fish, Catla Fish, Chicken, Mutton and some vegetables(pre-cut).


The fish is very fresh. The fresh smell of a fish while making a fish fry makes all the difference.


They have a good range of variety on their app.


Delivery Timeliness - They usually deliver by 11 AM, which is perfect given the whole lockdown situation. The packaging is pretty impressive though. The delivery valet wears a mask and has the products in a freezer bag sort of thing and he removes it right after we are down to pick up the product.


Reliability - Trusting someone with non-veg is a great deal. FOr me, so far the experience with them was perfect. Even after the lockdown, I will make my purchases from them.


App & Website - I use the app and it is quite user friendly.


Pro Tip - Their stock is over by the middle of the day. If you really want to go for a shopping spree, morning 8 to 11 is your time.
