I feel this review is:
Unethical customer service from Freshtohome. I ordered 3 items and only 2 items were delivered. Reaching their Customer Care was a hassle.
After finding their Customer Care id and sent an email complaining about the missing item, they simply brushed off saying this(see attached pic). Simply they robbed me off INR 538, without proper investigation on the missing item or a decent explanation.
Despite providing all explanation and reaching their inefficient customer care, spending my time after having such a bad customer experience, they did not take the least effort to address Customer concern. Their code of ethics is non-existent.

I had ordered from fresh2home quite a few times in the past and the quality was good. however my recent order of boneless mutton was of extreme poor quality. Half the mutton was dirt and remaining also had some layer of dirt in almost every piece and was also tough and more like beef.399 for 300 gms this is extremely poor quality.
I had ordered prawns from fresh to home 3 times and all the 3 times they cancelled the order stating QUALITY ISSUES, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT QUALITY THEY ARE MAINTAINING THEN.
A BIG AVOID, THIS IS HAPPENING REPATETEDLY WITH THEM.

I had sent advance amount for supply of item.But the Company didnot supply the item.Didnot respond to my complaint and mail.VERY VERY CHEATING COMANY.Every body should be careful and try to avoid the company.
Ordered today from freshtohome at 10 AM supposed to deliver my order in 30 minutes time or half an hour. But up to now it hasn't come! Called customer service a couple of times but didn't solve the issue. Very dissatisfied with the service. Very inconvenient. Still waiting for my order. Can't do cooking at all. Delivery got very delayed and some items are missing. Called the customer service several times and requested to deliver the missing items but they didn't want to send it and can't send back the refund to my bank!! This is ridiculous and caused too much inconvenience!! Please do not order from freshtohome. Order from other site like Licious or Nandus. Their products are much more fresh and you won't get this kind of issues!! What a "Horrible" experience!!
I wrote about the hook and cheat approach of Swiggy & Zomato India a few days back. Now it is FreshToHome. I have been a user of their service from the time they started in Bangalore years ago, generally satisfied except a few(maybe 4-5) lapses over the years. They launched the 30 minutes service a few weeks ago - it used to be a 90 minutes service, I was forced to use the same while wondering how can fresh be delivered in 30 minutes?! anyways I have placed 6-7 orders using this 30 minutes service and 4 out of 6 times the delivery notification showed delivered within 10 minutes but not delivered, usually delivered only after 45-60 minutes. All the delivery men in the areas know us very well since they all have delivered multiple times over the years. Now they are at a loss to explain the bad service - or is it again the bad design. Key questions(DOUBTS). is it fresh any more? I never questioned that before.how can a 30 minutes delivery of chicken be fresh at 7 in the morning?definitely not.Understand the pressure from the instant delivery competition but your USP was freshness which stands to be questioned now. I for sure am looking at other genuine fresh options. Thank you for your good service over the years - bye bye.
Very low solving issues at customer service
I feel Licious might be a little xpnsive but more reliable ..so I would suggest dont waste your time on this app..I ordered for goat chops and ribs and they sent the whole rack instead of cutting it..

Recent days chicken quality is very bad and also bad smell after cooking. I have raised complaint many times but no response from management side .
Tuna steak, never had such a bad experience.

Only uslims can give 5 star to fresh 2 home.Customer care is non responsive. Delivery system & refund policy is pathetic. Last moment they cancel the order & quality is third class.
Why people are killing people. We trusting the brand and buying products from fresh to home. But this is what you are giving to us by charging huge amount. Till now this is what we have taken and given to our small kids. Why you are doing this to us. Why are we not paying to you?
I have never experienced such a third class delivery chain. No guarantee of delivery. At the last moment they cancel the delivery due the reasons as per their convenience. Their refund system is pathetic & even they are not reverting to the complains which are sent via their app. They are basically useless & i never recommend anybody to buy anything from fresh to home.

I given online payment
After 45 minutes the apps showing your product is deliver .
I called fresh to home
No response
Next morning I call Centre madam is taken my complaint .
After calling many time

He asking sorry ....
I told ok fine no issue do one thing I don't need your chicken please send me my money back. Still I am waiting no response from the fresh to home it is very poor service
They will cancel the order at the last moment . You can't rely on them. Their customer service would assure delivery but soon after that you will get a call from a local delivery person saying it can't be delivered.
Never ever order from Fresh To Home. They say order is delivered on app and it is not delivered actually. When you raise a complaint they just keep you on hold for long without any update. I have not received any resolution for my issue. I will never use this app again. Fake app!
Fresh2home's products quality is very poor. I have seen chicken was smelly. Eggs are not fresh we made aamlet which was not fresh even though we gave to dogs there didn't eat it. I also tried fish which was not fresh. So I dicided never ever order any thing to fresh 2home.

Meat would be of bad quality which is mostly not fresh with horrible stench

Poor Fresh to Home APP , with no updated version to solve customer problems noted or No professionals teams being recruitedfor fresh to homes customer care team ... giving timely solutions ....in.my case with PRODUCT NOT THERE, OR QUALITY CHECKING ALSO NOT DONE BEFORE DAILY UPDATION ON APP.

NO ONE CALL FROM THEIR END TO CUSTOMER trying to reach them aftermoney being blocked for next 10 to 15days ... make online meat shopping a unpleasant ONE , WITH unprofessionalteam &poor APP lacking even basic UPDATIONON STOCK with regard to QUANTITY & QUANTITIES of stock ready for DELIVERY each day !
I was a regular customer of fresh to home and recently I received the spoiled chicken twice.. A bad smell was there and it was not edible to eat. Delivery service is really poor in our area. . Now I have to move to some other sources to buy chicken. Really disappointed and have fear to buy it again. It would be good if you make sure the quality
